Loved my 4 days at the Conrad. The location is fantastic with access to the Mall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in. The pools are terrific, with a shaded area and separate kids pool. The food in the various restaurants is high quality and the variety is great. The room was very well appointed and as you can see, the bathroom is spectacular. Only gripe is that the doors are not slow close so if you have neighbors who like to slam the door, you're in trouble because the doors are loud.

Nestled in the heart of downtown, The Rays Bar has quickly become one of my favorite spots to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere is inviting, with soft lighting that creates a warm and welcoming ambiance, adorned with rustic decor that instantly puts you at ease.
What truly made my visit memorable, however, was the exceptional service I received from Arlene, our server. From the moment we walked in, her friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for the evening. She took the time to share her recommendations from the menu, showcasing her extensive knowledge about both the food and the drink offerings.
Arlene was attentive without being intrusive, checking in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. She made excellent suggestions, including a delightful craft cocktail.Her passion for the bar's offerings was evideand it added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience.
The cocktails were creative and expertly mixed, showcasing the bar's commitment to quality.
Overall, Rays Bar is a gem, overlooking view of the beautiful city, Arlene is a standout server who elevates the experience even further. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit, hoping to see Arlene again!

We had the afternoon tea at Level 45 and recommend it! It was a great experience and lovely food. The waiter Jimmy was excellent and looked after us. We had come for our honeymoon and got a great experience and received good hospitality.

Pros+++ Russian-speaking staff at the reception and concierge, always happy to help, Gorgeous view from the windows, Clean, If you take half board - many restaurants to choose from for dinner, Observation deck, On the lower floors there are cafes, boutiques, a grocery store, Coffee machine / kettle / refrigerator in the room, Large, good gym. Cons - Breakfast is not super, but there is what you need. To order coffee you need to catch the waiters, they do not ask themselves, Not very convenient organization of the room, a very small closet, but for some reason there is a large sofa, table and armchair)) Small beach area, where everyone lies very close. But this is not a minus, but a reality) In general, I liked everything, for a couple of days an excellent option :)

Modern chic hotel with shops, restaurants, swimming pool and much more! Cozy and comfortable place! We love going to restaurants here! Sit on the balcony drinking wine and admiring the sunset!!! I recommend it to everyone!

Excellent hotel. We had a hard time with the elevator system. The elevator is so fast that it makes your ears slightly clogged. The staff is friendly and polite everywhere. They are always ready to help, if there is a language barrier, they can even show you how to walk a little with you.

Amazing luxury hotel. Can’t even remember all the nice gestures provided my the stuff. Good big pool, beach. Rooms are large and pretty. All we requested was carried out quickly. Amazing modern tower. Hotel gives you a visit to the Observation room on the 75 floor. Breakfasts are decent. For diamond members there is a special menu and sitting area. A slight disappointment was a very shot happy hour for Diamond members from 5-7. Conrad Dubai offers afternoon tea and light dinner, seems a better option to me.

We had a wonderful stay! A special thanks to Joly who made all the arrangements. We stayed in the Deluxe room with a beautiful view. Especially loved the view from the bathtub! We had a couples massage at the Spa which was world class. We had dinner at Ray's Grill and overall had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

I’m not one who takes the time to write a review, but i hand to write this one. Without exaggerating this is the BEST hospitality and customer service I’ve experienced, not just in hotels industry, i mean overall! You feel that you are being treating like a king here, honestly i can’t express it in words, when you’ll get here you’ll understand. The management here did a extraordinary job, well done.
