Consists of three buildings (5 and 9 floors).
The hotel has 229 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free.

Food is good, but you have to wait at least 15 minutes to reach it all the time of the dinner.
Rooms are good and clean;
There is no available free water and and even if you are with all-inclusive you are not allowed to fill a bottle for the room.
Definitely not coming back!

I stayed here 13 days and my impressions are very positive. The hotel is very good. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. WiFi is stable all the time and can be used for free. The food and drinks in the restaurant are good and there are enough of them at all times. The staff is very kind and friendly, especially Ivan at the reception. My experience is very positive and I will be happy to return. All in all, I am very satisfied with the price-quality ratio.

Great hotel for families..
We got the all inclusive package and were surprised with the taste ,quality and variety of the food.
All the stuff were very friendly and polite.
Also need to mansion the great location of the hotel.Its a beach front property in the middle of the strip.
Will be back next year..Thank you!

The service is awful. We arrived earlier and just asked if we could have a coffee. The manager Michail Kolev was very rude while other receptionist was trying to help. He went to us and started to explain the « hotel policies » in a very rude way. He said : Go and buy your breakfast. I face such a service for the first time. I swear. Before we went to Turkey, Egypt and there is no such a service could exist. I have to tell that before this manager, I had a bad experience with another one at night. We came from Ukraine. And there is no way we could know the exact time we could arrive. We had a long journey and finally when we came we faced so rude behavior. It disappoints me.

This is a terrible hotel. At the reception, Dilian, the hopscotch, does not know English. 07/09/24 I was told three times different prices for three nights, although it was £200 cheaper on booking. The staff communicates rudely. The cleaner at the pool drove out and said and go to the sea there is always free. What kind of service is this? I want to hear back from the manager immediately. Sincerely.

Going to Bulgaria on an all-inclusive basis is a big mistake! There are many restaurants around - not expensive, tasty and varied... The hotel is only for an overnight stay. Service for 4!, Restaurant - Kaka! We spend the whole day on the sun loungers at the Rolbar bar, which is opposite the hotel. Everything here is A+...

Wonderful hotel to spend a summer vacation! Perfect location on a first line, just few meters from the beach. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed regularly. The staff is mainly young and motivated people, that are very helpful and professional. I and my mother are among the regular visitors, enjoying hotel Lilia twice each summer for many years now. Good place on a good price!

Well, this is sad.
It's a nice place looking from outside.
Inside the rooms have bugs and ants.
The kitchen is dirty and the food is low quality.
The people working for the hotel are not prepared and not client centric.
The services and the quality of goods change from the start of the week until the end in a manner that makes you hate your choice.
They shut down servicess one by one until they force you to get food and other services from outside the hotel.
They change intern policy in base of what they have or consider to be cheaper.
I was sick and vomited for a couple of days, not only me or my pregnant wife but also the neighbours as we could hear the vomiting from the bathroom above and under ours.
The cleaning is missing, they don't even refill the toilet papper.
They have exposed a lot of products but not available.
They don't like strangers and the worst part is they are lying from the reception until you leave.
As a general advice .... send here the people you don't care about.
They also provide cheap products and unhealty at the bar.
There is not one good aspect that I could find.
I do regreat spending real money for fake products and servicess.

The food was VERY bad. Not only in terms of taste and lack of diversity from a day to another, but some products were visibly spoiled. Tomatoes with fermented taste, eggs insufficiently cooked, fruits with mushy texture. We tried to pick some options that were looking better in the first days but still got stomach problems.
For the rest, the building has a communist vibe, old house smell and the rooms only have basic utilities. WiFi is working poorly and there is only an unsecured network.
Location is good and cleaning is done regularly but all in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
