How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable.
Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday.

Excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and comfortable rooms.
Beautiful beaches that are within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend it.

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. The staff are fantastic. George Brown Restaurant Manager was fantastic and made us feel like we were at home with his warming smile and morning greetings every morning.
The food was spectacular, rooms so clean, facilities are fantastic.
Can’t wait to return.

The hotel was amazing and the staff made the experience very enjoyable. The service was fast and reliable. The food was excellent and there was a huge variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that visits protara!

I had a great experience here for my girls trip. We booked all inclusive for 7 days and the service was fantastic - the food was amazing, there were a lot of variety each day. The restaurant manager George was excellent and very friendly, he made us feel very welcomed during our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was fantastic. The room was spacious making our stay even more comfortable.
The breakfast at the hotel was plentiful, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
The pool area had a wonderfully relaxing vibe, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the sauna and hamam facilities were also great.
The staff was always eager to help, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
It can get better: The pool bar staff need some more training.

Extremely clean and beautiful place with great service. Breakfast was delicious and versatile but otherwise food wasn’t as good as I expected. Short distance to beach but the closest beach is quite rocky. Water is amazingly clean. Perfect place to couples or groups of friends. A gym was small but good, enough for even a harder workout. They use lots of room scents there, so if you’re sensitive or allergic to them, maybe it’s not your place.

An exceptional hotel with excellent amenities for every preference.
It is highly recommended, especially for families!
We loved the beautiful parrot housed next to the restaurant's terrace, which was a great attraction for the kids!
The hotel's decoration was very classy, and the rooms were lovely!
The pools were fantastic and able to accommodate both young and elder.
The children's playroom needs a slight improvement, as does the service.
This hotel generally provides anything for the family's needs for relaxed moments!

Spacious, comfortable room with a good size balcony. Hotel seemed quite new, but already showing wear and tear. Breakfast was included in the price and there was a huge range on offer, unfortunately the quality was low - bacon, sausage, eggs etc all cold and flies were enjoying the meat and cheese selection more than guests were. Staff were friendly, but the place felt quite souless overall.

hotel at the highest level! beautiful sea view, cozy rooms, delicious food and friendly staff - what else do you need for happiness? AT HERBAL HOTEL left only the best impressions, I didn’t want to leave so much (I hope to return soon and also relax!
