Limited variety of food buffet but the taste is yummy and tasty

Room has bad smell ,its size is good but need more attention
Ms. Gen, the receptionist, deserves special recognition for her excellent service and friendly approach. Her professionalism and dedication to assisting guests were truly exemplary, and I was thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail.
In the restaurant area, both Ms. Hom and Ms. Abir greeted me with genuine smiles and hospitality that went above and beyond my expectations. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added a personal touch to my dining experience, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for their genuine hospitality.
I also want to extend my gratitude to the security guard, Mr. (Arabic) don’t know his name, for his warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to customers. His well-mannered and friendly approach never failed to brighten my day, and his presence truly contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
Lastly, the lake view at the Copthorne Hotel was simply spectacular. The serene and picturesque setting provided a tranquil backdrop that enhanced the overall ambiance of the hotel, and it was truly a memorable sight to behold.
Overall, my experience at the Copthorne Hotel for the last 4 days were nothing short of exceptional, thanks in no small part to the remarkable staff and the captivating lake view. I look forward to returning for another delightful experience in the near future.
