The staff were exceptionally professional and kind. I stayed for two nights and truly enjoyed their warm hospitality — the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel facilities and ventilation were top-notch. During my two-week trip, I stayed in six different hotels, and this one was definitely among the best

We had a lovely time at voco Bonnington Hotel. The staff, especially Elvira, Ginelle & Rohan, were very friendly and attentive! The service was great and our room was spotless. Truly a five-star hotel. We’ll definitely come back.

Plus points: The hotel is a short walk away from the metro station and there are nice restaurants nearby.

I stayed here as a part of an organized tour so I didn't choose this hotel but it was a really great option. The location is wonderful, very walkable and convenient to several restaurants and shops. The rooms are a good size and have the beds are comfortable. The highlight of the stay was Hala - she is the absolute sweetest. She's very patient and extremely helpful. We arrived very early and she helped us get situated, even though our rooms weren't ready yet.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The service was truly outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the station and the beach, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

One of the highlights for me was the amazing variety of food available. The selection was impressive, catering to different tastes, and everything was fresh and delicious.

I had such a positive experience at this hotel at an event I was recently part of. The interior is absolutely stunning and modern and the staff are incredible. A special shout out to Cristina who went absolutely above and beyond to help me locate something I had misplaced after the event. Her kindness and follow ups did not go unnoticed. You are an amazing person and credit to your workplace!

Stellar location and stellar service. Superior service actually quite probably the best I have experienced at a hotel. Valet service is top notch and front desk will bend over backward to help you.

Property is spotless clean. There is no question about safety.

Location is in the middle of a wonderful walking area and restaurants around. Pleant of choices....don't miss mcgettigan's either...alot of fun.

Breakfast is phenomenal with plenty if choices and again, service is stellar.

My room was a little musty....that is the only thing I can find that is not stellar here. I think just a matter of the AC running full vast in the summer.

I would choose to stay here again. Love it.

Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. Hala must be doing a fantastic job at the reception. Her ability to make guests feel welcome and attended to is truly admirable!!

The hotel is great and the staff service is very nice and respectful. I really love them. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a beautiful view. Breakfast is very varied. The swimming pool has a great view. I can see all the constellations while swimming. Oh my God, how comfortable the bed is, I can't get out of it. And yes, there will be another visit because the hotel is amazing in the truest sense of the word. I recommend it 🩷🩷🩷
