The hotel 377 bright, stylish rooms with balconies (terraces) and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. There are connecting rooms and rooms for disabled guests.

Beach: own sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). The length of the beach 9000 m, Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge.

My favourite hotel in UAE. The staff is so so nice and welcoming and location is amazing. Also they have adult sections at the beach and pool which is so good! And lifeguards even adhere to those rules, say if a kid wants to jump from the edge into the adult pool they will tell the kid politely to leave. Which I have seen in many 5stars hotels not being the case as they are afraid of the parents of those kids etc.
Additionally the rooms are great. I got upgraded to “only” sea view twice now which even then the rooms are stunningly big and the bed is absolutely comfortable! Breakfast is insanely big. Only thing I’d wish was a “quieter” breakfast room. An adult section here as well would be amazing as this hotel attracts also loads of families with kids they are running around at breakfast and parents usually don’t care if they misbehave and scream.
Also pool and beach boys are very sweet, remember your name and try to make your stay at the beach or pool very comfortable. Madhun for example was great!

I loved staying at the property. From the minute I checked in and Brandon greeted me, I felt safe and at home! The beach was beautiful and service beyond my expectations and I can be picky. After a few days there, I went to Dubai and stayed at Raffles because wanted to try that chain. After I came to Abu Dhabi, was so happy to spend next few days at my favorite hotel. Actually, Brendon arranged my stay there with upgraded suite and breakfast. I would come back there next week but 12 hour flight and 9 hours jet lag are a challenge. However, I will be back!
All the staff is from many countries, leaving their families behind for a year or some to make income for their families. Even though, a minimum service was included, I always had dirhams with me for extra tips to show my appreciation for their service. They were was grateful and some of them almost embarrassed to take the money but I insisted. I felt like a queen Cleopatra there and sending my friends there.

We came here based on suggestions of our friends, after two days it's actually well understood that the hotel is very nice, but also there are some minuses: no shower at the beach, but it should be, you need to walk each time to toilet to get shower; no garbage baskets near umbrellas; one of the main restaurant is closed, unfortunately no chance to visit. But anyway the breakfast is fantastic, one of the best we ever met; the beach is nice, the serviceman always nearby, the room is quite big for family. Hope we enjoye the remaining days.

I recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel on Saadiyat Island and had a wonderful experience. I booked a room as a gift for my friends who just got married, while I stayed with my mom and daughter. There was a bit of a misunderstanding during check-in regarding a special offer, but the staff, particularly Elena and Lucky, handled the situation with incredible patience. They went above and beyond to ensure my friends' honeymoon was memorable and even informed all the staff we encountered about the situation. Every staff member I met addressed us by name and was fully aware of the check-in issue, which made us feel truly cared for. Elena and Lucky's proactive approach and attention to detail left a lasting impression. Thank you for making our stay so special. My family, especially my daughter, and I can’t wait to return. Although we live in Dubai, your hotel holds a special place in our hearts whenever we need to unwind.

Out of all that times I came here, this has been the worst experience yet. The tables near the bakery had a bad smell and so did the glasses. It was either not washed good, or didn’t use a good detergent.
I was very disappointed. The servers tried making our visit more pleasant but due to the bad smell it wasn’t. For a five star hotel, this was very disappointing.

A special shoutout to Fernando, who made our breakfast experience unforgettable. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made every morning a delight. John, the bartender, was an absolute joy—his entertaining personality and expert mixology skills made our evenings at the bar a highlight of our trip. Lastly, Gian, who cleaned our room, did a phenomenal job. The room was spotless every day, and it was clear he took pride in his work.

So far, it is the best hotel I have stayed at. The service is wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is the best in Abu Dhabi. I have to say that from the first moment you arrive, they make you feel special. The breakfast is great, it has a lot of variety and quality products. It is definitely an incredible experience.

The bed is very comfortable, the service is amazing 🤩, the beach is lovely, the staff are very helpful!
The kids club is the best I’ve ever been to and it is completely free! There are activities and games and children 4 years and older can stay there without an adult.
