I was so upset, and here is My letter to the manager

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your esteemed Four Seasons hotel. As a regular guest, I had anticipated a seamless and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, the events during my stay left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

First, I requested an early check-in, which was initially accepted, but upon my arrival at 12:00 PM, I was left waiting with my fy until 2:3amil0 PM for the room to be prepared. This was the beginning of a series of issues that dampened our stay.

There was no welcome drink offered upon our arrival, and while we appreciated the gesture of a welcome fruit plate, the quality was substandard and unappetizing. The hair dryer in our room was not functioning, and to add to our dismay, the hot water was also not working. Moreover, the room was infested with bed bugs. When I complained, only the bed sheets and pillow covers were changed, but the problem persisted the next day.

Additionally, the lack of privacy was shocking. Hotel staff frequently passed by our garden, and despite my complaint and request to check the security cameras, no effective action was taken. I even caught someone walking back and forth, and had to confront them, which was highly distressing when all I wanted was to enjoy the privacy I had paid for.

My son requested a golf cart, which I thought was a privilege or at least a service provided considering the location of our room. However, we were left waiting for more than 45 minutes. The drivers of the golf carts consistently made us feel uncomfortable, as if they were solely
