Some things to take note as far as feedback and guidance for others:
- No 24/7 gym, it’s only open from 9 to 6
- beach towels are somewhat rundown
- one of the elevators didn’t work once we arrived but got fixed within two days
- internet a bit slow and unreliable at times of high usage. I used mobile for most of my stay
- found one cockroach pool side but that was the only one
- loads of cats and birds on premises (good thing)
- pool is only open from 9 to 7
Excellent sound proofing from patio doors blocks out most of the outside noise and dulls the chimes from the church.

Drinks orders slow down when it gets busy, so perhaps a few more bar staff could be needed.
From the minute I arrived at this resort, my apprehensions disappeared. I was made to feel so welcome by all the staff who went over and beyond to make my stay a very enjoyable one.
I had a pool view room, which was spotless and rooms cleaned every day. I have a garlic allergy, and the manager of the restaurant would get the chef to show me every day what I could eat or prepare something separate for me. I can not thank them enough as this was my first time travelling abroad since I developed this allergy.
The hotel itself is within walking distance of all amenities. Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants.
Situated in the heart of AYIA NAPA this hotel is surprisingly quite considering the night life going on around it.
The rooms are very nice and spacious and clean.
The pool is first class and lovely and warm, and getting a sun bed is no brother.
Food here really is top class , large portions and very tasty... a very good menu to choose from.
The drinks are great and proper branded names , Jack Daniels ect. , cocktails are delicious.
There's a great eating area by the pool.
There's a well equipped gym if needed.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
A very relaxing place and you'll be pushed to find a better place.

Our best recommendations for Hotel Napa Plaza. Everything has been good, a big thank you to the smiling staff, everyone has helped make our holiday perfect. We can only recommend all inclusive. The 3 restaurants that you can visit have a high standard. Pepper bar was our favourite, it was an evening that all guests should experience. Sale e Pepe Italian temptations, here too everything was impeccable Café Central, large portions but high standard. The food at the hotel is impeccable, there is a large selection. Ritual lounge Soma is a dream place, good drinks, good menu, relaxed lounge atmosphere when you want to enjoy a cold drink before enjoying the fresh water of the pool. A big thank you must go from 2 Danish tourists who stayed in room 167.
What really brings this to 5 or even 6 stars is The staff. Everyone in reception was so helpful and in The bars and cafés we had such a good experience with Hamis and Ozan - and The rest of them all.
Thank you, we are strongly considering coming even though we dont go The same place twice.
