Asterias Beach Hotel

Excellent hotel. Everything is new and everything is whole))) 5-7 minutes to the beach. The food is excellent.

Very good hotel. Already the second time in it. This is the case when a four-star hotel is closer to five stars, although usually it is the other way around. Very tasty and varied food in the restaurants. Excellent cleaning of rooms and service. Clean sea and beach. I want to come back here again and again. Probably, that's what we will do:)

Asterias Beach Hotel stands for great food, clean rooms, marvelous beach and very friendly staff. Evening attractions are something to work on, however we understand this is no longer the season. As to the location - the other site of the island was much more attractive to us (we really liked Pafos). Nevertheless, we were really content with this facility. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel in November 2024 as part of a last minute beach holiday booking for 5 nights & I was very pleasantly impressed.
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is modern, clean and very well maintained.
The rooms are spacious, the bed was very large & comfortable with a nice sized en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with a large mirror.
The rooms have a mini fridge, tv and safe which is in the large wardrobe. My only small issue with the room is that they don’t have tea/coffee/kettle which is a minor problem for me as I do enjoy a hot coffee first thing in the morning. The hotel may have provided a kettle upon request but I didn’t ask, instead I stocked up on iced coffees from the nearest off-site supermarket which is about a 10-15 minute walk out to the main road & has a much larger selection of items than the small convenient hotel shop. The hotel shop has the bare minimum, a fridge with cold drinks including beer and soft drinks and water, and some shelves with a small offering of snacks. There’s also some souvenirs and beach essentials.
My package came with breakfast and the breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint. There was a wide selection of cold cut meats and cheeses, yoghurts, spreads, breads, fruits, pastries, and hot food including all the ingredients you’d want for a ‘full English’. 3 Coffee machines that make all types of coffee, tea and milk areas and a fruit juice/water dispenser.
The pool looked nice enough although I didn’t use it. Your towels for the beach/pool are in your room but you can change them for clean ones daily at the pool bar.
For me the main draw was the beach/es. The main beach is very pleasant, golden sand and clear blue waters. The sea was very warm for this time of year so swimming was my main focus whilst here.
There’s 2 other beaches very nearby, one being On the same side as the main beach, this was my favourite one as it was quieter, and another on the other side of the bay. This one seemed to be mainly for the other nearby hotel but as it was closed the beach was empty and very peaceful.
There’s also some interesting rock formations around this area which seem to have a lot of history as there’s also an archaeological site featuring some excavated tombs.
On this short trip I stayed mostly local, only walking up the coastline towards the centre of Ayia Napa and back again.
I really enjoyed this trip and the Asterias hotel made for a great place to base myself. I’d definitely visit again and make full use of all the hotel’s facilities next time, as it’s a very nice hotel.

All was great, location, food, service, people.
Only think the hotel should improve is be less PLASTIC and TRASH! I will explain. There is a LOT of trash around the hotel, it should be clean as its close to the sea! All paths around the hotel are dirty and trash is everywhere!!! Another is no sorting trash like plastic, paper and glass - all goes to one trash can. Also using plastic for drinks around pool is very non ecological! Hotel should use reusable cups so there is no trash! As well some plastic at the breakfast and dinner!
Hotel is close to the sea so it needs to be change!!! Its 2024 and most of the **** hotels are advanced in ecology! Please work on this topic!
Anyway it was a pleasant stay but please clean the area around your hotel and care more about our PLANET! Cheers 🫡

The hotel offers a serene, beachfront escape with modern, stylish rooms and warm hospitality! The standout experience was levels beach bar - the cozy gazebos on the golden beach provide the perfect spot to unwind. Definitely recommended!

We had my sister in law's wedding here. The staff were great and super accommodating. Hotel is clean and the rooms are great for families. Food varies in style every night and there's always a meal to be made regardless of how fussy the kids are. Entertainment cycles on a daily, but weekly, basis, so if you're here for 2 weeks you get a solid repeat of the week before. The staff and great with kids. The hotel pool is great, but very warm in the high season, but the sea is on the doorstep if you want to cool down further.
A positive/ negative is that the alcohol is quite weak but if you're drinking during the day, it's actually better, but you notice it when you buy a bottle of spirits or beers outside the hotel. They have a shop for essentials, but a couple of supermarkets up the road if you need more. Laundry is extortionate, but you can wash smalls in the sink if needs be. All in all, great hotel, great staff.

Absolutely amazing holiday with my husband and parents the destination is outstanding along with all the staff who are exceptional the hotel is spotless and the food is amazing with a great choice , we celebrated our anniversary whilst here with a lovely surprise fruit bowl and complimentary bottle of wine delivered to our room was also my husband’s birthday and a card was delivered to our room for him we will definitely be returning to this hotel it’s the best hotel we have been to and we would highly recommend

It's been a long time since anything has surprised us so positively on a trip. The location of the hotel directly on the most beautiful beach in Cyprus. Check in was prompt and the view from the room was beautiful. We were woken up by the sunrise every day. A peaceful place where you take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early May 2024. The main selection criteria were: a hotel by the sea, the type of all-inclusive meals, the cleanliness of the hotel and the cost of accommodation. The pros(+) and cons(-) of the hotel:
+ the food is at a very high level, the choice is quite diverse, the meat is cooked great;
+ the beach, it seems to me, is one of the best in Ayia Napa, a golden delicate sand;
- the drinks in All Inclusive are bad, they drank mostly water in the end;
- there is nowhere to walk outside the hotel. The hotel is located outside Ayia Napa, and if during the day there is still an opportunity to walk along the sea to see the local beauty, then it is impossible to walk after dark. There is no complete lighting in the area;
- we didn't really like the sauna.
Overall, the hotel is quite good, a solid 4 out of 5 points.
