Fantastic hotel...lovely pool area too with outdoor bar and food available. Very friendly helpful staff. Not too busy although we were there just at the start of the season. If you're not so keen on the big noisy hotels of Sunny Beach this one is for you. Sitting at the far end of the bay it's still within walking distance of the 'strip' and if you are less keen on the evening stroll you can jump on a small 'train' that takes you along the front into the mayhem if desired. It's a one minute walk to the beach too..

great hotel for price , we missed dinner and they arranged some food for us . Staff very nice and food overall decent . situated in a great spot close to sandy beach , less tacky part of Sunny Beach

Lovely small hotel in a quiet area of sunny beach. All the staff were exceptional, and a special thank you to our cleaners . If you want a hotel with peace and quiet overlooking the beach, this is perfect.

What a fantastic hotel had two lovely weeks a bit out the way but still plenty of places to eat especially the blue bay restaurant lovely food big portions and reasonable prices would highly recommend

We love Blue Bay and we go back almost every year. Great location - the beach is literally 30 seconds away. View is beautiful as well as you can see the beach front. Rooms are clean and maintained all the time. Staff is friendly and kind when you request things. Pool is kept clean. This place should definitely be more than 3*. It is also great for family and kids holidays. Everything is exactly as you see on the pictures.

Staying at a neighbouring hotel a couple of friends recommended this restaurant for dinner. The food was really good even though the rest of us had finished eating by the time my little girls dinner had come out. The thing that ruined it for us was the service and the obvious favouritism towards other visitors. Our friends who recommended the place came in to eat there as well so we were talking to them, we were sat on a different table but were not shouting. The waitress came over and told us to keep it down,she didn't say anything to our friends just us. We were completely humiliated and dumb founded as there were people in there being much noisier than us! There were a family on the table next to us who had obviously complained but I didn't complain about the fact they smoked pretty much the entire time we were eating! We won't be recommending to anyone purely for the waitresses bad attitude!

The location is great,beach is 30 yards away. The land train that takes you to Flower Street is by the beach. Other amenities are very close by. Local buses to Nessebar and Sveti Vlas are a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy.The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is a bit repetitive but still plenty of choice. I have spent a great couple of weeks here and would come again if I come to Sunny Beach again

Perfect quality for the price! Good service and excellent location - a minute away from the beach, 40 mins walking to st. Vlas, 30 mins walk from Sunny Beach center. Food in the restaurant is also good, reasonable prices, breakfast is very much ok. You can rent bikes. Free parking is also available for guests. We went there for a second year in a row. Terrific sea view.
