4 star hotels All-inclusive in Golden Sands

A lot of tourists from Germany. They are very noisy. Not yet the season. You can imagine what will happen in June...

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel. They aren't stingy with the alcool. So if the barkeepers were a little bit friendly and meal were better, were the this a TOP hotel, but in the circumstance...

The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc. The foods' quality didn't meet our standards. This must be because of our family's eating habits as others had good opinions about the food. I would recommend Hotel Atlas for everyone.

Nice hotel, very tasty food, friendly staff. Room cleaned every day, breakfasts, Lunches and dinners last for 3-3. 5 hours, no need to rush, everything at the hotel is well organized and thought out. One drawback is not the hotel and Golden Sands - there are very noisy until 4 am music)) and the beaches are overloaded with people (from 2 to 13 August 2017).

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa. Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. jeep tours. Excellent vacation for reasonable price.

Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it. The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies.

Wonderful hotel to spend a summer vacation! Perfect location on a first line, just few meters from the beach. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed regularly. The staff is mainly young and motivated people, that are very helpful and professional. I and my mother are among the regular visitors, enjoying hotel Lilia twice each summer for many years now. Good place on a good price!

The place is georgious , the hotel is almoust on the beach , it can be hear how the waves hit the sand. The stuff is kind , if wee ask something they help without any problem. The food is ok 'a la carte ' menu as usual when you choose all inclusive . The cleaning in the restaurant can be upgraded. Like price value compare I can say it worth it. I would recomend it.

3star for location, because I do not like the Golden sands, I just had an offer for a discount. No parking places for all clients and the Golden sands have a "salty" penal parking. BUT FOR A DAY, THERE IS PAY PARKING AND GREAT KIDS ATTRACTIONS BY THE ⛵🌊! I prefer St. Konstantin and Elena.

We were guests here 3 weeks ago, I'm gonna give it a 5 star for the dilligent people who worked very hard. There are some issues that need to be adressed in the future ( wifi signal is really bad, the restaurant is crowded, and sometimes you wouldn't find a free table) but these were small obstacles. Wonderful hotel with great staff and delicious All Inclusive. We (familiy with 8 years old son) stayed for 3 days in June 2021 in Suite with Sea view. I've stayed in a deluxe room, which was great because there's plenty of space and has a view to the sea, even though not the greatest, since the hotel is about 450m from the shore. This season, we spent 14 days at this hotel. Our economy room was on the other side of the pool, facing the trees, and we loved it there. It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the animators of the hotel, the girls were so funny and bringing a good mood everywhere. So many thanks to Vicky, Mia and Gabi for all the heart they put into their work!

Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. The place was amazing. The food was very good. We had everyday animation for the children and grown ups. The location is 5 minutes away from the beach,but it was so interesting in the hotel that we went to the beach maybe twice. There are 2 bars open at all times untill 11pm and another one that is opening during lunch and dinner. Everything was amazing.

We had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. The rooms were a decent size but the beds were uncomfortable. The rooms are big, they clean it everyday. Great view of the sea. Ghendo from the bar is the best. Some part of the staff from the restaurant aren't so polite, food is almost everyday the same and from the hotel to the beach you have around 120 steps.

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels.Food is delicious and variety. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy. The animation staff also organized volleyball matches between tourist and that was perfect.

I do not have kids, but when I do I would like to come in vacation with them here. The food is diverse the services are nice, the bevrages are medium quality but its the same in every All inclusive service. There are daily activities for childrean organized. We booked 10 days in advance because we wanted a relaxing holiday.

My holiday was perfect! I really enjoy my time in this hotel with my friends. The food was great and the animation team was really entertaining and cool! My room was clean and nice. Pro : clean room, very tasty and a variety of foods and desserts. Con : The drinks are watered down too much. Too many kids running around in the hotel, even in the dining room. Also some neighbours are very loud ( again, kids ), screaming, running along the hallway. Management should try to talk to the parents that this hotel is also for couples who only want to relax and enjoy the vacation.

The only odd thing about it is that its split by a long hallway, so you can get booked on either side and have to orientate yourself to reach various restaurants and locations. I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable . The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed . But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them. All i can say for my 4 days in this hotel is that the Animation team was incredible, we had i lot of fun with the, diverse activities.I will mention Kris and Alex for the fantastic work they did to animate the tourist!!!

It was a stay with up and down. First of all we receive a room at 6 flour, but the problem with this was there were a lot of ants 🐜 . See video After we insisted at the reception they change our room, we got a smaller room, with partial see view, but no 🐜 . The cleaning staff were miserable. Stopped in early September what we liked: near the sea the view is great, the sunbeds were free, the room is OK the staff is not bad that you did not like the food is not gourmet, I personally stood not full, the animation is only for old people and generally had the feeling that he was in the boarding house for the elderly

The attitude is super, the staff works quickly, falls asleep with the light sound of the waves, the noise of the resort starts just 100 metres from the hotel. The food in the restaurant is European standard, all natural and better than in most restaurants around the hotel. Since early in the season, to give a more objective assessment is not possible.

This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. Surely one of the best hotel you can find while on vacation in Bulgaria. Everything was perfect, from personnel to the food/drinks and the sea/beach. Maybe there are very very few people that are complaining but that’s just cap. 100% recommend it.

We had good expectations but unfortunately we face some problems during our stay. 1. We pay for a sea view room and had a partial sea view only when you are on the balcony (picture attached). Excellent! It's our third stay at this hotel and definetley not last. Very family friendly hotel and staff. We stayed here for 7 nights and the stay was nice. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, room is large, cozy and clean. The location is perfect with the beach just across, and we were impressed how everything needed was just there and it was included. Although it is a 3 star hotel sometimes i start to doubt that because of the small things that make impression. For example in some rooms the system with magnetic key locks on the doors doesnt work and you have to use a key , sometimes when you go to take a shower there isnt enough pressure in the tubes through the shower head for the water or there isnt enough hot water , the table tennis "rackets...
