Fantastic hotel. Stayed here start of October for a friends wedding at the hotel next door. Everything from start to finish was first class. Champagne upon arrival with bags taken up to your room. We had a Superior deluxe room with side seaview room. The room was fantastic, clean, modern. Bed was comfy. Cleaners did a brilliant job everyday with new towels and bottled water left. The shower was lovely. We had 3 restaurants to choose from besides wandering to other local restaurants. All 3 were brilliant especially the Nikkei restaurant. The breakfast was top rate with every choice available. Pool side is brilliant with a lovely big pool and jacuzzi. Side bar also. Will definitely be returning here again.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, like everything else in it. The food is phenomenal and varied. The staff is pleasant and smiling, especially Sladajana from the reception and the lady with a blue bob haircut from the restaurant (I didn't remember her name).

Very enjoyable and everything you expect from a quality resort. Great location, half an hour from the airport, very nice room with a Sea view, great pool (get your towel out early!), right next to the beach (sunbed was €15 for 2 for the day). Most of all, an incredible restaurant and fantastic service. The tour to the mountains is highly recommended. Easy walk to loads of excellent restaurants too.

Exceptionally clean.
Amazing service as a whole, although the lady in Brasserie could smile!
Breakfast, well, you couldn't wish for a better one.
Habanos bar and cigar lounge wonderful, with exceptionally friendly Manager and staff.
Third time at this hotel, and absolutely love it.

3-Star Hotel at the Price of a 5-Star
-Even most 3-4 star hotels have king size bed. I had booked a superior sea view room and it only had 160cm width bed and wasn't that comfortable.
-Weak Water Pressure: The most frustrating issue was the weak water pressure in the shower, which couldn't be fixed. To get a decent shower, you had to do so at 3 AM when no one else was using the facilities.
-Average Breakfast: The breakfast was quite ordinary and didn’t stand out.
-You receive a towel card when you arrive. Seriously ? a towel card to get a towel at a 5 star hotel ? each time you need to tell your room number + give a towel card to receive a towel. Why can't a customer just say his room number and get a towel like most normal or 5-star hotels do ?
-Limited English Proficiency: Some employees, including housekeepers, had limited English skills, which made communication challenging.
-Inconsistent Housekeeping: I had to request clean sheets multiple times daily as they often just flipped the dirty sheets or blankets instead of changing them.
-Service Attitude: While some employees had a genuine smile, most had forced, insincere smiles, and many did not smile at all.

A very good hotel with very friendly staff from reception to cleaning and service. We only staid for 3 night but everything was very good. Great breakfast, restaurants and bars, easy access to nearby beach Nissi Beach.

We had a superior sea view room. The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view, but i have to say that they have a few minuses for a 5 star hotel:
-there is no Ac on the corridors
-very little entertainment during the evening and around the pool
-no sunbeds on the beach and you have to travel all the beach to go to blue sunbeds where is crowded all the time.

Loved this hotel! Location is just a 2 minute walk from Nissi beach. Also, it was nice that the staff were mostly locals.
My only negative comment is that we went to sit on the Gazebos at the pool, and the staff said we had to pay a €50 charge to sit there! Never been to a 5* hotel who charges to sit by the pool

Best hotel ever! We had All-In and got the service you get when you have to pay, every drink was very nice decorated, the food was very good, a lot of variation! Every day another theme for the food, the staff is very nice and I can go on and on! The Habbanos bar is great! Every day live music, violists, piano, great service from the whole bar team. Nice sigar lounge as well! The pool is very nice, clean water, the beds at the pool are very clean, you'll always have a good place at the pool! A lot of staff who gets al the trash away for you, they serve drinks and food while you can stay at the beds or even in the pool! The rooms are very clean, modern, great airco, nice view from the balcony to the sea (if you take sea-view). Location also very good! 2 mins walk to the nicest beach! 5 mins taxi (10€) to the center. One negative point is the noice from the hall, if there are loud people walking by, you can hear everything.
