A special holiday!
A beautifully decorated, modern hotel.
Room cleaned daily, bar stocked daily.
One wish: firmer mattresses, please!
Extremely kind and smiling staff.
Excellent food, varied, for all tastes: special corner for children/babies, with jars of various purees.
Special corner for vegans.
Excellent coffee, very good soft drinks and alcoholic drinks.
Indeed, it left me with the impression of a large beehive, well coordinated, working day and night to make tourists feel excellent.

Surely one of the best hotel you can find while on vacation in Bulgaria. Everything was perfect, from personnel to the food/drinks and the sea/beach. Maybe there are very very few people that are complaining but that’s just cap. 100% recommend it.

We came here with our 2 children (4 months and 3 years old ) after reading the stellar reviews. We thought we would have a smooth holiday. It was not the case.
We arrived by car around 4 o’clock pm. There was no one outside to guide us into where can we leave the car until we get our luggage out. They have only one baggage cart for the entire hotel- all in all it took us 45 minutes after we received the hotel key to have everything in the room.
The personnel is very rude - one day the lifeguard was shouting at me and my daughter as we were going back to the beach from the children club that we should wash our feet before entering the pool. Although I explained clearly that we are not entering the pool , he followed us and shouted a little more and asked me if I cannot read. My little girl was very scared after this experience - she never wanted to go by the pool again.
Next day we went to the beach and the umbrella was broken. I asked the personnel to change it and I was answered and I quote here ‘ a new umbrella costs 300 leva ‘ and ‘ he wants to kill himself’.
The water from the kids pool is very cold.
The food was tasty and the room was big. They usually come and clean it in the afternoon but you can ask at the reception for the cleaning crew to come in the morning.
I will not be coming here again after the experience I had here. Not customer oriented at all, but the prices are higher than other hotels here.

The hotel is not worth the money. It is old inside, furniture squeaky, dirty, hot during summer - AC is some old idea. The worst thing about the hotel is the we got bed bugs from it! It’s unbelievable to say it in 2024, in a 4 stars hotel, but yes, we got bet bugs and bought them even home with us, in our luggage. Our baby was bitten badly by them and it was horrible to find them even home afterwards.

We had good expectations but unfortunately we face some problems during our stay.
1. We pay for a sea view room and had a partial sea view only when you are on the balcony (picture attached).
The problem was resolved after the second night, and we were able to change the room.
2. The swimming pool was fully green during 3 days out of 7 days…(picture attached).
3. Labels of the food in the restaurant are either wrong or missing.
Pros:
- Good location
- Hotel is overall clean
- Rooms are ok. The real sea view is really nice.
- Nice sand beach
- Lots of food variety (not the best quality but overall it’s okay and the cooking team is really working hard)
- Reception team is solution oriented
- Animation team for the kids
Cons:
- Beds are really soft and the top mattress doesn’t help
- Wrong or missing food labels at the restaurant (it’s really dangerous if you have allergies)
- Alcohol included in the all inclusive is really bad
- The sunbeds at the beach are fully reserved before 9am. The hotel is supposed to have a rule to avoid reservation of sunbeds before 9:30am but it is absolutely not the case.
- Really loud music at the pool
- Rude and unfriendly staff at the ice cream truck (bald man)
- Ice creams and snacks offering are limited per day

Excellent!
It's our third stay at this hotel and definetley not last. Very family friendly hotel and staff. Great location, very clean, amazing room view to the sea, outstanding children aquapark and cosy kids corner right on the beach!
All the staff members are very polite, friendly and positive. Bartenders are always smiling and professional. First class restaurant and delicious food! Always warm, fresh cooked and tasty. Chef Rosen and his crew are very welcoming and positive. The desserts will make you gain weight , they are so so good!
Special thanks to the lovely animation team who made our kids vacation even better and funnier!

We stayed here for 7 nights and the stay was nice. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, room is large, cozy and clean. The location is perfect with the beach just across, and we were impressed how everything needed was just there and it was included. Very nice to have ice cream truck by the beach, beach bar, pool bar and 24/7 bar. What we liked the most was the buffet food, have to say it was exceptional, we loved all of it. They also offered a-la-carte restaurants to chose from which was nice, although the food in the main restaurant was diverse. Highly recommend for any age, with or without kids.
