I’d like to say that this hotel (we booked an apartment suite) was one of the core memories I’ve created with my family. I still remember the lake view, it was the most beautiful thing to wake up to, we went twice because I insisted on it as to go and stay there from how much it’s a comfort place for me. I love the services, the food buffet, everything is well. I love it.

The stuff is friendly & welcoming and cooperative all the way
Limited variety of food buffet but the taste is yummy and tasty

I use to stay in different hotels as part of my work but. I wanted to share my recent experience at the Copthorne Hotel, as it left a lasting impression on me. First and foremost, I am compelled to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by your exceptional staff, as well as the breathtaking lake view that added to the overall charm of the hotel.
Ms. Gen, the receptionist, deserves special recognition for her excellent service and friendly approach. Her professionalism and dedication to assisting guests were truly exemplary, and I was thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail.
In the restaurant area, both Ms. Hom and Ms. Abir greeted me with genuine smiles and hospitality that went above and beyond my expectations. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added a personal touch to my dining experience, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for their genuine hospitality.
I also want to extend my gratitude to the security guard, Mr. (Arabic) don’t know his name, for his warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to customers. His well-mannered and friendly approach never failed to brighten my day, and his presence truly contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
Lastly, the lake view at the Copthorne Hotel was simply spectacular. The serene and picturesque setting provided a tranquil backdrop that enhanced the overall ambiance of the hotel, and it was truly a memorable sight to behold.

This is one of my go to places whenever I come to dubai. I love the green environment,the lake view and the sound of birds with their beautiful chirping. The breakfast is great and the servers are kind and attentive. I would like to thank Lina who especially took care of us and ensured we had everything we needed.

I'm leaving a late review. I vacationed with my family (wife and two-year-old daughter) in this hotel at the end of November last year. We really enjoyed. The location is beautiful, quiet. Despite the fact that my English is poor, the staff was patient, for which I thank them. I cannot help but note how quickly they responded to my requests. Everything we asked for was quickly received. On the first day, they showed me how to get to the restaurant, they also showed me how to get to the nearest mosque, and they showed me the room for prayer. I also liked their wonderful attitude towards my little daughter. I would also like to say thank you to the staff who cleaned the room. I also addressed them with requests to bring water, a towel, and so on. The room was clean.
I would like to list the names of the employees, I may have written them wrong, but to these people I would like to say thank you for the amenities provided: Dhiraj, Pawan, Vikas, Mousa, Gen, Ahmed, Lariel. To those whom I didn’t mention, I also want to say thank you!

place was quite far from the busy city so it’s a perfect getaway. there was also a nearby mall which was convenient and a free shuttle bus to the metro. Gen and Loriel from reception were extremely nice! I highly recommend this place 👍

Whilst the location was further away from central Dubai, it was the perfect getaway from the bustling city and the peace was something we looked forward to at the end of our day of being out and about. The service staff was helpful and friendly, greeting us every day, helping us when needed, etc. The daily cleaning was not consistent as there were days we had one towel instead of two, and we saw a small piece of wrapper under our bed, which was not from us. But overall, the room was clean, nicely maintained, comfortable and good enough for us to crash our tired selves after a day of exploring. We were lucky to get the room with the view of the lake, although the carpark view was quite nice at night too as there were no obstructions - like those you get in the city center. There was also somewhat like a mall connected to the hotel which had a supermarket, making it very convenient to shop for items, or to buy food. And the range of food places in front of the hotel and around the lake, with reasonable prices, really makes this place a good choice for stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a restful stay during their itinerary-packed vacation.

Where to begin! Staying out here for 3+ months due to work and everyone here has been like an extended member of family. The welcome the staff give you along with the care & attention each time you see them is faultless. Gellie at Starbucks is an absolute Earth angel, always smiling and knows all of our orders even though there is approx 20 of us in the team! All of the management team take their time to say hello and speak with you as do the team on reception, the people in the restaurant, everyone is just amazing! They have made a stay away from home, a lot easier! Facilities are great too and the hotel is in a good location.
