4 star hotels All-inclusive in Golden Sands

I stayed here 13 days and my impressions are very positive. The hotel is very good. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. WiFi is stable all the time and can be used for free. The food and drinks in the restaurant are good and there are enough of them at all times. The staff is very kind and friendly, especially Ivan at the reception. My experience is very positive...

Wonderful hotel to spend a summer vacation! Perfect location on a first line, just few meters from the beach. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed regularly. The staff is mainly young and motivated people, that are very helpful and professional. I and my mother are among the regular visitors, enjoying hotel Lilia twice each summer for many years now. Good place on a good price!

The place is georgious , the hotel is almoust on the beach , it can be hear how the waves hit the sand. The stuff is kind , if wee ask something they help without any problem. The food is ok 'a la carte ' menu as usual when you choose all inclusive . The cleaning in the restaurant can be upgraded. Like price value compare I can say it worth it. I would recomend it.

3star for location, because I do not like the Golden sands, I just had an offer for a discount. No parking places for all clients and the Golden sands have a "salty" penal parking. BUT FOR A DAY, THERE IS PAY PARKING AND GREAT KIDS ATTRACTIONS BY THE ⛵🌊! I prefer St. Konstantin and Elena.

We were guests here 3 weeks ago, I'm gonna give it a 5 star for the dilligent people who worked very hard. There are some issues that need to be adressed in the future ( wifi signal is really bad, the restaurant is crowded, and sometimes you wouldn't find a free table) but these were small obstacles. It looks medium class hotel. Food some days was good, some days very bad... Location a little bit far from beach, but its no problem, because hotel have van who can bring to the beach evry hour. It's a great value hotel, the rooms are big and clean, plenty of food and drinks, there is a nice pool. My taste in food and the bulgarian taste are not the same but this is not something that I can hold against them. At the same time the food variety it's not great, almost the same thing every breakfast, lunch, dinner. You mustn't expect something extraordinary but always keep in mind the price paid...

I've stayed in a deluxe room, which was great because there's plenty of space and has a view to the sea, even though not the greatest, since the hotel is about 450m from the shore. Arena Mar is a 2 years old hotel, they build it very fast. Service is smiled and kind even some times too much. Food is all inclusive no much choice of food. Interior is superb. Overall this is a family hotel. Nice place for relax.

This is a new hotel built in 2015. Rooms are well arranged, bathrooms are modern, staff is very friendly.

Very nice, not really 4 stars, but 3+. The pool is nice, execpting the music in the afternoons - manele and very cheap traditional romanian music, very loud, unpleasent for us ... The Sofia Hotel beach was also nice, the food ok, pizza was only with meat, but they have good vegetarian options.

Most of activities of hotel werent even avaliable. Only thing that was avaliable was one table for table tennis. Outside pool closes too soon. Animators and staff of hotel were nice and helpfull. Food was mediocre i dont recommend eating fish.

Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it. The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies.

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa. Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. jeep tours. Excellent vacation for reasonable price.

It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the animators of the hotel, the girls were so funny and bringing a good mood everywhere. So many thanks to Vicky, Mia and Gabi for all the heart they put into their work!

Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. Friendly staff, we got all the help needed, basket full of fruit as welcome gift and a good price for 10 days there end of May/beginning of June.

The place was amazing. The food was very good. We had everyday animation for the children and grown ups. The location is 5 minutes away from the beach,but it was so interesting in the hotel that we went to the beach maybe twice. We had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. The rooms were a decent size but the beds were uncomfortable. My holiday was perfect! I really enjoy my time in this hotel with my friends. The food was great and the animation team was really entertaining and cool! My room was clean and nice. Pro : clean room, very tasty and a variety of foods and desserts. Con : The drinks are watered down too much. Too many kids running around in the hotel, even in the dining room. Also some neighbours are very loud ( again, kids ), screaming, running along the hallway. Management should try to talk to the parents that this hotel is also for couples who only want to relax and enjoy the vacation.

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels.Food is delicious and variety. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy. The animation staff also organized volleyball matches between tourist and that was perfect.
