Park-Hotels in Golden Sands

Hello! Vacationing with his son for 13 years with 16. Arrived at 06:00 am, checked in at 10:00. The room got nice, spacious, clean, bright. On the table stood a bottle of Bulgarian champagne dry "Albena"

Nice stay ! All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. +5⭐ for the awesome Vencislav !!!

Nice hotel, very tasty food, friendly staff. Room cleaned every day, breakfasts, Lunches and dinners last for 3-3. 5 hours, no need to rush, everything at the hotel is well organized and thought out

One drawback is not the hotel and Golden Sands - there are very noisy until 4 am music)) and the beaches are overloaded with people (from 2 to 13 August 2017)

The hotel is located in a resort so you have somewhere to walk

The room is cleaned daily , no complaints

We had a good room with view at the sea 😍. The place where you serve the food has a great view (first picture). The food was good not so variated but good

The drinks are locate so you can not expect at high quality (for all inclusive). To arrive at the beach you have to down a lot of stairs. We had a bar on the beach where you can take drinks and snack’s

Firat time in Bulgariafor me, hotel Park offered a very nice experience, services are quite nice and the employess are young and smile all the time. Thank you for the warm welcome !

The hotel is not on the first line, and on fourth. For little children not convenient the steep steps to descend and ascend, and passing next to the mini-Park which does not treat of the hotel is not very nice

The hotel is the best option ever! It has it's own parking space for cheap per day, (15BGN). The receptionist is super friendly

As for the barman's the pool one is the greatest one to exist! Extremely friendly and catches on super fast about your liking

There is a parking space, which is paid (15 lev a day). The hotel has a private beach (15min walk). I would recommend adding it to the booking

The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. The staff (very unusually for Bulgaria I am afraid) were friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor pool and good situation within walking distance of town and beach

Our Team of Best western PLUS Premium Inn had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Park Hotel thanks to the amazing staff. Special thanks to the F&B Manager who has been so adorable to us throughout our stay

He may be a bit old, but he is fast and gently with the drinks! The lobby bar was very good, 2 people working at the same time, that's some efficiency. The meals are served like the Swedish Buffet

Every meal was delicious, and the abundance of culinary specialties allowed me to experience a true explosion of flavors. Overall, my stay at Kini Park was a truly delightful experience

5 star to the hotel manager! He changed our room into a bigger and better one because first one had a light smell, our card broke into the pocket( our fault) and he replaced with any supplementary charges

The location of the hotel is really quiet and relaxing, but the distance to the beach and the absence of a private beach made access to the sea a bit more complicated than I expected

The hotel has a good position on the beach it is situated in the woods close to the sea which provides fresh air for enjoying a hot day. The hotel is very clean, the stuff is nice and always smiling

Their friendly demeanor set the tone for the entire staff, who were all consistently courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness

It's a nice place, friendly staff. A lot of stairs all around the hotel, but won't be a problem for a healthy legged person. For me personally it was a problem.

I don't expect this kind of standard. Tasty food, big and clean room, nice swimming pools. A lot of space around building. Many of guests are smoking cigarettes everywhere. Smoking is allowed practically everywhere

Air-condition works only when you are in the room. Breakfest is served in many tables and there isn't room for everybody... Few of staff only speaks engilsh... Bulgarian people are rude

One star less due to smoking!!!

Areas for improvement: - better room cleaning - don't overcook all the meat - some of the driest meat in my life was here - don't overcook all the veggies - animation group needs to be more pushy for sports

Snip'em shorter - gym lacks a power rack, and doesn't have enough weights for proper squats or deadlift. Good stuff: - great pool - good always available - Close to the beach

Awesome staff 🙂, very kind service. The elevator is small, but in general it was a good experience, that's why I'm giving 5 stars.

The night before leaving I went into this room, so they're even not hear a knock! Disco! There was some woman from the staff walked in and told them. Horrible attitude! Just a shame

A cosy place, a boutique hotel. A large and green garden, special for rest. Nice people, like a family. I came here since 2007

Temper

In the last days, or rather nights, the staff in General is brain lost. My room was 101, and near the Elevator was room 100. There after 23 hours began wildly loud music. Said connexion at the reception

Really neat hotel a few spiders but other wise a nice 1 40 pool for big people and 70 cm for the little ones reception really kind will let you invite up to 7 people to the pool for a few hours

And the food is moddle for me but yeah so i rate 4 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟

It was real pleasure to stay in this hotel! It was very clean, tasty food, friendly staff and it is 5-6 mins walking distance from the beach. I recommended it!

nice place for vacation. 5 minutes to beach. till beach you have many kinds of shops and restaurants. very nice balance of prices vs service. clear room, menu is fine.

Very friendly staff, always smiling and very helpful with any questions (coming from a person who asks a lot of questions 😊). Very clean rooms and good diverse food

The food was excellent, they have a big range of food options and I loved it. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleased at how big the pool is.

Service is good, it's pretty clean, pool is fairly large and has trees around it for nice shadows, They also have free cocktails after 9PM until 11PM

Food is really good exept for some of the salads which didn't have any taste

The hotel is actually very good, especially for the paid price. The food is various, good and fresh. A minus could be the alcohol, is weak and pretty cheap, but is a common thing for all inclusives stuff

Also, the animation team is strongly involved in cheering up the public, a various program and nice persons. Dimi, Kari, Yoni, Sveto, Gabi and Koko are awesome, we loved the energy

After complaining to the reception about her behavior, she started to find out about me, it's just disgusting I would like to single out Rumyana for her customer-orientation and professionalism Thank you all so much, u made this vacation unforgettable🩷

Everything was on point. Service was good and food was tasty. We also liked bartender Sasha (Oleksandra), she was interesting to talk with. But receptionist Anton, who first met us, was VERY rude😒

Nice hotel! Has a good size pool and green sidesciene. It's very clean as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff, big portions of tasty food. It's clean and tidy, rooms are cleaned and towels/sheets are changed every 3 days. It's not busy during covid.

Poor food, service sucks all the time and even you've got all inclusive you need to pay more for beverages.

Nice and clean 3 star hotel. Staff is friendly. Pool on site is great and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Service is normal for a such class of hotel. Had been there in August 2014. Not so good, not so bad. Breakfast is standard. The rooms are clean. Time to the sea - 7 min, info 100%.
