First of all the services we're very good but there are some minor flaws,the food was very delicious and the chef's great and friendly.
The room's are clean but they don't ave an iron.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by warm, friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful atmosphere.
The food was delicios, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every taste. I recomand the bulgarian restaurant.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and quality. We can’t wait to return!

There is ok for 5 days holiday, the rooms are big and nice, clean, beach is right in front. It has a big pool and a small one for kids with 3 waterslides. There is a minus becouse u don't have a playroom inside for kids with toys and playstations.(kind can't stay all day long in burning sun). And u must have activities not only for german persons(books/games). Another minus is the parking lot which is 2 km away and it cost 20 leva/ day only with cash. Otherwise the beach and water are nice and clean with toilets and showers. The drinks are a little bit cheap and the food sometimes not so tasty but ok and fresh.

Once again, we trusted Sentido Marea for our family holiday. And it was the best choice for us! Always clean and everywhere- around the pool, on the beach, in the rooms and around the common areas. Extremely friendly and smiling staff in every part of the hotel. Thanks to Katya,for always being available for any questions and so helpful! And Chef Rosen once again made us feel we were among friends and enjoying always fresh and delicious food. Beautifully arranged, and served with great care. Children felt welcome everywhere, as well as in the restaurant with its special children's dining area for kids. Thanks to all the smiling waiters and children's entertainers,who made our holiday even more sunny and relaxed! And extra thanks to the cleaning staff who delighted our children with some animals made of towels!

It was such a nice experience. And the most important part that made this a good experience for us were the people working there. It’s like they somehow brought together all the nice people from Bulgaria to work there. Mr Traian in the concierge, Ms Katya for public relations, the manager from the restaurant… and really everyone working there. So helpful and they created a lovely experience for us. Thank you!

Excellent food, varied, for all tastes: special corner for children/babies, with jars of various purees.

Excellent coffee, very good soft drinks and alcoholic drinks.
Indeed, it left me with the impression of a large beehive, well coordinated, working day and night to make tourists feel excellent.

Surely one of the best hotel you can find while on vacation in Bulgaria. Everything was perfect, from personnel to the food/drinks and the sea/beach. Maybe there are very very few people that are complaining but that’s just cap. 100% recommend it.

We came here with our 2 children (4 months and 3 years old ) after reading the stellar reviews. We thought we would have a smooth holiday. It was not the case.
We arrived by car around 4 o’clock pm. There was no one outside to guide us into where can we leave the car until we get our luggage out. They have only one baggage cart for the entire hotel- all in all it took us 45 minutes after we received the hotel key to have everything in the room.
The personnel is very rude - one day the lifeguard was shouting at me and my daughter as we were going back to the beach from the children club that we should wash our feet before entering the pool. Although I explained clearly that we are not entering the pool , he followed us and shouted a little more and asked me if I cannot read. My little girl was very scared after this experience - she never wanted to go by the pool again.
Next day we went to the beach and the umbrella was broken. I asked the personnel to change it and I was answered and I quote here ‘ a new umbrella costs 300 leva ‘ and ‘ he wants to kill himself’.
The water from the kids pool is very cold.
The food was tasty and the room was big. They usually come and clean it in the afternoon but you can ask at the reception for the cleaning crew to come in the morning.
I will not be coming here again after the experience I had here. Not customer oriented at all, but the prices are higher than other hotels here.
