Royal Rose Hotel

We stay here frequently. Very clean. Staff are lovely and very helpful. They create a unique experience for us such as we can order the valet parking to bring the car at the time we need to leave for work and it has always arrived and been ready to go. Front desk have solved all our problems quickly and despite being a really busy hotel they are kind and thoughtful to everyone they encounter. Housekeeping keep us supplied and remember we drink tonnes of Green Tea so leave is some extra. Location downtown walkable to beach and shops. Very good

This is our first time staying at this hotel, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional service. From the moment we checked in, Jared made us feel welcome with his seamless and professional assistance. During breakfast, Bilal and Htike went above and beyond, being incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food selection was diverse and of excellent quality, further enhancing our stay.

We missed a connecting flight and Etihad put us up at Royal Rose Hotel overnight. The service, cleanliness, facilities and food & beverage were top class. The buffet lunch was a stand out! Bilal served us and was very attentive and professional.

Since, the first day it was amazing. They had updated my room. I stay there fir 8 days. All was spotlessly clean and well furnished. Staff were amazing a very professional. The gym is quiet and clean pool area was great. Great food. Everything was closed by. The cleaning people were amazing specially Patrick. Thank you Patrick for all the help. I would certainly recommend Royal Rose to my friends.

Loved the green white and golden interior. The room had all the basic amenities. I was on the 12th floor and the view was just amazing from there. The food options consisted of various middle eastern, western and Asian foods. The bathrooms were really spacious and contained a hot tub and a shower. There's a pool on the roof of the hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels I've been to.

I recommend this hotel. Very nice bed linen. Powerful hair dryer. All the accessories are very stylish. Incredible patchouli fragrances

So actually we were very happy as a family in this hotel, very clean, quiet, outstanding service (I thought) and food was good.

Unfortunately I left an expensive cap in my room (1404) when I left on 29 February.
We live in Germany.

So I had to pay €11, which is the equivalent of 43.98 dirhams, to call them to see if they would send my cap back. Because to call the Arab Emirates you have to pay money from Europe.

I was told to contact the House Keeping Mail address on the phone. I did so and even when I asked, nobody responded.
Not even that the cap was there.

So I wasted €11 for nothing and my cap is missing.
That's not good service.

At least a rejection that they couldn't find our item or something else.
That's a cheek and should go to the bottom....

I am really very disappointed that we have not been helped.

After the Review everything went very quickly.

The staff contacted us by email and told us that they had found the cap.

I am very happy that we were not disappointed with such a service in the end.

I actually didn't take the cap back after all because it was just too complicated to enter Germany. That's why I ordered a new one.

Nevertheless, I would like to thank the boss for his cooperation and care.

I would like to come back to this incredible hotel with great staff in the kitchen, downstairs at the entrance, security and of course all the staff who keep the rooms clean.

We, as a family of 3, stayed at this hotel for 5 days in February. Very nice hotel, with wonderful decor throughout and fits with the name! Very well maintained. Rooms were very spacious. Quick service by the Housekeeping team. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the Spa for steam room and relaxation; the whole experience was great and the team were very accommodating. In regards to food at breakfast, quality was good, but the variety was lacking. Masala tea always ran out everyday and took a while to be replaced.

Really nice hotel with impressive interior design: traditional hand-made carpets, decorations but still quite luxury. The staff is very polite and helpful. The place is in the centre of Abu Dhabi city. Nearly perfect!

Truly a Top Class Arabic/Victorian style Hotel, in my own opinion. All so clean and beautiful not just on the insides of the lobby and Grand Entry Foyer, but the Rooms are also maintained and 5-Dimond level. Turn Down Services each evening, waters and Tea refreshed daily.

During our Ramadan Visit the Iftar was over the Top with Spoils of any traditional Arabic Meets to Breads and for me personally the delicious dessert offerings.

All this at what I feel a very reasonable rate.
