Fantastic Experience at The Abu Dhabi Edition

My wife and I are currently enjoying a wonderful holiday at The Abu Dhabi Edition, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The hotel room is exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished, providing everything we need for a relaxing stay.

The hotel itself is stunning, with a great design and impeccable service. Everywhere we go, we are greeted with friendly and professional service, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

I would especially like to mention the three poolside service staff: Isac, Louis, and BJ. They have truly made our vacation unforgettable with their friendly and attentive service. They are always helpful and ensure that we feel completely comfortable.

Additionally, we want to give special recognition to Vicky, who was incredibly kind and helpful. His positive nature made our vacation even more enjoyable, and we feel like we’ve gained a friend. If Vicky ever visits Switzerland, we will take care of him as a guest, just like he did for us.

We are thoroughly enjoying the rest of our stay and will definitely return. Many thanks to the entire team at The Abu Dhabi Edition!

The Perfect Place to Be ! Amazing experience here ! All the staff are kindly and prepared to help you. Nice food at breakfast and dinner ! The position is quiet and great! I never felt like this into an Hotel. The room are modern with high level domotic stuffs.

Excellent hotel good service

Really exceeded expectations on all fronts. The hotel itself is a visual masterpiece - modern yet elegant, with a beautiful design and details throughout. The rooms are equally impressive - spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean.

But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff & their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost care and attentiveness. Every staff member I encountered, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant servers, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to want to ensure I had a fantastic stay.

I also can't recommend the food highly enough - had three meals and each was fresh, creative, and satisfying.

Overall, an easy 5 out of 5.

I came with my friends for breakfast. To be honest the breakfast lives up to its expectations.Thank you so much to Rostik for the service definitely appreciate everything and his service was over exceptional with all the recommendations of the food and beverages. Also big shoutout to the chefs for the food which was prepared with love and passion.

We spend 3 days at The Abu Dhabi edition and were very impressed. Upon arrival we were greeted by Katie from the front desk - who is an absolute joy. We loved the rooms, the breakfast, the pool & the location. However what set this experience apart was the service. From Katie at front desk to Rostik at breakfast - there are some lovely people there. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the amazing holiday.

Literally everything was amazing 😍 Room+ Service + location. Every time we came back to our room we just not see our place were clean, also they surprised us with extra gifts. The suit is so comfy and we had the feeling as it is our home😇 the breakfast has a very high quality, very great chief, and so wonderful stuff especially with our kids, they have a very smart way to deal with my three little kids 💕 . Moreover, the location of the hotel and the shops near by,it just makes you feel like you wanna live there 🙏🥰 thank you so much for all the stuff and their kind words 🌷

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently and it was a great surprise for me throughout our stay. From check-in to checkout, everything was great. The staff was absolutely amazing - at the pools, restaurants - very friendly, helpful, and very well trained. We felt really welcomed and relaxed. This level of service is not easy to find, and wanted to say well done to you all. I definitely recommend anyone reading this comment and wondering if they should stay or not

I think in my 20+ years as a business traveler, it was one of the best interactions of customer service I’ve seen. A lady named Carmen had brought some sweets and drinks to the room, and she immediately engaged with our boy when he asked about his favorite drink. Carmen said that she was sure it would be possible to get it at the bar and asked if she could take him there to get it, and away they went. He came back full of the biggest smiles, chatting away with his new found friend. The following morning, at breakfast, we were greeted personally by Paola, who had been chatting with Carmen about our boy. She made sure our breakfast and stay were perfect. It was a small acts of kindness that completely made his day; it made him feel incredibly special, and he will always remember that stay. It was just the perfect example of great service—going out of your way to make someone's day. We will be coming back to visit very soon. Thank you again to you both.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is perfect from the moment you check in to the moment you check out.

We spent our anniversary and birthday celebration here and a special thanks to Iresha, for going above and beyond for everything she has done. She kept making this an unforgettable stay by surprising us with her hospitality and kindness.

Rooms and house keeping are very clean. And they have all the amenities you could ever think of.
