Location: 160 km from the Dubai airport, 35 km from the airport of Abu Dhabi, in the centre of Abu Dhabi.
Consists of one 20-storey building.
The hotel has 265 rooms, most of which have views of the Arabian Gulf and the promenade Cornishe Road.
Beach: public sandy beach in 2 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs: free (Corniche beach Beach, beach access fee: 2,7 $). The beach is 4 km away and a Shuttle service upon request (subject to availability). Free mineral water and a towel.

Absolutely fantastic. I personally have never stayed a night in the hotel so I can’t give the rooms a five star, however my father did stay there for around a year. Every time I visited the Royal Meridian it was a lovely experience, with friendly staff ready to help you at any time. Simon is a great example who gladly helped me carry groceries all the way to my car even though I was parked across the street! Additionally, the food is top notch there. If you visit the Market Kitchen restaurant downstairs, make sure to try the tomato soup. It is delicious!

I work in a customer service field and i came to the Hotel for two days of business training.
The first corner room i got had a broken AC and the second room (which was a super deluxe as per them) was so bad, it was not clean, damaged and not even ready for a new guest (i don’t think they checked the room before moving me).
Then when i requested to move out, the agent girl from the reception was rude and unprofessional so i had to escalate a complaint but i didn’t get any feedback.
After that they moved me to the third room which was OKAY. It was a corner room but honestly better than the super deluxe..
Service is so slow and they barely pick up the phone.
Cleaning service is not so clean.
Food is not so great, like for example i only liked the meat stroganoff and a couple of sweets.
the bathroom is comfortable with a bathtub and a shower but bath robes smells bad.
I don’t think i will consider this Hotel for my next trip to Abu Dhabi.

The Executive Lounge is another gem of this hotel. It’s a fantastic space where the staff go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and pampered. The Panacota and Chocolate Ganache desserts are particular favorites of mine, always bringing a smile to my face. A special thanks to Raef and Aliya for their exceptional efforts in making every visit to the lounge a delightful experience.
Le Royal Meridien consistently exceeds my expectations, making it my go-to hotel in Abu Dhabi. I’m fortunate to have two more stays planned here in 2024, and I have no doubt they will be just as wonderful as this one.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel on my trips. The service and staff are incredible. I enjoy the location and can visit many friends close by. The Irish Pub is a great place to hang out and eat/drink

Well maintained and a hotel with good ambience. This stay is very near to abudabhi corniche and many other beautiful places and malls around. This can be the best choice to stay if its fits in your budget line. Staffs and very polite and welcoming.

My first stay here and quite enjoyed it. Great room (clean, spacious), all the staff seemed very professional, excellent choice for breakfast and plenty of food choices on-site and nearby.

Great hotel, I have stayed for a few nights. They allowed me an early check in with no extra charges, breakfast is great and an amazing value for money, bed is comfy and toiletries are high quality. Overall good experience

This is a food & location review and not for the stay experience. Had a chance to enjoy an Iftar buffet in a corporate event. The food was very mildly spiced, maybe to suit large group people from different places. But the ambience and the service was very good. The staff was very polite, overall a very good experience.
