Beach Rotana - Abu Dhabi

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and we had an incredible experience!

The buffet was another highlight. Every meal was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The freshness and quality of the food were excellent.

The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, but a special shoutout goes to Sara, one of the buffet cooks. She was not only professional but also wonderfully kind and engaging. Sara made us feel right at home and went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of.

Overall, a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for families!

Stayed here for a week.
Prices were outrageous during the ADIPEC week but so were the rest of the hotels in the area.

I recently stayed at the Beach Rotana hotel, and my experience was absolutely positive. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning sea views and offers a high level of service. The staff is always attentive and ready to assist with any request. I would like to particularly mention the housekeeping staff member, Gayan, who ensured our room was perfectly clean every day. He paid great attention to detail and even created small, pleasant surprises that added a cozy touch. Thanks to all the staff for an unforgettable stay!

Just returned from my 3rd visit but the 1st in 5 yrs. Rooms have had a makeover which is nice. It's the first time I have chosen all inclusive option. We paid for the dine-around option. This was well worth the additional cost and I would highly recommend. FYI- it seems if you don't book the all-inclusive or dine around option before arrival, you can't upgrade once you are there, and not all tour operators offer either of the all-inclusive packages too- so check when you book.
Food in all restaurants was superb. ALL staff were fabulous, so polite and friendly. Too many to mention by name. I would highly recommend this hotel with the all-inclusive dine around option.

Have stayed at the Residence for the past year and have been very happy. The apartments are great, well equipped and maintained and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. A particular thank you to Shabus for doing an excellent job looking after the apartment this last year and all the reception staff including Telal for their warm greetings whenever I pass and their efficient and professional service.

During the holiday I needed to seek medical attention and didn’t have insurance. Understandably I was panicking but I spoke with Charles on the Guest Services desk who was extremely helpful, on multiple occasions, who recommended a local GP clinic which would be able to treat me without having to overpay for care. This was a huge relief and meant that I could enjoy the rest of my holiday as I recovered. He also ensured that my last day in the hotel was as comfortable and high quality as the previous ones.

I had the pleasure of staying at Beach Rotana Residences for an entire year, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the warm hospitality and attentive service made it feel like home.

A special thank you to Saleh at the reception, whose professionalism and kindness were always appreciated. Saleh was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I also want to extend my gratitude to Shankar at guest services, who consistently ensured that any request or concern was addressed promptly. Shankar’s dedication to making sure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience truly stands out.

And lastly, I must thank Shabus from housekeeping. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made a huge difference in the comfort of my stay. My apartment was always impeccably maintained, and it was clear that Shabus takes great pride in his work.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. I had a 30 minutes conversation with one of the staff and it was amazing. Service is absolutely amazing, everything about this hotel surprised me. I would definitely gone again, 100 times or even 200 times no matter the cost.

One of the best hotels to stay and experience their warm welcomes and support during the stay. Extremely satisfied and felt like home. The only upsetting moment was when we had to leave the hotel.
