Adagio Jumeirah Village Triangle

I had an exceptional stay at Adagio Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), and I cannot praise this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the professional and friendly staff, who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the outstanding leadership of Mr. Fadi, the General Manager. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable. He leads by example, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that guests receive top-notch service. His presence and hands-on approach create an atmosphere of hospitality that is second to none.

I am very happy to live there!) satisfied with the service. I would like to specifically highlight the work of the staff, who do everything possible to ensure that guests feel comfortable.
The hotel’s general manager, Fadi, has proven to be a true professional. He was always present, ready to assist with any questions, and created a welcoming atmosphere in the hotel. It is clear that he genuinely cares about the comfort of the guests, which is very much appreciated.
A special thanks to Faisal, the waiter in the hotel’s main restaurant. His attentiveness, politeness, and efficiency deserve the highest praise. Every morning, he greeted us with a smile, provided quick service, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, the hotel staff plays a huge role in creating an excellent impression. Thanks to dedicated employees like Fadi and Faisal, my stay was truly comfortable and memorable. Thank you 🙏 🤗

My overall experience was excellent throughout my stay at the hotel, the location is easily accessible, nice facilities and beautiful vibes. Also I would take a moment to appreciate housekeeping services provided by Danial and Rabin, both were excellent and cleaned my room perfectly and were able to accommodate all my needs. I wish them best for continuing their work nicely as they are doing so now.

Daniel is a very humble and kind. Very attentive to details. He maintain the spotless with a good smell. The bed was well done , and the kitchen,toilet well cleaned. He brings a good atmosphere around .

Ravin and Amrit, the housekeeping team for our apartment and floor, are absolutely amazing! They’re always happy to help and go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need. Their hard work and friendly attitude really make a difference and make our lives so much easier. Big thanks to both of them for everything they do!

The room cleaning is very good nice view and amazing pool they have pool for kids and playing area the food 😀also nice room is amazing big and comfortable clean with good view and amenity staff are frindly specially rabin ,bapendra they are did their good job.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. Excellent place to stay. Rooms are very clean and modern. Room staff Rashid is very friendly and I don’t have to ask him for any extra cleaning he cleans up before that!
