I have been a long-staying guest at Novotel, and my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff truly made all the difference, with their dedication to exceptional customer service shining through at every moment.

I would like to particularly commend Mani, the Housekeeping Supervisor, and his team for their outstanding work. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. Every detail was taken care of with professionalism and warmth, and it was clear that Mani leads his team with pride and excellence.

As someone who has spent considerable time at the hotel, I have seen firsthand the impact Mani has on the overall guest experience. I believe he would make an exceptional manager – his leadership skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests set him apart.

It’s rare to come across such attentive and genuinely caring service, and it has made my extended stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only quality accommodations but also an experience that feels personalized and special.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are nice and modern. It is very good value and the staff are very friendly. It is about 15 mins drive from the Marina and JBR but there is a shuttle bus and taxis are reasonable. The pool areas (children and adults) are very nice.

Stayed here for 7 days. A very comfortable stay and staff at the breakfast were extremely professional and Cooperative. Special mention to Faisal for being so helpful and attentive. His display of customer service is excellent.

Perfect place, a little far from downtown but cool place.

The hotel itself is excellent, offering great facilities at a reasonable price. However, the customer service needs significant improvement. The staff, particularly at reception and in the call center, lack professionalism. They are unhelpful, rarely smile, and seem indifferent to long wait times, which creates a poor first impression.

That said, there is one standout employee: a reception supervisor named Islam. He is polite, flexible, and provides exceptional service with a welcoming attitude. I highly recommend dealing with him directly, as the experience with other staff members can be disappointing .

I had one of the most remarkable experiences in terms of service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Every request was handled with such care and attention to detail, making my stay truly memorable.

The highlight of my stay came on the evening of my birthday. Unbeknownst to me, the hotel staff had noticed the date on my booking information. After returning to my room from a day of exploring, I was greeted with a delightful surprise—a beautifully decorated birthday cake waiting for me, along with a handwritten note from the team. It was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that truly went above and beyond.

The cake was delicious, and the presentation made me feel special. The fact that they had paid attention to such a personal detail without me mentioning it speaks volumes about the level of care they put into their guests' experiences. This surprise, coupled with their consistent top-notch service

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Besides that the breakfast buffet was super tasty and had a lot of varieties and the staff always come and ask us if we need anything specially Faisal he was very helpful and hospitable. Overall we had a nice stay and my kids enjoyed the splash park and the pool. The only thing it was very crowded but i think because of the good quality and affordable prices. Definitely not the last time. Thank you 🫰🏼
