An ordinary hotel. Check-in was earlier at 12.30. Two-storey boxes with eight rooms. Good cleaning, although this is not so important for me.. Good location, within walking distance of the embankment with restaurants, the port. We, clients of Tui, were taken to the beach by bus. The food is not very varied. Breakfasts are the same. Not enough lamb, beef, chicken, pork, fish was every day. But we liked the way they cook. We did not go hungry. From drinks we drank wine - the white is the most delicious, beer is ok, cocktails are so-so, but we are not fans. There is one pool, but there were enough sun loungers - we were there at the end of September. There is no private beach, the Pier is nearby, we swam, but I would have bought skates, but there was no need, we went to another beach.

We really liked the hotel, we spent a week with our children... The food is very tasty, varied... The choice is very large. The hotel staff is hospitable, good-natured and promptly resolves everyday issues. The hotel has a good water park - the slides are high, interesting, high. The pools are for children, for adults, everything is convenient... There is a bar - cocktails, juices, ice cream. The sea is nearby).

A great hotel for the price: amazing food, clean rooms & friendly staff. The only problem is the music near the pool: every day it’s the same playlist over and over again. Hearing Ed Sheeran for the 12th time is a real torture.

Just glad that we haven't got a poolside room. Quite noisy at times. Staff are lovely and good is nice.

great experience and staff. the hotel rooms are renovated, and they feel new. food was average, all inclusive is very convenient
the disadvantages are:
- water park is closed and will probably open in 2025 summer
- one day we did not have hot water in room, but survived
- the sunbeds are not enough when the hotel has 400+ occupancy

Place we used to come every year several times. But looks like they lost it, the water park was not working (one of the main reasons we order), no one offered compensation or discount told us to go look for another hotel (frieday 15:00 summer agia napa 😒), then a checkin that took 45 min although we paid two months upfront, room poorly mantiended... looks like this hotel joining Atlantic just made it worst.

Here currently 11th - 18th may.
Apparently Under the new ownership, we can't fault it.
Got in late the first night due to flights and the ladies on reception were great. Handled everything quickly, professionally and had sandwiches and water ready for us.
The rooms are basic but that's all you need. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower and somewhere to get out of the heat. We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. No bugs seen.
The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant. Absolutely no complaints.
The staff are fantastic, a real addition to the place. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Laughing, joking and making our toddler feel welcome and amused.
The location is great. Close to the harbour and a short walk from sandy beaches. A ten min walk to the main drag of bars and closer to shops, the fair ground and other entertainment.
We would gladly stay here again.

AC was broken, they replaced it on the 4th day of our stay. Even though they kept lying during those days saying that it's working fine. They came to replace it without prior notice, took them couple of hours!

Rooms are dirty... full of flies and ants
Bathroom sink leaks, no one bothered to fix it.
They replace towels only if you ask. And when you ask, it takes hours to get them.
Food is below average
Staff isn't friendly.

We stayed here at the end of August. Five families with kids ages from 2 to 12.
All rooms are located in two-story buildings.
The rooms are pretty big and comfortable for a family of five. But it seems that the furniture and equipment have seen better days.
The food at the main dining room is the same everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner with no variety. After the third day we just went outside to eat at one of the many restaurants on the main Street across the hotel.

+ Location was excellent. You could easily walk from the hotel and in less than 5 minutes you were at the Ayia Napa centre full of stores.
- The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. Average every 2-3 days.
