Excellent Easter weekend stay here. Would come again if the price is reasonable. We were due to stay at the 4-star Nympha Hotel, but we got upgraded to 5-star Riviera Beach Hotel. For a family with a 14 year boy, it was perfect. We chose the Level and it was more that we expected: special restaurant, special pool, special sea view bar. Very helpful, nice and cool staff. Perfect service. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep. If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again.

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The rooms are big, they clean it everyday. Great view of the sea. Ghendo from the bar is the best. Some part of the staff from the restaurant aren't so polite, food is almost everyday the same and from the hotel to the beach you have around 120 steps.

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels.Food is delicious and variety. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy. The animation staff also organized volleyball matches between tourist and that was perfect.

The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc. The foods' quality didn't meet our standards. This must be because of our family's eating habits as others had good opinions about the food. I would recommend Hotel Atlas for everyone.

This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. It was really one of the best experiences you can have in all-inclusive hotels. Usually in these kinds of facilities you can get bored after a couple of days but due to the number of activities available, everyday felt different. A la carte restaurants each evening, multiple swimming pools, beach bars and food everywhere available and especially a great animation program. Big shout to the animation...

We have had an amazing holiday in grifid vistamar. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious, the fish have been a Little bit overcooked lately though, but not a big deal. A great shoutout to the animation team which makes a very good job and are on spot from morning to late in the evening. Thank you to semba, johan, soriane, Lili and matteo. We will come back for sure !!

My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. Also, food and beverages are cheap in quality but I appreciate the diversity after all. For the price, I am a bit disappointed.

Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.

I stayed 5nights with my kids( 4months and 5years) and I was very happy for my choice. The hotel is in a quiet area, the room is spatious and clean, the beach is very close and clean, the food is tasty and there is a special buffet for vegetarians/ vegans. The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children...

Excellent location. Varied and always fresh food. Airy rooms. Exemplary cleanliness. Wife went to Yoga classes daily with Jasveer, a very kind and well trained guy. I hope next year when we come back to find him again. I recommend the hotels of the Grifid chain

Rooms looks amazing and clean, some problems at the bathroom tho. And the balcony is super nice. The food is very good and diverse but the beverages are not great at all. The atmosphere on the therance and lounge is a little bit quiet, no music and no events til now.

A nice option for your vacation. I've stayed in a deluxe room, which was great because there's plenty of space and has a view to the sea, even though not the greatest, since the hotel is about 450m from the shore. The room was clean with a comfortable double bed and a sofa. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The balcony had chairs and table to serve some drinks and a drying rack for cloths....

Hotel Kristal is situated at Golden sands, Bulgaria. This is a summer resort. So the hotel is a good one. Really nice looking, clean, interesting interior and exterior! The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable . The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed . But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them. All i can say for my 4 days in this hotel is that the Animation team was incredible, we had i lot of fun with the, diverse activities.I will mention Kris and Alex for the fantastic work they did to animate the tourist!!!

It was a stay with up and down. First of all we receive a room at 6 flour, but the problem with this was there were a lot of ants 🐜 . See video After we insisted at the reception they change our room, we got a smaller room, with partial see view, but no 🐜 . The cleaning staff were miserable. They never even changed our towels or touch out the trash. The food was okay-sh, but not very good quality....

I highly recommend this hotel! Location is amazing, food surprisingly good but what deserve for the 5 stars is personnel. Especially animation team! Girls are literally an angels- so patient, easygoing with children and with their harts on their hands. My daughter loved them and couldn’t wait to take a part in every entertainment, so starting with morning gymnastics and finishing on great Mini Disco...

Good rooms and not bad food. It was funny and pleasant people in hotel. But it would be better to clean more. The pool was not bad but not clean enough. You can go to the sea beach on trane . I recommend this hotel to relax

The hotel was amazing. I liked the food and the rooms were really good. The animators made our vacation the Best. We had the most fun with Velko, Polly and Puffi. The staff was really friendly and everything was really beautiful.

The hotel it's very fine and the animation team was very nice with my children. And the barman the Kostadin is very nice with the client. The food is very good. The animatori were very sociable and nice and there qere activitatea so it was never boring.

The rooms are clean, the water in the water in the pool is the perfect temperature, the animators are extremely nice and friendly. Also, the dj is very good at his job, choosing the right songs so that everyone (kids and adults alike) can have fun. Moreover, there is a wide variety of food and the cakes are extremely tasty. The only problem is that the lady from the reception doesn’t really speak English...

The hotel is very good from vacation with friends and not very good for vacation with family even tho there is kids club for the kids. There are animators at the hotel which are very kind and funny. The food is good for all inclusive and there are many dispensers to get water at any time for free. I would go here again if I have the chance.

I liked the hotel very much. There are very nice animatrs who took cre of our kids and made hats with them and drwings. The pool is very beautiful and appropriate for the kids. I would come here again next year.

My vacation in hotel Royal was very cool and cery fun because of the animators Reni and Melek who organised coo fames all the time. The pool was very big and the water wasn't cold. Me and my friends will come here next year too.

It was very good holiday here in Bulgaria. I had fun with my friends in and outside of the hotel. In the Hotel Reni and Melek helped us spend a really good holiday and when we were outside of the hotel we had fun at the beach.

I recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to have fun on their holiday . The animators Reni and Melek are making fun games for adults and for kids at the kids club . The staff is nice and always ready to help .
