We stayed only one night being in transit. Mary from the reception made the check in process smooth and efficient. She upgraded our room and did early check in with no additional costs. We really appreciate this and we are very thankful.
The room itself is beautifully decorated but i have few recommendations for the amenities: i would like to find in the room dental kit and sewing kit. I did ask for it at housekeeping and received the next minutes but it will be much appreciated if can be founded already in the room. Also, this is not a big deal and we will recommend this hotel and definitely stay again in the near future.

It’s a good FOUR SEASONS but not a great FOUR SEASONS.
I cut my finger trying to get the dumb metal cap off the bottle.
BUT WHAT IS DANGEROUS HERE IS THE MARBLE FLOOR IN BATHROOM. I FELL AND MY KNEE STILL HURTS after 4 days. They have a rug in front of the sink but it doesn’t cover the most critical zone out of the shower.
By the way the help desk not a real concierge staff is so so but our last day we met two young ladies who at least tried. We met the manager who worked a beautiful blue outfit and her junior the next morning who had ordered a to go breakfast since we were flying out.
The restaurant here BULL AND ? Bull and Stitch or just full of bull had good steaks but everything else was sub par. The twice baked potato and cauliflower dish was inedible.

While the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is known for its luxurious reputation, my experience left much to be desired. For a hotel of this caliber, the service and attention to detail were surprisingly inconsistent. Check-in was slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed despite it not being a peak period. There was little of the personalized touch you’d expect from a brand like Four Seasons.
The room, while clean and beautifully designed, had maintenance issues. The air conditioning was noisy, and the lighting system was overly complicated to operate. For the high price point, I expected these basics to be flawless. Room service was also disappointing—my order arrived late and wasn’t hot, which was frustrating for such a premium establishment.
The pool area was underwhelming, feeling crowded and lacking the tranquility you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Additionally, noise from nearby construction disrupted the otherwise serene atmosphere, making it hard to relax.
While the hotel’s location on Al Maryah Island is excellent, providing access to The Galleria Mall and waterfront views, it doesn’t compensate for the underwhelming experience. At this price, there are other luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi that deliver far better value and service.

I chose to celebrate my birthday at the Four Seasons because it coincided with National Day, and I was looking forward to the fireworks, which were a key reason for my booking. Unfortunately, the fireworks did not happen, and the hotel failed to inform us in advance. This lack of communication was incredibly disappointing, especially for such a special occasion. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better communication and guest service. I hope they take feedback like this seriously to improve the guest experience in the future.so be careful if you want to celebrate new year with them.

An absolutely beautiful hotel at a terrific location connected to a huge mall with endless possibilities for food and entertainment. Lovely staff Petrus at the pool is a gem. Breakfast was amazing. The pool is perfect for a relaxing day after a walk around the mall. Rooms were luxurious.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel for an amazing stay. The srvice were so great and the staff more than amazing.
Room were super clean and comfort. Its has an entrance to the Galleria Mall.

Just returned from a short stay in Abu Dhabi, this was one of the best hotel stays ever.
Property as such is spotless, as you would expect it from Four Seasons.
What made it extraordinary, was the staff. Everyone was extremely hospital and approachable in a very natural way. I'd highly recommend, and definitely choose to stay here again if back in Abu Dhabi.

The location is very good if you want to shop in the Dragon mall and have a car. The room is convenient but the curtains can have stains and the best sheet might be torn (like in my case) but it didn't matter. Good bath and comfy beds and wallet parking was more important.

Simply perfect!
Three days stay feels like one week vacation.
Everything was perfect, the stuff everywhere is very professional and at the same time very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, luxurious and quiet, which is very important for the good sleep. I love the location too, very easy access for a long walk outside or inside the closest shopping mall.
Very special thanks to Lucy from the restaurant who made our breakfasts unforgettable experience and we felt like we are at home. Even at the busiest hour in the mornings she managed to provide perfect service with a personal touch and a smile.
