Brilliant hotel. Pool bar staff are amazing. Got on really well with my kids age 5-9. Lovely drinks and food was average for an all inclusive. Location is a bit far from all the main bars ect but only €1.50on a bus. Adam’s beach and bar only a 5 min walk

Kids pool has 2 small baby slides and covered for shade which was a lifesaver

The place is nice but the food is very sub par
Breakfast isn’t that great really quality isn’t that good
The dinner is ok as is does just enough
The dinner the nights are themed but don’t really match the theme not a lot of choice for kids and what place doesn’t do ice cream I mean all kids and adults like a little ice cream and now on day 5 and not once
Apart from that the hotel in all is nice wasn’t overly impressed that we got here at12 midnight and had to then ask for water
And we don’t get picked up till 1930 on our leaving day yet but from midday we loose our all inclusive rights yet on the first day we didn’t get to use it
So we only get 6.5 days use of it
Pool is nice pool bar is nice the bar is slow on a night as only one member of staff
Not really much for kids to do either so look into what you want before coming

The hotel disguises itself as a 4 star hotel. It is a decent 2 star or a poor 3 star. I have been to Cyprus every year for past 4 years. I fell for the hotel’s location and it’s fake reviews. I arrived at the hotel and had to leave after 3 days because the hotel has poor facilities. Dirty cramped room and bathrooms, child sized balcony. A limited variety breakfast with poor service. A non functional social area and generally offering zero quality to someone who wants to enjoy vacation. Is run by cowboy owners and irresponsible management, however can’t blame staff as they were helpful. This hotel has many offerings on line as a 4 star. I refuse to believe any of their reviews or photographs where I’ve encountered the opposite in person. Don’t trust this hotel with anything. I’m yet to receive my refund for the time I didn’t stay there and is almost 2 months. AVOID!

This hotel is no way near a 4 star hotel, it’s barely a 3 star. Me and and my partner chose this hotel because of the location which is a 5-7 minute walk away from Nissi Beach and it was advertised as a 4 star hotel with pictures that looked promising, this was not the case at all. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms are not up to standard, the room and balcony are cramped and very dated. When we tried to voice our issues the management were useless. The food selection is minimal and the food itself is inedible, we didn’t eat once at the hotel during our stay. By far the worst hotel in the area. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Considering it was a 4*hotel, I would say average.
More things could be improved, some are not acceptable.
The amazing but very busy Nissi Beach can be reached by walk in 7-10 minutes (550m).
Rooms are clean with new equipment. Big new flat TV, hairdryer, 2 sockets for each bed. Beds are comfortable. Cheap plastic balcony chairs and table.
Bathroom clean and in a good condition.
Dining room was clean and spacious, plastic plants all around.
Breakfast all the same every day, kinda boring. Lunch and dinner with a good choice, but average taste. Drinks only cheap all inclusive standard, not a 4* standard though.
Pool and garden are very nice. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas.
The water in the pool was too warm.
Pool toilets are in a terrible condition.
All staff is polite and helpful.

Everything was really great. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Housekeepers clean the room thoroughly every day, you get new towels. Beach towels are also available at no extra charge. The hotel staff is really friendly and they all try to greet you and serve you kindly. The food is varied and delicious, and I think everyone can find something they like. Also hotel is on the great location, just few minutes walk to the Nissi beach, you can also walk about 10 min to Landa beach. And Makronissos beach is just 3 bus stations far away.
We are sure to come back again.

We had a one week full board package booked with Christofinia. Nothing fancy, but that basic service is provided well . It was clean, the beach is very close and the staff is helpful. There were a couple of minor misunderstandings because of the English, but nothing major. I noticed some people have some complaints about the food in their review. Dishes were served in a buffet, there was plenty of food. I think a meal costs 20 euro per person, we had it included. Now, those who want to eat something special and fancy, the restaurant of the hotel is not the best option. But doubting you would get the same amount of food for 20 euros somewhere outside. The food is a bit repetitive indeed, but it was tasty and well served (at least that's how we experienced ). Some people should re-consider their expectations when booking a 4 star hotel. We didn't make fancy plans, like lunch selfies, so considering it all together, we had a good time in Cyprus :).

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, location is great, the rooms are clean, food is good (there is a big variety of food, I think anyone can find something). The water in the pools is warm and clean. Also, a big plus for the playground and the kids' pool which are in the shade, this really means a lot on a hot day. Special praises to the kids' entertainment team, thank you for the good time. Despite that we did not get the sea view room, the manager made amends for the mistake in a proper way, and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
