Napa Plaza Hotel (Adults Only)

This is a fabulous hotel with a great pool and restaurants. We were a party of 2 middle aged couples and had planned to go to a different hotel but 18 days before the holiday we were warned that there would be construction work outside and were offered the chance to change to the Napa Plaza. This was more expensive than our first choice but we are so glad we changed. We were all inclusive which meant we had 3 evenings at each of the hotel’s speciality restaurants and 3 at the themed buffet. To be honest the buffet was so good that we only ate at one of the other restaurants and used the buffet for the rest of our stay.
We have stayed in many hotels but we all agreed that the beds here were the most comfortable we have known. The air conditioning was excellent and much needed as temperatures at night rarely dropped below 29°. It was also quiet so it was able to be left on all night.
We were lucky to be given an upgrade to a pool view room and I recommend paying the bit extra for one of these. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement is to have a separate shower rather than over the bath as it was a bit tricky for someone my age to get in and out. There was plenty of storage and a rail on the balcony for drying swimwear.
The pool was wonderful. Plenty of sunbeds which we never had to struggle to find and fresh, thick towels every day. There were also plenty of parasols for even the toughest sun worshippers as temperatures were over 30° every day. One of the good things about adult only hotels is that none of the pool is lost to a shallow end and so there is plenty of room to swim or just chill. The staff frequently walked around the pool offering shots of iced juice and cold flannels and they were always willing to help with moving sun loungers or parasols. The bar at the pool served great cocktails and we usually ate lunch there too. They serve hot food such as burgers, omelettes, fish, pizza but also lovely salads and sandwiches. All the staff were lovely but a particular thank you to Jasmine who treated us like long lost friends and always remembered our names, Debbie, Julie, Mr Greg and Mr Phil. Another good aspect of the service was that the managers themselves were always around checking that things were right. At breakfast there was a woman, didn’t catch her name, who regularly walked around the tables chatting to guests. She wore a dark blue dress with a badge and we think she was the assistant manager. The hotel manager Andra was really helpful to us and it was appreciated that a manager was able to sit and have coffee with us when she was probably very busy.
The reason I have taken a star off for location is just because it is right in the heart of the nightlife area and the crowds outside the hotel in the evenings were horrendous. The hotel itself was surprisingly tranquil with no street noise at all. Because of the location we won’t stay here again but that is no reflection on the hotel which was wonderful.

A Memorable Stay at Napa Plaza – Perfect for Couples!

We recently spent an amazing week at Napa Plaza Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hotel is adults-only, which was a great plus for us—it made the atmosphere peaceful and ideal for a relaxing couple’s getaway.

Napa Plaza is ideally located in the heart of Ayia Napa, surrounded by the best restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and just a short 5-minute walk to the beach.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were celebrating our anniversary, and to our delight, we were welcomed with complimentary champagne in our room. Every morning, the housekeeping team surprised us with beautifully arranged towels and rose petals on the bed—a thoughtful touch that made each day feel special.

We booked the bed and breakfast package, and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. There was a wide selection of dishes, with the option to enjoy a glass of champagne alongside your meal, which added a luxurious touch to the mornings.

Our room was spacious, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, including a beautiful outdoor pool, well-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa. For those who enjoy exploring, Cape Greco is only a 5-minute drive away and absolutely worth visiting.

Overall, everything—from the location and accommodation to the food and the genuinely friendly staff—was exceptional. We would highly recommend Napa Plaza Hotel to any couple looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable escape

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Napa Plaza Hotel and cannot speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply amazing.

The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers top-notch facilities that made our stay both relaxing and luxurious. The attention to detail in the design and cleanliness of the hotel was evident throughout.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety to suit all tastes. A particular highlight was the three à la carte restaurants on-site – each offered a unique culinary experience with high-quality dishes and impeccable service. Dining at the hotel was a genuine treat.

What truly set our stay apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A very special mention must go to Daniella, whose warmth, attentiveness, and kindness made our visit truly memorable. She is a real asset to the hotel.

Overall, the Napa Plaza Hotel exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway in Cyprus. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is literally in the heart of Napa on the main road as where the shops and bars are. But it is set back enough for you not to hear all the noise from the outside. Some rooms are modernised but the rooms near the back of the hotel aren't. The staff are good..hotel is clean. Breakfast selection is very nice, not just a continental breakfast. The gym is standard and has everything you need. Overall it is a very good hotel with amenities.

Amazing hotel with some really nice facilities, location is perfect with the strips being a short walk away, and the beach being a short walk away. It wasn't noisy on a night time, or in the day time. The breakfast was really lovely, lots of options. The rooms were nice and clean, decorated really nice. The bathroom was a good size and also clean. The beds were comfortable. Really enjoyable stay.

On arrival to reception was welcoming which gave me instant confidence in this hotel.
Maria in reception was charming and radiant and a helpfull lady and also full of local knowledge of Cyprus.such a peaceful and clean hotel with a modern interior style BUT the exterior style is very much in keeping with Cyprus architecture a plus for me.Food!I was all inclusive it was outstanding quality and as much as anyone could eat.My best wishes go to all the hotel team they all made the holiday even more enjoyable

Great location, walking distance to literally anywhere you want to go. Fabulous 👌 food in the main buffet restaurant.Tried the central cafe restaurant tonight ,which is part of the complex that you can use once during the week, and the food was excellent. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Napa Plaza Hotel. The location is perfect, close to the city center, beach, making it easy to explore the area. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The Food was a particular highlight!
