would not recommend this hotel at all, when we first arrived to the hotel they made me sign all the papers and then after signing it all they then told me our hotel room wasn't free as they had over booked it so we got sent to another hotel for two days which really isn't ideal as you can't really unpack as you would be back again at your old hotel 2 days later, they showed no sort of apology, instead all they could say is we have only just found out earlier(no email before we got there ) most of the staff are nice and polite however there are a odd few that are very rude have no manners and look down on you and to top the week of the pool was closed for multiple hours as someone had pooed in the pool, finally we asked to keep our room for abit later for check out as we leave for 7pm and they have the audacity to charge us 60euro to keep it until 7,all in all i would recommend you stay away from here the food is shocken and the rooms are very dated

Amazing stay at Christofinia Hotel – We’ll definitely return! We stayed at Christofinia Hotel in Ayia Napa with our family from June 24th to July 1st, 2025, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The hotel is recently renovated, very clean, and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing holiday. Our room was spacious with a large, extremely comfortable bed and a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The elevators worked smoothly, which made everything even more convenient. What stood out the most for us was the food – absolutely incredible! The head chef is truly talented. We’ve travelled a lot and stayed in many resorts, but we’ve never had such tasty and well-prepared meals. The variety was impressive, and every single dish was delicious. It truly exceeded all expectations. The location is also great – just a 10-minute walk to the famous Nissi Beach. In the evenings, there was entertainment at the poolside bar, which created a lovely atmosphere. One windy day, we decided to stay by the hotel pool, and we were glad we did! The water was warm and clean, the pool area included a jacuzzi and a swim-up bar – such a great way to spend the day. We also want to give a special mention to Sudip, a very kind and attentive waiter from Nepal, who made our dining experience even more pleasant with his warm attitude and excellent service. We are already planning to return to Christofinia Hotel next year. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Ayia Napa!

Good hotel and nice and helpful staff. The hotel is clean; the towels are changed daily. The restaurant provides good food, and the waiters are very friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. There is a fridge, some stuff for coffee.

Me and my boyfriend came here for our second holiday away together, we were made to feel soooo welcomed. The food, cocktails and rooms (cleaned everyday) were unreal. The staff are amazing and the swim up bar always have anything we ask for. You are always able to get sunloungers, which was a main priority for us, and everyone is so friendly. Will definitely be back!!

Fantastic hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and carpeted which is pleasant on your feet instead of cold floor tiles. The pool snack bar cooks your lunch fresh to order which is also a nice change from a buffett. The pool bar also plays music during the day. Food in the restaurant the selection is quite limited but everything i have eaten herr has been cooked well and tasty. Location is brillliant 5 minute walk from nissi beach and about 20 minutes into the main ***** or water park.

Fantastic stay at Christofinia Hotel in Ayia Napa. The location is great, with beautiful beaches around (all within a short walking distance). The hotel itself is newly renovated, very clean and well organised. The staff is fantastic, everyone is really nice and puts so much effort in their work. We went with two small kids and everyone made sure we felt comfortable and kids were happy! The food was excellent, great variety and seriously- everything delicious! We also enjoyed great drinks and the pool (very clean and getting warmer each day). Rooms were new, cleaned every day, mattresses very comfortable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I don't think it can get any better for the price you pay.

