Reviews
We booked the full board option, but our first meal—a lunch—was underwhelming. The food selection was limited, and the quality was mediocre. Considering that a meal for a family of four (two adults and two children) costs 90 euros under the full board package, we expected a more varied and enjoyable dining experience. For that price, we could have had a lavish meal at a nice restaurant.
Additionally, during lunch and dinner, the hotel does not include any beverages—not even water—in the meal price. We were surprised that despite the high cost, we had to pay extra for all drinks.
On a positive note, breakfast was better than lunch and dinner. Interestingly, the breakfast included a variety of cold and hot drinks, and even champagne. We were pleased with the morning meal.
The hotel is more expensive compared to others in the area, partly because of its numerous and well-designed pools. However, the pool water was freezing, so we ended up spending our time at the beach instead. The beach adjacent to the hotel is truly amazing and highly recommended.
We were also disappointed with the service and maintenance. The wardrobe door in our7 room was broken, and we couldn't unpack our suitcases. On the first day, we asked the front desk three times to send someone to fix it before it was finally addressed. However, the next day, the wardrobe door broke again, and we couldn't access our clothes. It's small issues like this that can really affect your stay.
Overall, our experience at the hotel was disappointing.
The hotel is not a 5 star for sure
Pros: location, near the beach, big rooms
Cons: Not so clean rooms, no soft drinks are included even in full board. Charging for water at dinner and launch! Very expensive bars and nothing to do for the older kids.
The water was freezing in the pools ( Mid of
October) and the water slides are open twice a day for 2 hours!
The spa is ok, but no hot tab and quite expensive.
All dinning is located in the main restaraunt although there are several ones in the hotel for extra charge. This causes a very big mess during eating. Very noisy crowdy and the food is no good.
Overall not worth the money!
Thank you,
Oxana
Additionally, the curtain in our room was broken and wouldn’t close properly, allowing light to pour in early in the morning. As a result, my 3-year-old son woke up at 5 AM due to the bright light streaming through the window—definitely not something you expect to deal with on a vacation.
But the final straw came today when the rest of our family arrived. We had booked together and paid the exact same amount, yet while some of them received a presidential suite, others were stuck in tiny, miserable rooms. This level of inconsistency and lack of fairness is completely unacceptable. When I approached the reception to complain, they brushed me off, claiming that only some rooms could be upgraded because they had run out of standard ones.
This kind of service and disregard for guests’ comfort is beyond frustrating, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Adam’s Hotel does not live up to its name or the price paid.
But still, we came back very disappointed from the hotel.
There are not enough parking spots for guests at the hotel parking lot because visitors from outside can park freely.
Our room wasn’t clean - we had a lot of hairs at the bathroom, on the wall, in the bathtub, on the floor, and in room corners. We asked to clean again but the hairs remained at those places, and there were ants around the sink and our toothbrushes! - it was disgusting. The receptionist didn’t even looked surprised or worried.
Not enough beach beds at the pool, even if we arrived around 9am everything was taken with towels. Most of the pools are for children and shallow.
No air condition at the halls, only at lobby, very moisty and no strictness about appropriate clothing.
1. The food at lunch and dinner is very problematic - not tasty. There is not much variety for the children, and our kids simply did not eat. For those who keep kosher, the selection is significantly smaller, leaving only inedible options.
2. On one of the days, a disturbed customer who claimed we were sitting in his spot started hitting my partner. The elderly security guard, who assumed my partner was at fault because of his dark skin color, yelled and threatened him. Only after the customer started cursing the security guard as well, and all the witnesses reported that the customer was out of control, did the security guard stop harassing my partner. However, he did not apologize, did not call the police, and did not even remove the customer from the pool.
3. The reception staff is very kind and nice but works very, very slowly, creating queues at all hours of the day.
4. Dinner is served in an open space, with air conditioning that in an open space functions as a fan. There was a very extreme heatwave, and it was very difficult to eat like that. During the meal, not even water is provided in a jug, and they charge an exorbitant price for the water. At the end of the trip, we paid 85 euros just for the water at dinner.
**Positive Feedback:**
1. The pools are amazing and endless.
2. The slides keep the kids entertained (although they only operate for two/three hours a day).
3. The location is amazing and sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
4. The staff is very kind.
5. The housekeepers do an excellent job and leave the room spotless.
6. The place is very nice, allowing you to exchange dinner for lunch without any limitation.
7. There is a supermarket inside the hotel with reasonable prices.
We ate lunch in the restaurant at the side of the pool and on our return someone had taken our sunbed with our towel on I spoke with the pool attendees and they said oh well which was no help at all . We witnessed this happen daily with the sunbeds people taking them when people were swimming in the pool or the sea.The pool was great for the kids but we definitely wouldn't stay here again for the price it's cost .
The restaurant was a poor cafeteria quality. It was housed in a damp tent. The air conditioning didn't work either, it was great to have dinner in 38-42 degrees
From the restaurant to the room, we had to pass through the reception area, where the air conditioning was on maximum. It was great 🤯🤯
The hotel has two wings, one completely renovated and the other old and outdated... Of course we came here with a small child.
The location, pool park and seafront are a bit of a eyesore.
But how this hotel got 5 stars is outrageous!!!
It is at most 3 stars
Otherwise the pools, beach and facilities are very good and you can enjoy your stay.
Amazing private beach with clearest water I have even seen. Good for families with kids.
The only downside of this place it's absence of the AC in the main restaurant, it was so hot there that I almost fainted once.
