Staff is very friendly and location is fine. Food could be better, selection is very good but quality could be improved. Sunny side eggs are alway dry, salat is mostly missing and could be more tasty ones are already made. Variety could be better. Laundry and dryer on -1 are helpful but dryer doesn’t dry really. Please clam chairs in the main restaurant they are really soooo dirty that I couldn’t seat on. When I came my phone and tv didn’t work they told me can be fixed only in the morning… Reception young guy is really so nice and polite.

Food was the bigest issue, we had half board with breakfast and dinner, and we were quite disapointed.

Bland, low quality food. That was the biggest let down

Rooms were ok, service was good, location great (5 minnutes walk from Nissi beach)
But the food really made this place bad in my eyes.

Spa: had my nails done by Helen who was lovely and very professional

Room clean: every day our room was made up and fresh towels provided which was lovely to return back to. Air con is the room which was also nice. Cleaners very ameniable.

Food: we were B&B, there was a decent range but every day was 95% the same. Same yoghurt, same fruit, same hot breakfast. On a 10 day holiday, this becomes very boring.

Pool: very good size, always kept clean, pool bar offered good service. Only one negative, the lifeguard may as well not be there, as he was always on his phone. Lovely little pool for toddlers but vigelence needs stepping up if offering such a safety service.

Facilities: very good, spa, volley ball, tennis, mini market. Plenty to do.

Activities: very poor. Despite having a board which suggests pool games, we only ever saw one Zumba class in 10 days. More entertainment and care of their own guests a must to get these star ratings up!

Location: a bit farther out than what I thought , but only a short walk to Nissi beach and the smaller one next door. A good 15 min walk to some bars, but 30 mins walk to the main strip. We hired a car to get around.

Rooms: clean but on the basic side. Not enough space to hang, put clothes away.

I would go back to this hotel and would give it a 7/10.

The place is nice but the food is very sub par

The dinner is ok as is does just enough
The dinner the nights are themed but don’t really match the theme not a lot of choice for kids and what place doesn’t do ice cream I mean all kids and adults like a little ice cream and now on day 5 and not once
Apart from that the hotel in all is nice wasn’t overly impressed that we got here at12 midnight and had to then ask for water
And we don’t get picked up till 1930 on our leaving day yet but from midday we loose our all inclusive rights yet on the first day we didn’t get to use it
So we only get 6.5 days use of it
Pool is nice pool bar is nice the bar is slow on a night as only one member of staff
Not really much for kids to do either so look into what you want before coming
I’d come back but room only