Just got back from a week's HALF BOARD stay at the Christofinia. The hotel had reopened for the season a couple of days prior to our visit. Positives: clean room (cleaned everyday, bins emptied and a bottle of water left in room), modern bathroom and comfortable king size bed. Fold up bed set up for our daughter. I suffer with neck and back pain and the mattress and pillows were fine. Kettle and coffee machine provided with a few tea bags, sugar, coffee sachets/pods, sugar and a couple of small milks topped up everyday. Mini fridge fine for cans and small bottles. Communal areas/toilets were clean. Large (unheated) pool with plenty of sunbeds and a swim up bar. Adams beach is across the road and Nissi beach a 5 min walk. Negatives: Breakfast was OK with a choice of hot and cold food, but the evening meal was dreadful. Although they have themed nights, food is repetitive, dry and tasteless. Better to eat out at a local taverna or in Ayia Napa. You can have one glass of water each for free with your evening meal or pay for drinks. No day or night time entertainment in the hotel so you had to go out in the evening. Small kids were running round the dining room and buffet area while parents and staff didn't give a toss. Teens swaggering round fist bumping the management while swigging back all the free shots meant for the diners! Tips: the bakery a 5 min walk away is a must. They are open 24-hours and sell lovely freshly made sandwiches, pies, pastries, cakes, mini ice creams all reasonably priced. Wasn't impressed with hotel drinks so went across the road to Adams superstore for decent beer/cider/soft drinks and snacks for sitting around the pool. Dione restaurant across the road out the back gate is lovely and has a play area for little ones. Highly recommend Joker Square bar (a 20 min walk away) which is great and the food, cocktails and staff are excellent. They show whatever sport you want on multiple screens, and entertainment is on a couple of times a week. Nissi beach is lovely but loud and busy. The bar has a DJ pumping out tunes during the day and it's around 10 euros for a cocktail in a plastic cup or 17 euros served in a pineapple or coconut. Recommend going to Makronisos beach around a 15 min walk along the coast path towards the marina. Bus stop is a few mins walk away. 3.50 one way adult, 1.50 child into Ayia Napa. Taxi in the evening after midnight cost 12 euros, and that wasn't back to the hotel! All things considered, we would definitely stay in Nissi Bay again but not at this hotel, and would not recommend staying HB or AI. I would only rate the hotel a 3* at best in comparison to other Greek island 4* hotels I've stayed in. It's a shame as it could be a really nice hotel... the potential is there.

Not 4 star! We arrived to no entertainment, no kids club and no hot water or hot food! Very very poor hotel, needs some tlc! They even run out of alcohol, tv doesn’t work and showers were freezing! Will not be coming back! This hotel is more like a 2 star!

We had a lovely stay at Christofinia Hotel in Ayia Napa. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, perfect for a short break. The rooms were quite basic in terms of décor, but very clean and well-maintained. No complaints there. Our balcony faced another building, but since it was low-rise, we still got a good amount of natural light. The beds were comfortable, though the towels provided were quite small and not the best quality, which was a little surprising for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast had a relatively small selection, but all the essentials were there—hot and cold options, fresh items, and something for everyone. Dinner also had a limited selection, but it was enough, and everything was fresh, well-cooked, and topped up regularly. One great touch was the themed dinner nights—we especially enjoyed Mexican night, which added a bit of variety and fun to the dining experience. The coffee/hot drinks and juice machines were good quality, and the juices didn’t have that usual cheap taste many hotel buffets offer. During lunchtime, there’s no buffet—food is ordered from the pool bar/snack bar, which was fine for us. The drinks and cocktails were great, no complaints at all in that department. The outdoor pools were freezing cold during our stay—definitely no heating, which made it hard to enjoy them. Something to be aware of if you’re visiting in the cooler months. The location was ideal. Although not beachfront, it’s just a 4–5 minute walk across the road to the beach, which worked perfectly for us. We usually stay in beachfront hotels, but didn’t mind the short walk at all. It’s also about a 30-minute walk to the main Ayia Napa *****, or you can catch a bus straight there for €1.50–€2 during the day or €3 at night. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel grounds, which made getting around super easy. The hotel staff can also call taxis if needed. We visited in April, so both the hotel and Ayia Napa were quite quiet, which suited us well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special touch was the surprise for my son’s birthday, which was the day after our arrival. They left a lovely birthday message, a plate of fruit, a small bottle of red wine, and two cartons of juice in the room—such a thoughtful gesture! We didn’t get a chance to use the spa or gym as it was a short break, but the spa team were always visible near the lifts, explaining their services to guests. The indoor bar was a cosy, relaxing space in the evenings—just note that all-inclusive drinks finish at 11 pm. All in all, a lovely stay with a few minor downsides, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. Would definitely consider staying again, especially in the warmer months.
