Nice people nice food, every morning and every evening Maria is allways smiling and hanving fun with us nice woman! Also they have a nice swimming pool

Our stay was fantastic! We had the all-inclusive package and everything was perfect. The food was unbelievably delicious with great variety — we enjoyed every single meal. The staff were truly wonderful: warm, polite, and always smiling. They made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel was beautiful and well-kept, but the amazing food and the exceptional staff made our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back!

We recently stayed at this hotel for the first time, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is new, beautifully designed, and absolutely spotless. Every member of the staff was exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the service and the dining experience. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. Highly recommended!

First time on Cyprus and never tought this trip would be so wonderful. The hotel is awsome. Very close to the beach, have a stunning 5* atmosphere everywhere in the hotel. The rooms are very big, tidy and modern and well equipped. If we want they clean every day and change everything we ask ion the room. The service of the food are incredible. Dozens of food from a lot of countries' cuisines (ours also). The outside pools a bit cold but who cares if the temperature was nearly 30°C in november!! The spa also memorable, the massage ladies doing a great job, but Anna and Bozhena are the best. Lot of daily program inside the hotel for every age during all day. I think that price for this 7 days worth it. Sure will come again.

I was truly amazed with this hotel. The marble everywhere is stunning the 7 pools are breathtaking, the food is incredible (we had all meals included vacation) and the ocean front resort is one of a kind. Extra large rooms, amazing spa, everything is sparkling clean and smiling staff. The staff (Nikus Barbara, Nikus, and the chef) were so kind and eager to help. The GM, George, was so friendly, kind and always available to speak to. Great job on hospitality and customer service. I can’t wait to come back again.

The hotel amenities, the customer service, the personnel, the food were amazing. Special shoutout to the aquafitness intructor Greta who was super nice, the sessions were fantastic !!

My stay at the hotel turned into a true reset — and the highlight was definitely the spa and massage experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with every detail thoughtfully curated. But the real gem was the massage therapist, Demitra. Her hands are pure magic. She intuitively knows exactly where your body needs attention and works with such skill and care. After just one session, all the tension melted away, and I felt lighter, calmer, and truly cared for. This wasn’t just a massage — it felt like deep body therapy. Highly recommend to anyone looking to truly unwind and recharge. I

I wanna say we had an amazing Easter Holiday with my family.Hotel looking amazing good,the room si very smart equipped and it was cleaned every day.The food is varied,very tasty and the service in the restaurant is personalized,the host brings you to the table,the waiters serving drinks on table. The snack bar food is also nice and tasty. I wanna mention some nice workers I meet. Pampos from snack bar,Zoe and Rook.From the restaurant,Dorina,Lucas,Host Elena. Kids Club-Nell very nice and kind with the kids. The hotel is well maintained,they are cleaning the pool area every morning with solution,kids club nice,the interior pool is amazing,35 Celcius .The beach is a public one ,so the sun chairs and the umbrellas you need to pay(2,5 euro /piece).The beach should be more maintained and cleaned.The colours of the water and the sand are beautiful. Some minus -We arrived at 10 in the morning,they said room will be ready at 15.00…we had a child of 4 years with us…do we took our clothes for pool out and visit de place. They don’t give you the all inclusive concept only when you get the room,you must pay for drinks and food (drinks and food only in dinning room 12.30-14.30).The drinks in all inclusive they were good and strong,but same they don’t have drinks sincluded like Apperol and Sparking wine..They should include them… And one more thing,in the first day,they put you in the room one bottle of water,Pepsi and Sprite.After you need to refill the bottle in the dinning room,they should include also the water in the all inclusive concept.For me it was a beautiful experience,second time in Cyprus,first time in Ayia Napa.
