What a fabulous holiday with my family. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. The location, staff, food, facilities, bedrooms were all first class. Worth trying all the 5 different restaurants as they all offer something different. I especially appreciated the quality AC in the bedrooms which ensured a great night's sleep. Special thanks to the management and the GM for making a special effort to make us feel at home. We will be back.

The rooms was not clean, they don't clean the rooms, we arrived to a dirty room, stayed 7 nights, I asked every day deep clean in my room, they didn't change the beds, they were with plenty of blood, didn't clean the toilet or the bathroom! Seriously nothing! This hotel is like 3 stars hotel. The pool for the kids is great, we didn't eat at the hotel much, just pool snacks and rooms service food for the kids, always was fully booked the restaurants. When you sit at the pool and eat no one coming to clean after you, to take plates or glasses, which is weird, also after the room service food, no one is comfy to take the plates even after we called and asked to come and take it.. general the hotel is nice, beautiful, but very dirty. I changed hotel after 7 nights to different hotel..

Incredible hotel! We stayed here for our wedding with our whole wedding party of 20 guests and it did not disappoint! All staff went above and beyond and the food all week was faultless. Perfect location with easy access to ayia napa and potaras. Gorgeous resort with many pools and bars! Can’t wait to return

We had a wonderful time at Mare Village. We were a group of 6 adults, in 2 bungalow suites and 1 swim up bungalow. The rooms are all beautiful, modern, clean and well equipped. Daily cleaning teams do a great job servicing the rooms. The complex is spread over a large site, so nowhere felt overly busy. The 2 pools were both very different, one offering lots of space and a good swim up bar, the other was a show pool with bubbles, chairs, jets and lights. Sun loungers were fairly easy to get before 9-10am. Pool side service was not really happening like other resorts manage, but we were happy to go to the nearby bars, where service was always with a smile by staff that were kept busy! The gardens and grass areas were beautifully kept and wonderful views from cabana day beds on the grassed area. The sandy beach was part of the complex and the sea clear and easy to swim in. The bars in the evening made incredibly good cocktails, especially the girls in the sky lounge and the outside of the lobby bar where service was great in both. Although the resort was very quiet in the evenings with limited low key entertainment for adults. The adult only sky lounge was a good addition with excellent cocktail making ! The buffet was probably the smallest and slightly underwhelming of all resorts we’ve been too. However with so many specialist al a carte restaurants we only used the buffet once. The fine dining Dom Pepe restaurant and Mediterranean restaurant has incredible service and quality of food. The staff took real pride in their food and service. The Italian was great as we visited it twice and it has a large menu, something for everyone. We had breakfast here too some mornings and it was much calmer than the buffet. The beach bbq was a really great idea and good food which we really enjoyed. The snack bar varied in quality but provided a service. Coffees from the cafe were good. Overall we had a great time at and excellent resort.

We recently stayed at Ayia Napa Mare and overall had a wonderful experience. From the beginning, we were pleasantly surprised by multiple upgrades and thoughtful gestures—cakes, bottles of wine, and a real sense of generosity that made us feel warmly welcomed. The staff were a highlight, especially the exceptional porters like Michael, Christos and Besir who were consistently helpful and professional. At Mandoline Med Bistro, the team truly shone—the restaurant manager, Chef, Ajay, and Sujun all made dining a real pleasure. Our meal at Rotonda was also excellent, with the head waitress, Lillian, standing out for her impeccable service. Breakfast at Nico’s was another standout—delicious and far superior to the alternative breakfast option offered elsewhere on the property. We also appreciated the presence and involvement of Mr. Kontos (GM) and Mr. Kakkou (Operations Manager) who were both highly visible and clearly dedicated to going above and beyond for guests. Amazing leadership. A special thank-you to Kesh as well, whose efforts did not go unnoticed. There are no words for the exceptional guest experience team. My hat off to Andreas. Michael, Sujun, Ajay, and Lillian exceeded every expectation and genuinely showed care. That said, a few areas need improvement. We encountered rude or dismissive behavior from some staff, particularly at the spa, Scoops, and one team member at the breakfast buffet. Additionally, communication between reception and housekeeping left something to be desired—we had to make several calls for basic requests, and in some cases, no one showed up at all. One suggestion: it would be very helpful to have more than one towel pick-up/drop-off location, which would save guests time and effort. Despite these hiccups, we left feeling very grateful. A massive thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable—your hard work and hospitality were truly appreciated. Highly recommend in Cyprus! 4.5/5

The body body scrub and massage with Jimmy was simply a delight. He is very experienced and takes care of you in the best way possible. He makes sure that intensity and your wellbeing is his highest priority. I can only recommend visit the spa and book a treatment with him.

We’ve been to a few Hotels normally 4 star so excited to stay in a 5 star. It however fell short so we were very disappointed - it’s definitely an average 4 star hotel. … I feel that my reviews are honest, so would like to start by saying the hotel itself was stunning being on the beach. The room was also great, we stayed in Block 8100, which was a fair walk from the main reception. There were loads of cats, which we didn’t mind, but if you’re not a cat lover, maybe not for you. The room was really nice and clean, but we ended up road side which was disappointing. (we didn’t book a swim up room as it was more expensive) There was no information in the room regarding what the protocol was or what was going on at the Hotel. We were advised that all the information could be found on the TV which meant I had to remember what was going on....... There were some working screens around the Hotel, but they weren’t always up to date. So we had to go back and ask some things again and ended up writing them on my phone noted. SERVICE: The first few days were great as it wasn’t too busy and nothing seemed too much for the staff, but once we got past the weekend it was very busy and the staff looked overworked and overwhelmed. We went from the table being laid up with knives and forks and spoons, and being looked after with drinks, to minimal cutlery and plates piles up on the tables around us and no one servicing the drinks for dinner. As it was cold most people ate inside and I don’t think the staff were able to cope. FOOD: The food selection was rather small, we would have expected double the choice for a 5 star hotel, it was definitely not as good as we have been used to in the past. Again, it started of with all the dishes having a label above stating the name of the dish, to not having any label towards the end of our stay. One woman complained as she wanted to know if the dish contained nuts!! Also, the food was often hit and miss as it was often cold instead of hot…And the choice was very limited, with the same pork menu and pasta most nights. I was surprised we didn’t have more fresh fish on the menu, but that might have been reserved for the Sushi Bar, which you had to pay for. Limited options for breakfast in the main restaurant with no cereal and one toaster!! The fruit selection was the worst I’ve seen, apples pears banana. The children’s selection of food was the worst I’ve come across. Breakfast was on until 9.30 which was rather early, with no backup other than the outside Streat Lab, which didn’t serve late breakfast. However a couple of days before we left they opened up the Italian restaurant and served breakfast until 11.00 am Although the information stated that there were 6 different restaurants, 2 were closed when we arrived and the barbecue as cancelled as it was too windy. One of the restaurants stated Adults Only and there were children running around (although I don’t mind children, just advertise correctly) The Streat Lab

Water is supplied to the room only upon arrival. This is the only inconvenience. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful territory. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast. The sea is shallow, very comfortable for a family with children. For lovers of waves, you should look at something else.
