We had my sister in law's wedding here. The staff were great and super accommodating. Hotel is clean and the rooms are great for families. Food varies in style every night and there's always a meal to be made regardless of how fussy the kids are. Entertainment cycles on a daily, but weekly, basis, so if you're here for 2 weeks you get a solid repeat of the week before. The staff and great with kids. The hotel pool is great, but very warm in the high season, but the sea is on the doorstep if you want to cool down further.
A positive/ negative is that the alcohol is quite weak but if you're drinking during the day, it's actually better, but you notice it when you buy a bottle of spirits or beers outside the hotel. They have a shop for essentials, but a couple of supermarkets up the road if you need more. Laundry is extortionate, but you can wash smalls in the sink if needs be. All in all, great hotel, great staff.

Absolutely amazing holiday with my husband and parents the destination is outstanding along with all the staff who are exceptional the hotel is spotless and the food is amazing with a great choice , we celebrated our anniversary whilst here with a lovely surprise fruit bowl and complimentary bottle of wine delivered to our room was also my husband’s birthday and a card was delivered to our room for him we will definitely be returning to this hotel it’s the best hotel we have been to and we would highly recommend

It's been a long time since anything has surprised us so positively on a trip. The location of the hotel directly on the most beautiful beach in Cyprus. Check in was prompt and the view from the room was beautiful. We were woken up by the sunrise every day. A peaceful place where you take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early May 2024. The main selection criteria were: a hotel by the sea, the type of all-inclusive meals, the cleanliness of the hotel and the cost of accommodation. The pros(+) and cons(-) of the hotel:
+ the food is at a very high level, the choice is quite diverse, the meat is cooked great;
+ the beach, it seems to me, is one of the best in Ayia Napa, a golden delicate sand;
- the drinks in All Inclusive are bad, they drank mostly water in the end;
- there is nowhere to walk outside the hotel. The hotel is located outside Ayia Napa, and if during the day there is still an opportunity to walk along the sea to see the local beauty, then it is impossible to walk after dark. There is no complete lighting in the area;
- we didn't really like the sauna.
Overall, the hotel is quite good, a solid 4 out of 5 points.

Very nice and modern hotel right at the most beautiful beach. We only had breakfast because we like eating out at lunch and dinner.
There’s vegan cheese at the breakfast but no vegan butter or vegan milk. We bought that at the supermarket and kept it in our mini fridge.
The room is missing a water kettle and maybe a hairdryer, other than that it’s a very nice room with a comfy bed and the most amazing view.

The staff on reception were polite and friendly. The cleaner was very professional and meticulous in her job. There was ample choice of food, but a could have been served hotter.

Stayed at the Asterias for 10 days in later September. Everything about this place makes it one of the best I have stayed in. The staff, the food and the facilities where all great ! The staff in the restaurant always seemed to remember us and know exactly what we here going to order to drink and was never to much hassle to set the seat up for the 30 of us staying there ! Would 100% recommended and will definitely return one day.

-The meal is delicious and to much.
- The animation staff are very nice and creative.
- The reception staff are nice and helpful.
- Rooms are cleaned every day.
- You get special free towels for the beach!!!! (you do not need to bring it)
- Internet is fast and stabil, evry time.
- The beach is clear, warm, and only 20m from the hotel.
- In the beach, there are no huge waves.
- In the seeside the sand is clean and light yellow.
- If you want to go to the town or the mistic caves... you can choose buses. Ticets are cheap!!! (ex. adult for one week 20Eur - without limit, children 4 trip only 3Eur)
- There is a free luggage storage.
- In the hotel they also organize weddings. It is very fabelous, and do not distrubing the hotel guests!!!
Of coure there are some negativ thing too, but those are not an irritating things.

Beautiful hotel, decorated and furnished to high standard. We came to join our sister who was getting married, within the hotel which we couldn't recommend more (amazing wedding team).

The hotel I recently stayed at turned out to be a complete disappointment. One of the main problems was the arrogant and unprofessional staff at the reception. Every time I approached them with a question or request, they responded to me with obvious arrogance and hostility. Their tone and manner of speaking were so unpleasant that I felt uncomfortable and awkward.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was terrible. I believe that the arrogant and unprofessional attitude of the staff towards guests is unacceptable and does not meet the standards of hospitality service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope that my words will be heard by the management so that they take action and improve their service.
