Reviews
A very special thank you goes to Yianna Alkiviadon, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Her genuine care, attentiveness, and dedication ensured we were always comfortable and having a wonderful time.
The location of the resort is also excellent, with plenty of attractions, shops, and restaurants within easy walking distance. While the rooms could benefit from some modern updates, this did not detract from the overall experience.
Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. I cannot fault the service or hospitality in any way and will certainly look forward to returning to this hotel in the near future.
THEROS restaurant has great atmosphere, lunches my favourite while still space for improvement. What client would like to oder client gets is the motto of high quality customer service. No I was never offered anything "on the hotel", meaning complementary during my many lunches here even though this is what most upmarket hotels do offer. Not even a glass of wine if glass of champagne is out of their reach.
Maria supervisor is true host but Marios manager of Theros looks like he is not belonging in NissiBlu. For a relatively young men with yellow stained all over carries front teeth - yikes for restaurant , to overweight belly out he is hardly the image of upmarket beach resort corporate culture.
In NissiBlu I had many delicious salad bar buffet style lunches - please less canned tuna, in total about 11. Then one day I asked to order cheese plate and grapes, already on the buffet, and he suggested offers that didn't meet my would-be order. He said it will be fruit plate , he knew I am having lunches on my own and he offered mixed fruit plate for 2 @ € 22. Then he said cheese plate with some grapes is salad bar lunch @ € 16 which again I didn't ask for - soup, salads, cakes, fruit, cheese. Then he said he doesn't have what I would like in a la carte. But it is a desert plate, French style, desserts here are @ € 9 or restaurants in London charge under 'diverse'. Thus he refused to make my order possible after he tried to overcharge me - girl on her own for lunches and made conditions that are not acceptable.
And I walked away and Maria looked in disbelief after trying to help but Marios is above her position in the restaurant.
I had a la carte mushroom risotto and it was disaster, overcooked Asian rice so I stay only with what I see as buffet style salad bar. Salad bar is great, diverse, cream soups yummy. Other than lemon cream sponge cake, often cakes are too sweet, from the buffet and from a la carte, made for CY taste and not for the Western European. My only remark is that most days served CANNED tuna is CHEAP and is boring as protein and not really healthy choice due to mercury overall found in tuna. I have hoped there will be more creativity from culinary team such as cold chicken breast, smoked salmon, rosebeef, gammon ham. After my emails to the hotel management were ignored it is obvious they don't care. it is not important for them what customer says, or what customer would like. But only from critical reviews one excel.
I would like to point out that the hotel Operational Manager Christophous once brought to me Ganache cake when buffet chocolate cake was quickly taken by other guests which I pointed out to him. Then next time I ordered Ganache cake and Maria made my order possible. This is truly the service of qualified personnel.
I can’t say enough good things about our stay at NissiBlu Beach Resort – everything was truly perfect from start to finish!
The staff were beyond amazing – warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, and every waiter and bartender in between – their professionalism and friendliness made our stay unforgettable.
The food was a highlight in itself. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the breakfast buffet with endless options, or the à la carte dinners with local and international flavors, we looked forward to every bite!
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Rooms were spotless, public areas gleamed, and you could see the staff took great pride in maintaining such high standards.
The location is unbeatable – just steps from the breathtaking Nissi Beach with its turquoise waters and soft sand. We had the best of both worlds: luxury and relaxation within the resort, and fun and energy just a short walk away.
The facilities were top-notch too – the pools were crystal clear, the spa was serene, the gym well-equipped, and the rooms spacious and modern with stunning sea views. Even the smallest details were thoughtfully considered.
Honestly, NissiBlu exceeded all expectations. Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic escape or a family wanting a stress-free vacation, this resort ticks every box.
We will definitely be coming back – and recommending it to everyone we know!
Rooms are also very nice, we had a room with sea view which was amazing. Rooms are clean and in general hotel is very modern and has a good location. The staff is also very kind.
I won’t mention some kind things they did for us because there will be a moment when they won’t be able to repeat those gestures for some guests and I don’t want others to have expectations, we were just lucky and also the reception was really kind with us and I want to thank them.
Our room was clean at the beginning and kept clean whenever we asked, really clean. Comfortable bed, great conditions, everything is new and works, no hidden flaws in the bathrooms or other things you might see in other hotels.
The staff at the bar was great, the restaurants are again really clean and truly professional, the breakfast is amazingly generous and full of options. It is one of the most complete hotels I stayed in, with available services of any kind. Very child friendly and also prepared for any request you might have. The attention they give to the details is exceptional and also the staff is really kind. I cannot express enough the things we enjoyed, I appreciate their kindness and respect all the work behind. I will mention here thai I didn’t liked the coffee, it is bad even from the brasserie where you have to pay it, but other than that no complaints.
Thank you NissiBlu team for all your hard work, kindness and your professionalism!
The spa is definitely worth checking out too. I booked a Swedish massage and before that, I got to relax in the steam room and steam bath, which was such a nice touch. Daniela, who did my massage, was amazing she made the whole experience so relaxing and I left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend asking for her if you go.
Honestly, I couldn’t fault the place it was the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Would 100% go back.
