Not even in 30 min i am already bleedig from my leg in the pool

If I could rate a zero I would.
Please do not waste your money on this hotel, you will be so disappointed and not enjoy your holiday.
On arrival (3am) we were handed our key with not one word spoken to us, got to the room, there was no loo roll.
Following morning, we were faced with a 1* breakfast, no toaster and no butter and No egg option.
The bar provides the cheapest cola and fizzy orange, along with cherry apple or orange juice.
NO SUGAR FREE OPTION
Beer
And 7 local spirits.
I travelled with a diabetic so we had to pay for sugar free drinks all week.
No fridge in the room for diabetic injection.
The pool was not cleaned or even re organised in the 7 day stay.
Our beds were not changed until day 6 when we had to ask for them to be changed.
There was a young child (10ish) walking around the hotel with a sharp knife (dagger type) hotel staff could not do anything about it as the child was Russian!
The chair on our balcony was dangerous to say the least.
Our flight home was 1.25am sat morning, our transfer was collecting us at 10.10pm on the Friday evening, we had to vacate the room at 12 noon, we were refused an extension due to being fully booked.
We were then told that from 12 noon we would not be aloud to use the facilities, therefore leaving us 10 hours without food and drink.
Furniture in the lobby is ripped and rotten, the bathroom tiles are brown from the bottom to three high.
The bar staff looks like a street vagrant. She actually looks dirty and unkempt.

Our stay in the hotel was horrible. We had an awful experience and i don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, the furniture was broken. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. The food was disgusting and so were the service there. They were touching the food with their bare hands. The tables at the restaurant were dirty and no one was there to clean them up. Also, the bathroom was smelling awful by the time we got there.there wasn’t enough room to even take a bath. The whole room was flooding when u were taking a bath because the thing that gets the water wasn’t working. Another thing, the wifi wasn’t working so we had to open our 4gs to spend the day. At the pool there were a lot of small insects which by the way were biting a lot and by that everyone now has small bites on their hands and legs from them. Pool was also dirty. Best thing for this hotel is to close and be destroyed.
