Reviews
We booked the full board option, but our first meal—a lunch—was underwhelming. The food selection was limited, and the quality was mediocre. Considering that a meal for a family of four (two adults and two children) costs 90 euros under the full board package, we expected a more varied and enjoyable dining experience. For that price, we could have had a lavish meal at a nice restaurant.
Additionally, during lunch and dinner, the hotel does not include any beverages—not even water—in the meal price. We were surprised that despite the high cost, we had to pay extra for all drinks.
On a positive note, breakfast was better than lunch and dinner. Interestingly, the breakfast included a variety of cold and hot drinks, and even champagne. We were pleased with the morning meal.
The hotel is more expensive compared to others in the area, partly because of its numerous and well-designed pools. However, the pool water was freezing, so we ended up spending our time at the beach instead. The beach adjacent to the hotel is truly amazing and highly recommended.
We were also disappointed with the service and maintenance. The wardrobe door in our7 room was broken, and we couldn't unpack our suitcases. On the first day, we asked the front desk three times to send someone to fix it before it was finally addressed. However, the next day, the wardrobe door broke again, and we couldn't access our clothes. It's small issues like this that can really affect your stay.
Overall, our experience at the hotel was disappointing.
The hotel is not a 5 star for sure
Pros: location, near the beach, big rooms
Cons: Not so clean rooms, no soft drinks are included even in full board. Charging for water at dinner and launch! Very expensive bars and nothing to do for the older kids.
The water was freezing in the pools ( Mid of
October) and the water slides are open twice a day for 2 hours!
The spa is ok, but no hot tab and quite expensive.
All dinning is located in the main restaraunt although there are several ones in the hotel for extra charge. This causes a very big mess during eating. Very noisy crowdy and the food is no good.
Overall not worth the money!
Thank you,
Oxana
Additionally, the curtain in our room was broken and wouldn’t close properly, allowing light to pour in early in the morning. As a result, my 3-year-old son woke up at 5 AM due to the bright light streaming through the window—definitely not something you expect to deal with on a vacation.
But the final straw came today when the rest of our family arrived. We had booked together and paid the exact same amount, yet while some of them received a presidential suite, others were stuck in tiny, miserable rooms. This level of inconsistency and lack of fairness is completely unacceptable. When I approached the reception to complain, they brushed me off, claiming that only some rooms could be upgraded because they had run out of standard ones.
This kind of service and disregard for guests’ comfort is beyond frustrating, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Adam’s Hotel does not live up to its name or the price paid.
