Park-Hotels in Golden Sands

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

One drawback is not the hotel and Golden Sands - there are very noisy until 4 am music)) and the beaches are overloaded with people (from 2 to 13 August 2017)

Hello! Vacationing with his son for 13 years with 16. Arrived at 06:00 am, checked in at 10:00. The room got nice, spacious, clean, bright. On the table stood a bottle of Bulgarian champagne dry "Albena"

Nice hotel, very tasty food, friendly staff. Room cleaned every day, breakfasts, Lunches and dinners last for 3-3. 5 hours, no need to rush, everything at the hotel is well organized and thought out

The spa zone was ideal for us, uncrowded and of effective use and results! And the pool was spacious with dense warm water that keeps you on the surface ;) you can imagine yourself being on the beach with the wall photo of the sea and beach umbrellas on one side of the pool as a kind of extension

The jacuzzi was nice too with the soothing therapy of changing colors. I do recommend the hotel for couples as they can enjoy seclusion and comfort in the spa zone

On the good side, staff is really nice, hardworking and willing to help, when they can. Parking is provided at 5 minutes walking distance, for 20 Leva/day

The hotel is actually very good, especially for the paid price. The food is various, good and fresh. A minus could be the alcohol, is weak and pretty cheap, but is a common thing for all inclusives stuff

30 in the morning and were surprised to be given a trolley load of food kept chilled and wrapped up, a very thoughtful gesture. As for entertainment going in early May means the season hasn't officially started

The staff have always gone out of their way to be polite and helpful, Manager Martin always a pleasure to deal with. On my first visit with my husband we arrived from the UK at 3

There is a parking space, which is paid (15 lev a day). The hotel has a private beach (15min walk). I would recommend adding it to the booking

We have now been to this hotel 4 times. Twice a year our ladies group meet there foŕ a get together 35 this time. We have always found the rooms very very clean

The hotel is the best option ever! It has it's own parking space for cheap per day, (15BGN). The receptionist is super friendly

He may be a bit old, but he is fast and gently with the drinks! The lobby bar was very good, 2 people working at the same time, that's some efficiency. The meals are served like the Swedish Buffet

The staff and management can't do enough to make your stay a perfect one and will go above and beyond what's expected. Martina and Georgi who part of the management will sort any problems you have straight away

We are often visitors to Golden sands and stayed at many hotels. I think this is the best one we have ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel A1 plus

Wi-Fi in the hotel but we paid in room and public areas getting a wifi of the neighbouring hotel, have enough speed to watch video. The food is good, there is a choice for adults and children

I wasn’t expecting such a good hotel. Not only the personally was polite, the rooms were clean and the food was good, but very responsible

we really liked our stay at the hotel, the food was very good, the staff were polite, the rooms were not that big but they were clean, the beach was close but the hotel does not have a private beach, you have to pay for it, we liked the animation team a lot Krisi, Marti and Jani were very good, Marti was very good at ping pong, most of the time it rained, but they lifted our spirits and had nice parties

It’s close to the beach and to the center part. The rooms get cleaned every day. The staff was very nice, I really liked the animation team. We enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it

W dniu przyjazdu pokój był czysty, łazienka też; w czasie pobytu tylko odkurzany i wyrzucane śmieci, nie umyto umywalki i ubikacji ani razu; nie wymieniono ręczników, (wymieniłam sama, z wózka pani sprzątającej), znajomi, którzy byli w innym budynku, mieli 2 wymiany ręczników (pościel nie była wymieniona)

Basen był czysty i ładny, dostępnych było wiele leżaków do opalania; widok z naszego pokoju był na park. Obiekt jest monitowany przez kamery, furtki otwierane przez klucz do pokoju

The all inclusive menu of the hotel is not so variated but is acceptable though, a plus is the high amount of vegetable served for each meal!!!

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. big variety of food at meal time, although food could be hotter. Plenty of seating areas and sun loungers around the pool. Rooms were large and very clean.

5 star to the hotel manager! He changed our room into a bigger and better one because first one had a light smell, our card broke into the pocket( our fault) and he replaced with any supplementary charges

Really neat hotel a few spiders but other wise a nice 1 40 pool for big people and 70 cm for the little ones reception really kind will let you invite up to 7 people to the pool for a few hours

And the food is moddle for me but yeah so i rate 4 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟

nice place for vacation. 5 minutes to beach. till beach you have many kinds of shops and restaurants. very nice balance of prices vs service. clear room, menu is fine.

Very friendly staff, always smiling and very helpful with any questions (coming from a person who asks a lot of questions 😊). Very clean rooms and good diverse food

The food was excellent, they have a big range of food options and I loved it. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleased at how big the pool is.

Negative about room/balcony - no drawers, just open rail for clothes. Balcony rail seemed bit loose - reported to reception. Food - wow such a wide variety of options at breakfast, lunch & dinner

To get into pool was rail with steps - from pool edge to first rung of steps was very steep. I have slight mobility issues - two arthritic knees so step was to far for me to use so ended up jumping in

Hotel Perla very clean, fresh looking hotel - just opened about week or so before our arrival following big refurbishment so carpets were lovely and plush, lovely decor etc

Rooms - very spacious, great decor, lovely big bed- very comfortable & lovely bathroom with big shower. Balcony with small table & two chairs - adequate for two people

Lunch - both hot & cold meat, vegetables, salad - different kinds & fresh every day, outside pizza oven - thin based and delicious in different flavours - salami, ham, mushroom, onion, tomato etc made fresh everyday, grill area - garlic mushrooms, onions, sausages, fish, chicken, made fresh every day

Ice cream only from 3-5pm which thought would have been better to be earlier. Bars - two outside bars with one linking to inside. If taking drinks poolside given plastic cups for safety

I liked the accommodation, food, and attitude. The sea was clean and warm, about 10-15 minutes walk. The location is away from the noisy embankment restaurants. I had paid for breakfast and dinner

The food is quite varied, the coffee from the coffee machine is quite tasty. The hotel is cozy, the territory is well-kept

The night before leaving I went into this room, so they're even not hear a knock! Disco! There was some woman from the staff walked in and told them. Horrible attitude! Just a shame

A cosy place, a boutique hotel. A large and green garden, special for rest. Nice people, like a family. I came here since 2007

In the last days, or rather nights, the staff in General is brain lost. My room was 101, and near the Elevator was room 100. There after 23 hours began wildly loud music. Said connexion at the reception

Service is good, it's pretty clean, pool is fairly large and has trees around it for nice shadows, They also have free cocktails after 9PM until 11PM

Food is really good exept for some of the salads which didn't have any taste

Service is normal for a such class of hotel. Had been there in August 2014. Not so good, not so bad. Breakfast is standard. The rooms are clean. Time to the sea - 7 min, info 100%.
