Aloft Dubai South

A way less than what I expected. If you do not bring your Luxury car, they won’t park it for you otherwise offer you a VIP service. Location is too far from Downtown. The room was set for only one person regardless of the reservation details which is two people. Pool small and no night club or anything around at all, not even a supermarket. The smell was bad when arrived to the room.

My review is not about the rooms or the hotel but I did encountered a bad experience with one of Aloft staff, it was recently when in Dubai everything went bad due to the raining weather, situation was complicated for everyone and because of this reason I had to leave my car in Aloft parking I had not much options, there was literally only 1 car parked rest of the parking was empty, I asked the reception and one Egyptian guy (which unfortunately I don’t remember the name) was not helpful and even though the situation was not good their parking was empty yet he didn’t care and didn’t allow me to park. I do understand that Im not a hotel guest but at least he could have had been a bit careful about whats going on and to think a little about others. I hope the next time they can be more careful minded.

The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor, sneezing, coughing, and singing beneath the shower.
But the worst thing is that they play the music so loud in the gym. That’s really annoying, because you cannot hear your own music in your headphones.
