Adagio Jumeirah Village Triangle

I cant even begin to express how dissatisfied I am. I have spent days trying to make a reservation and either no one picks up the phone or I get told the reservation team would call me but no one does. Yesterday I drove all the way to the hotel just to make a reservation and after I did that, I was asked for a credit card number to confirm the booking, which I sent to the reservation departments whatsapp number. Still, I did not get a reply. After calling multiple times today and finally someone answering, I find out that there is no booking under my name and that the reservation team will be giving me a call. I have no words honestly this is just absurd.

We recently stayed at a hotel for four nights, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Despite assurances from management about a rotating breakfast menu, we were served the same options every day. This lack of variety was disappointing, especially for a stay extending over several days.

Additionally, the hotel advertises an adult swimming pool, which was a significant factor in our choice to stay here, looking forward to some quiet relaxation. However, the pool was consistently crowded with children, making it impossible to enjoy the calm environment we anticipated. This mismanagement of facilities meant that a key amenity was not as advertised.

Moreover, the interaction with the staff highlighted a need for better training in customer service. The staff's handling of our requests and their overall approach to guest satisfaction was subpar and contributed to our disappointing experience.

We also faced issues with basic services like towel exchanges. After our towels became wet, we approached the staff to request fresh ones, only to be told we couldn't receive new towels because we had already been issued some. This rigid policy was inconvenient and not guest-friendly.

While the hotel certainly has a lot of potentials, these issues significantly marred our overall experience. The service and amenities did not meet the standards expected at this price point. Despite the property's promise, I am hesitant to recommend it or plan a return visit until improvements are evident.
