MPM Hotel Sport

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is exceptional from everyone who works there. The food is absolutely lovely; we only had breakfast at the hotel but it was worth it as they have a great selection. The location is perfect as you are on the main street right next to the ski lifts, restaurants and shops. Also their spa services are top notch.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Bansko.

We are a family of four and stayed at MPM Sport for three nights during the winter holidays, using two standard double rooms. The hotel is recently renovated, carpet, tapestry, mattresses and bedding, bathrooms are all new. It was very clean and spacious, and it has a large lobby area where there is always room for friends to hang out in the idle hours. It is steps away from the gondola, includes ski equipment stores that can keep your skis overnight, and also a lift pass booth to avoid lines at the Gondola station. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was excellent, both in variety and quality, a real 5-star hotel experience. The service was overall good, but English is a real issue. It was very hard to have accurate conversations with the waiters but also some of the reception staff, and cleaning staff could only communicate with hand gestures. Still, people were friendly and helpful. The only negative experience was that my sons left their swimming trunks in the balcony overnight. The wind took them into a patio that only had access to from inside the hotel, and only through a door locked for guests. it took an effort to have the reception have someone look, and when they did, they only found one of the two trunks, although we had seen that both fell in the same area. When I asked the manager to check again, and perhaps check security cameras (not because this was an expensive item but because my son really wanted to swim), he never got back to me, even just to say they could not figure it out. A day later I asked him again and he said unfortunately they do not know what happened.

Very good hotel, big rooms and right by the gondola.
My only problem was the AC which is only hot in the winter, I opened the window and it was fine but you can hear everything from the street when you do that.
Some staff are really willing to help with your needs and some don't.

Overall it's a really good hotel but I wouldn't say it's 5 star

A nice hotel overall. Very nice and accommodating service and staff. The location is very good! 5 minute walk from the town center and the gondola

The position of the hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly.
The food and hygiene are good.
The main bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is uncomfortable and unstable. It creaked all the time when you turn in bed.
They didn't want to offer us a garage, even though we asked and there was space there.
We had parking in the meadow.

Stayed at this hotel for a week during Feb half term with kids. Overall, I would highly recommend it. Getting to Gondola was an easy ski from the back (where ski’s and boots are kept overnight). Spa was lovely and highly appreciated after day skiing. Staff were all very polite and tentative. We were half board and both the breakfast and Dinner was great. Different soup and desert each day and loads to choose from the main menu (and very good choices for vegetarian). Rooms were also clean and comfortable Special thanks to Erkan and Anastasia for great service during our stay

It's probably one of the closest hotels to the gondola and the ski road, the hotel's ski room is easily accessible.
The hotel's spa and facilities are superb in my opinion, food is also great.
I highly recommend it, would definitely go back to this hotel on my next trip to Bansko

Good location, very close to the ski lift. Decent rooms, decent service. Breakfast with a solid offer, dinner could be much better.

We had a really enjoyable Turkish bath and massage package experience, good value and first class service. A bonus is that we got collected and dropped at our hotel afterwards. Recommended!
