We have just had the most amazing stay at St. Regis, our room was upgraded to a suite on arrival, the staff couldn’t have been nicer! The little touches really do make a hotel, we had welcome drinks & cool towel on arrival, then escorted to our suite! The bed was so soft and comfy, the bathroom was spotless and had everything you needed. We got invited to a champagne reception before dinner which was so lovely!
The breakfast was incredible, so much choice and everything was delicious. We used to pool and beach everyday. The pool was a perfect temperature and comfy loungers. The staff really couldn’t have done more for you, everyone knew your name and attended to your every need. We will be recommending to everyone and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

Wow. So we only had like a 20 hour layover and figured let’s get a room and hang out. Well I’m so glad we did. The service from the minute we arrived was fantastic and the people were great. The hotel itself was beyond amazing and the location was great. We were a bit further from the airport than I would have liked but we were right on the water. The hotel has 2 pools and a private beach. Also the hotel had a nice kids club connected to the beach side pool. I’m a big cigar smoker and the swim up bar allowed cigars which was awesome. Food was very good and butler service was excellent

Amazing idea to use helipad as luxury dinner place. Unique for me so far. Only rare sorts of vine, Michelin cousin level, live music. There are a limited number of guests who can attend the event at the same time amount of staff is equal to amount of guests. This ratio makes service special, allow to give proper attention to every customer. Event occurring every second Saturday of the month from October till April. Dinner on the helipad, but the dinner is unusual: it happens once a month (every second Saturday from October to April), they serve rare expensive wines, Myshlen-level snacks, and all this with live music. The number of guests is limited, and the number of staff is exactly the same as guests. This ratio allows us to give due attention to each client. I have never heard of such events before. Maybe they happen somewhere, but for me it is one of a kind

butlers st. Regis provides the most discreet, personalized, delightful service. I don’t know how such genuine care and sincerity is achieved in a fantastic way, but it evokes ardent affection. For me St. Regis has been a symbol of exceptional service since 2015, when we visited Mallorca for the first time. The hotel in Abu Dhabi is amazing. when they tell me about hotels with their “all inclusive” I don’t have any desire to even think about trying. Because, having known perfection, as you know, do not agree to compromise)))

Normally never write reviews, but I’m absolutely amazed by the level of perfection at this hotel. Everything from amenities to staff is excellent. The staff was so helpful and respectful. Allowed me to check in early, check out late AND gave me a room upgrade. The room itself was absolutely stunning, was sad to be leaving this beautiful place. To all the STR staff a big thank you!

We traveled to the St Regis at the end of our holiday and it was the ultimate way to end. The hotel itself is fabulous from the moment you get to the valet to the moment you get to your room every need is thought of and catered to. Our room was on a high floor and the view was amazing, it was also spacious and comfortable. The pool area, access to the beach and kids pool is fantastic and my kids didn’t want to go anywhere else. I have to make special mention of the breakfast which was so extensive and so delicious and we luckily got all day breakfast on our last day, I cannot begin to describe the range of choices. The key standout for this hotel is the level of service from the staff. It was unmatched. From valet, check in, breakfast servers every staff member was kind, friendly and helpful. My kids really enjoyed their interactions with all the staff. We wished we were there for longer, we will have to go back!

Very well maintained, spacious rooms with excellent view. Since all rooms are on upper floors, the view is excellent. Breakfast buffet is superb. They have almost everything in the menu and what they don't have in the menu, they try to prepare fresh and serve you. Staff is excellent. It was our wedding anniversary and they made us feel very special ( Some pictures are attached ). Of course it was planned by our family but they took every effort in executing it and also surprising us at the right moment.

Just finished our trip and it was fantastic. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Can’t recall all the names of everyone except Fransico at breakfast (who was excellent), but the entire staff is doing a great job. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay here last week! The property, people and service were world class. I'll start with the room, we were on the 42nd floor, and the view was spectacular! Plenty of room, lots of outlets, a refrigerator that had snacks and drinks (for a fee), and a very comfortable bed. We had a few Butlers, but Mahoni was our main one. She made sure we were well cared for, and she arranged a birthday cake and champaign as it was my Lovely Bride's birthday week celebration trip. She also was very engaging and helpful in local knowledge and advice.
The food was also first class, breakfast especially! We were able to enjoy food we were familiar with, as well as try some of the local cuisine.
Finally, the beach and pool area were amazing as well. The staff was very attentive, and made us feel at home with anything we needed.
