Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi

We stayed with family for 2 days....
The staff was exceptional, especially hashem who went out of his way to make us comfortable.....he deserves a promotion.....he gave us the room before check in time....he called to check if we were settled in....he was so sweet....I can go on and on.i have traveled the world with my family but this was exceptional.
The pool was lovely.
The breakfast was over the top.
The concierge,the luggage guy,the door guys all perfect.

Keep it up.i shall surely visit again

My husband and I chose to stay at the Marriott Hotel Downtown Abudhabi for our 4th Year Anniversary, and I'd really like to write an appreciation post for our stay.. we had a great time.

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance, the vibe, the housekeeping, the smell.. it looks and feels very clean and really comfortable. Very 'good-feels', indeed.

But most importantly, the staff- all were smiling and friendly. The valet staff, the pretty receptionist Ayazhan, the house keeping team, for making our room tidy and clean smelling, also for letting us come back yo our hotel rooms with surprises for our anniversary, the cake, the decoration.. woooow thanks really.

The nepali (i think) gentleman who was at the coffeeshop lobby and the pool staff upstairs.. thumbs up to you all.

and then there is breakfast, the whole team were so jolly and very hospitable.

Special mention to Carlo, who really has a pleasing personality and is very kind, and then amelita aswell and also glenda, there was pne more lady who was so charming...forgot to get her name, but anyways kudos to this team. The coffee of carlo and glenda too, it was top notch.

The food was all sooo good too.

All in all, we thank the management of this hotel for taking good care of their staff because if not, then the staff wouldn't take such great cares with their guests..it always starts from the top.

so yeah, more power to all of you and God bless you all.

It was indeed a great 4th year anniv celeb, because we were well taken care off.

It was an absolute wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is clean, well maintained and offers welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast area was beautifully organized and offers a variety of options. The staff in the breakfast area were exceptional, they were attentive, friendly and made sure everything was running smoothly. They were quick to assist with any special requests, their warm smiles and willingness to go to the extra mile really stood out. It was the perfect way to start my day. I would like to personally thank Glenda, Amellita, Rona, Sarah, Hazel, Nancy, Sohel and Carlo.

I recently took my breakfast at Kuzbara, and all I can say is I had a wonderful experience there. The food is amazing; there's a lot of different choices and good service.

I just want to express my gratitude to Mr. Carlo for the excellent service and having a good attitude towards the guest. The way he explained the buffet and told us what's best is superb. It feels like we are relatives when we have a little chitchat; he always smiles and is very professional.

All the staff are friendly, approachable, and caring. We had a delightful morning at Kuzbara. Keep up the good services. Highly recommended.

I had an exceptional stay at the Marriott Hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The on-site dining was delicious and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoy the Thursday ladies' night karaoke at 25. For just AED 50, you get 5 drinks along with a food voucher. Ms. Ace, the host, is absolutely exceptional. Her ability to engage with the crowd is remarkable. I'm definitely planning to return with my friends soon!

Beautiful rooms and the service was lovely with room cleaning daily. Beds were comfortable and the showers lovely. Close to a shopping centre for all of your needs. Would most definitely stay here again.

I love the karaoke experience by the pool @ 25th Bar! I always visit there with my friends during Thursday's Ladies Night. It's a very unique & cozy venue that you can rarely find nowadays as most karaoke bars are normally inside the bar and not on the rooftop. Plus Ace is such a great host, she's very friendly, professional and accommodating who knows how to entertain the guests. We just like her vibes! :) She's also very talented and a great singer who will assist you with your songs whenever u need her collaboration. She's also hosting a Karaoke in Velocity every Sunday in which the bar has a great offer of 10 drinks for only 50dhs which you can never find else where. Thanks Ace for being such a great entertainer and a good host.

I always love the vibe whenever we’re there with friends doing the after brunch karaoke. The staffs are so accommodating and the singer, Miss Ace. She’s nailing it all the time. She knows how to engaged to audience and has very positive vibes doing her role. Bravo! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
