The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Besides that the breakfast buffet was super tasty and had a lot of varieties and the staff always come and ask us if we need anything specially Faisal he was very helpful and hospitable. Overall we had a nice stay and my kids enjoyed the splash park and the pool. The only thing it was very crowded but i think because of the good quality and affordable prices. Definitely not the last time. Thank you 🫰🏼

Location, hotel amenities are good But there is a lot of room for improvement.
Room: Cleanliness & Hygiene should be better!
Breakfast: food is not hot/warm enough including the coffee.

Had a wonderful time with my family. Ambiance and environment is very friendly. The best thing is the pool slide. My kids loved it. Breakfast buffet had good variety. We were served very nicely by the staff specially I liked hospitality of Ms. Zainab.

Ac in hotel not good.and electricity went off for few hours. Reception not so friendly

Facility is good for kids. Pool is really big. Water park good for toddlers only. Price of the hotel is affordable

Had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

One staff member who stood out was Nay Lin, a waiter who was exceptionally kind and attentive. His warm demeanor and excellent service truly enhanced my dining experience. Nay Lin went above and beyond to ensure that all guests felt valued and well taken care of.

Overall, my stay at Novotel was delightful, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Nay Lin and the rest of the team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Overall the Hotel is great, clean and with top notch amenities. Most of the staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Alexis at reception lacks professionalism and can be rude to guest, worth avoiding if you can. Other reception staff seems well trained with good customer service. Overall the hotel is great value for money.

Checking in and checking out of the hotel was a breeze specially with the assistance of the front desk staff, special mention to Alexis who catered to me and made sure my stay was as comfortable as it can get. I stayed here from Feb29-March 11, there was a storm on March 9 and they even checked on me and made sure my needs where met as Dubai was flooded and couldn’t go out.
Room was properly maintained and cleaned during my 11 days stay, and all staff were very friendly and easy to talk to.
If I may suggest one thing, it would be they maintain the cleanliness of the windows, the view was great from my room but the windows weren’t cleaned.
JVT is a bit far from the city proper but it was a nice and peaceful neighborhood.

The breakfasts in that place are excellent. A huge choice of hot dishes. A lot of salads, fresh juices, bakery products. Service is fast, lots of waiters, all polite and respectful to communicate) especially want to highlight the girl Zainab, she is a hostess and her excellent smile and greeting starts my every breakfast) thanks to the team for excellent service.
