Always clean, you will constantly see cleaners going around and cleaning reception area & lifts.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out their way to ensure you have a fantastic stay, particularly welcoming towards children, always waving and saying hello.
Great variety of food to cater for all nationalities breakfast pancakes were a big hit with our children!!

The location is great, in close proximity to the beach and the bus stop, and if you’re up for a walk you can easily reach the old town of Nesebar (approx. 30 min). There is also various shops around and some nice not too crowded pubs. During the evening hours it’s not too loud so you can easily get a good night sleep.
I definitely recommend this place for a holiday!
For our little kids it was amazing due to the many activities that the hotel offers.
We enjoyed our time there. Everything was simply OK. I can't say a single bad word about the hotel.
Location is great - close to shops and the beach (see attached photo).
The same is during dinner.
You have to ask for anything: food, tea, cold drinks in dispenser - mostly water; tissues, forks, tea and coffee only for breakfast. Food tasty but small.
Rests from breakfast are mixed and given for dinner.
Cafe machine is broken so you have to go to their outside restaurant to pay.
I am very disappointed.
Staff is bad treated - you can feel that.
The work is not organised - everywhere chaos - everyone does everything so there is nothing done and mess as a sh...
The waiters are running with two, three empty dishes… running, running, running.
In communism there were better standards.
You have only one dose of shampoo and shower gel for stay.
Guests are so complaining and swearing.
The owners are saving on everything.
