This is my second time staying at the Legoland Hotel, and once again, it was an amazing experience. It’s truly one of the safest and most enjoyable places for kids. One of the biggest advantages is having direct access to Dubai Parks—Legoland Theme Park, Water Park, and Motiongate … etc —so there’s always something exciting to do. The hotel also offers a wide variety of activities for children indoors, which makes the stay even more fun and convenient for families.
The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the team in the kids’ play area—they’re great with children and very attentive.
Cleanliness: The hotel is spotless and smells wonderful throughout.
Room Service: Outstanding! A special thank you to our room attendant, Mrs. Rakib He was extremely helpful, always checking if we needed anything, and provided truly exceptional service.
Food: The one area that needs improvement is the food quality and variety. The flavors are lacking, and the fruit options are very limited and repeated daily. It would be great to see more variety and better seasoning in the meals.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

Very nice hotel, well themed rooms, the service staff is good and courteous. The buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner was good. However the plates and glasses were bit old and scratched up. But nothing to be bothered. Nice pool and easy access to park.

Our stay at the Legoland Hotel was a major disappointment from start to finish.
1. Pricing issue and no support
We booked a day prior to arrival only to discover later that UAE residents pay almost one-third of what we paid. Despite bringing this to their attention immediately, the staff refused to make any adjustment or offer any form of solution. The rigidity and lack of customer focus were shocking for what is supposed to be a family-friendly destination.
2. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff
From the reception to the restaurant team, the staff were simply not welcoming. The attitude was impolite, unhelpful, and far from what you expect in a hospitality environment. You genuinely feel like you are disturbing them by asking basic questions.
3. Park in poor condition
The park itself is aging badly. Many areas look worn out, and the number of available attractions is surprisingly limited. For the price they charge, the experience feels extremely underwhelming.
4. Terrible breakfast experience
Breakfast was the lowest point of the stay. Almost no staff around, no service, no waiters, and a very cheap, cafeteria-style setup. The food quality was extremely poor and reminded me of a budget cantine rather than a hotel breakfast.
5. Rooms just "okay"—but old
The room was acceptable in size but looks outdated and lacks proper maintenance. For a themed hotel, we expected much better.
Overall, this was absolutely not worth the money, and we would not recommend the Legoland Hotel to anyone. There are far better family options in Dubai with significantly higher service standards.

I appreciate the response Clausssy. I have actually made a booking for 2nd December, confirming my point that the hotel indeed remains to be a great option.
The stay overall the hotel has been excellent for the most part. A real heaven for children from the room, to the lobby, Restaurant all the way to the park.
Themed rooms, focus on children as well as quality of both dinner & breakfast buffets at Bricks Resturant has been great as well as the free access to the LEGOLAND theme park & Waterpark.
In terms of improvement; the team need to improve their response times to emails (had to send two emails to get a response), the phone at times is never picked up & the overall level of “warmth” & “welcoming” by staff while indeed ok can be significantly improved with some more training. This applies to the staff managing the front desk, the team managing the park access on the other desk plus Bricks Resturant staff. However; staff at the valet, bellmen…etc. have been excellent.
I’d definitely visit again yet really hopeful the hotel can keep improving.

We spent two wonderful days at Legoland Hotel Dubai, and everything was perfectly organized!
Before coming, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but in reality, everything was amazing.
🎃 Legoland during Halloween is just magical! The atmosphere, decorations, and activities were fantastic. The water park was also great — very clean and fun for kids. My son is 120 cm tall and couldn’t go on just one slide (122 cm required), but he could enjoy all the others, including everything inside Legoland itself.
🏨 The hotel is not brand new, but it’s clean, comfortable, and completely designed for children — from the décor to the little treasure hunt in the room. Breakfast was very good, especially for a family hotel — lots of choice and fresh food.
💦 The main pool wasn’t working, but they compensated it with free access to the water park — such a nice gesture and a perfect solution!
Overall, it’s an excellent place for a family stay. It’s officially 4 stars, but for kids’ happiness — it’s a full 10 out of 10! ❤️

They have theme rooms which was one of the reason we booked here. My kids enjoyed a lot.
The hotel food options were decent, not great.
Walkable distance is the Legoland Waterpark which kids will enjoy. They have rides for adults too but didn't explore as we were mostly at the kids section.
They have chairs near the play area so it's easy to leave your things. They do provide towel also. I am not sure if there is a charge to the towels, for hotel stay towels were free.
There is a Cafe nearby and an ice cream shop. Both decent.
Two slides in the play area was closed though.
The hotel food options were decent, not great.

We had such a lovely time visiting this place! It was the perfect spot for a fun family outing. My kids and I enjoyed every moment — from the welcoming atmosphere to the activities that kept the little ones entertained and happy. Everything was clean, well-organized, and family-friendly. It’s definitely a place we’ll come back to again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make sweet memories with their children! 🌟

We had the pleasure of staying at Legoland Hotel Dubai from June 13 to 15 to celebrate our son's birthday. The hotel itself is truly fantastic, especially with its indoor play area for children. My son particularly enjoyed the 9:15 AM morning exercise session.
Although we didn't get to explore the entire theme park extensively, as some areas are currently under renovation, we still had a wonderful experience. Our son is 95 cm tall, and since most of the rides are located inside the Imagination Area—which was also under renovation at the time—we couldn't access all the attractions. The only small suggestion would be to perhaps extend the theme park and water park operating hours, especially during the summer months, since the temperatures from 10 AM to 4 PM can be quite hot for young children.
The breakfast offerings was not bad, but not so good also. sausages were dry, the egg station opens late, and more on Indian foods.
Sandy, the customer service was superb! thank you for taking extra effort on our request. We appreciate Sandy for the quick service.
Overall, we had a memorable stay and look forward to visiting again soon!

Fun, kid-focused, and fully themed—Legoland Hotel is perfect for LEGO-loving families. Rooms are playful with treasure hunts and bunk beds, staff are friendly, and you’re steps from the park. It’s pricey, but worth it for the experience.
