We spent 4 nights at the hotel and we had a great time. All the 3 receptionist s were welcoming and helpful. Our room got everything what needed:comfy bed tv, fridge, balcony and a great size bathroom.
Breakfast was like everywhere else, range of variety,not too crowded.
We really enjoyed the spa area which was really quite. Bonus for steam room!!
5-7min walking to the centre and parking around the hotel.

Nice experience. We were 2 couples and we stayed for 7 nights. Breakfast is ok, bot so much variaty but something new every day. Good ti get a nice start before hiting the slopes. Room was great, 2 bedroom apartement (108) with living room, 3 balconies, 2 bathrooms. Dinner is ok. Try "Delicious Fries + Ribbs". Room was cleaned every day, toeel change every 3 days.Spa center was great... decent pool, Turkish Steam Bath and Jacuzzi all included in the price :). It was a great holiday.

4 star for the 3 star hotel. It is 3 star hotel, but the staff was helpful all the time. The ski bus was driving daily no matter that for 2 days I was the only passenger. The food was classic Bulgarian nothing special. Jacuzzi sometimes was hot sometimes was cold they did not care to fix it.

Just be mercy with yourself and don't even think to book in this hotel. The worst hotel I have ever been. The only thing that this hotel offers you is that you don't get wet when it rains outside, the rest of the things are terrible. The staff attitude was bad, the manager was really idiot, we almost had a fight because we complained that the room was very cold comfortable for summer vacation not for winter ones. Beds were awful, I woke up with neck pain every morning. The extra bed was small, uncomfortable. Staff doesn't know English, maybe they still living in that time were Bulgaria was poor as fuc* . We had to pay for slippers, extra towel. Bath was in bad condition. JUST DON'T BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. Iceberg, you deserve this.

I am not impressed with the quality of the hotel. They told us that there is a restaurant with music everyday, but there was a performance only once. Also they didn't have a lot of the typical Bulgarian dishes from the menu. The wine was awful and the swimming pool was cold. Another thing I didn't like was the fact that the towels were dirty and you have to pay extra for more. On the other hand the room was clean and warm. However, I wouldn't recommend you this hotel.
