This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks. They have a strange rule that says you can drink tea or coffee at breakfast but this changes during the evening meal, when you can ONLY have water, not even a glass of juice. When I challenged this, the manager said, 'how can we make this right?' I told them, change the rule because it doesn't make sense. The hotel was mostly silent, no music or entertainment and frequently dimly lit. All considered 3 stars would be more than optimistic.

The staff were horrible, they had a sign in the restaurant saying it closed at 22:00, but one night while we where there, we arrived at the restaurant at 21:45 expecting it to be open but turns out they were packing up all the food, we didn't like the food but only wanted a snack (pancakes and bread). Another restaurant staff was texting his mate and eating all the sausages and eggs, helping himself Infront of customers It's supposed to have free Wi-Fi but there's actually little blind spots around the room, like the toilet, and the living room. The restaurant manager followed me around the restaurant because I had some orange juice in my hand (it was supposed to be 3 lev.) So when I got back to my table my mum gave it back (like she can even pour it back into the machine). Who even pays for juice, that's crazy. The pool next to the hotel was cool I liked it. Do NOT go here. -Olly

The location is good, the beach is nearby!
The price-quality ratio was pleasing.

Not all of the staff are nice and polite;
Food is good, but you have to wait at least 15 minutes to reach it all the time of the dinner.
Rooms are good and clean;
There is no available free water and and even if you are with all-inclusive you are not allowed to fill a bottle for the room.
Definitely not coming back!

I stayed here 13 days and my impressions are very positive. The hotel is very good. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. WiFi is stable all the time and can be used for free. The food and drinks in the restaurant are good and there are enough of them at all times. The staff is very kind and friendly, especially Ivan at the reception. My experience is very positive and I will be happy to return. All in all, I am very satisfied with the price-quality ratio.

Hotel located in perfect point of Golden Sands - near the beach, far from most crowded and noisy part of promenade but still offering many shops and other attractions. But location is their main strong point. Then starts to be only worse. Personel friendly and helpful. In general speaking English, but not in 100%. Rooms are some kind of time travel machine. We landed in early 90s. Clean but really need renovation. Swimming pool clean, but small and crowded. But the worst is their so-called restaurant. Finding there something that can be eaten requires huge effort. To sum up - if you plan to spend all day on a beach and need only bed close to sea - this hotel is really OK. But if you expect more you can be disappointed.

Great hotel for families..
We got the all inclusive package and were surprised with the taste ,quality and variety of the food.
All the stuff were very friendly and polite.
Also need to mansion the great location of the hotel.Its a beach front property in the middle of the strip.

The service is awful. We arrived earlier and just asked if we could have a coffee. The manager Michail Kolev was very rude while other receptionist was trying to help. He went to us and started to explain the « hotel policies » in a very rude way. He said : Go and buy your breakfast. I face such a service for the first time. I swear. Before we went to Turkey, Egypt and there is no such a service could exist. I have to tell that before this manager, I had a bad experience with another one at night. We came from Ukraine. And there is no way we could know the exact time we could arrive. We had a long journey and finally when we came we faced so rude behavior. It disappoints me.

This is a terrible hotel. At the reception, Dilian, the hopscotch, does not know English. 07/09/24 I was told three times different prices for three nights, although it was £200 cheaper on booking. The staff communicates rudely. The cleaner at the pool drove out and said and go to the sea there is always free. What kind of service is this? I want to hear back from the manager immediately. Sincerely.

Going to Bulgaria on an all-inclusive basis is a big mistake! There are many restaurants around - not expensive, tasty and varied... The hotel is only for an overnight stay. Service for 4!, Restaurant - Kaka! We spend the whole day on the sun loungers at the Rolbar bar, which is opposite the hotel. Everything here is A+...
