The So White Hotel should be rated a 2 or 3 star Hotel. The only 5-star aspect is its location by the beach. Beyond that, the place is rundown and not worth anywhere near the price. I regret not reading reviews before booking.

The photos are likely 15 to 20 years old; it looks nothing like them. We found mold on the bedroom ceiling, and the room was dirty and very worn down.

I’ve never left a negative review before, but I think it's important for others to know so they can choose somewhere else. This hotel may have been great when it first opened, but it certainly isn't now.

Awfully. The hotel is in a neglected state. Would definitely rate this hotel as a 2 star hotel. Old furniture in the rooms and at the swimming pools. Everything is falling apart… The management seems that they don’t care. The photos are nothing like the reality.

Worst possible hotel ever! People working here should not be dealing with Humans.

We had a reservation and we came and they said sorry we made a mistake, we are fully booked, after they charged me for the room.

Ok, I say refund me please l, they said sorry the manager is only working in the morning and we can't refund you now!!!

I destroyed some furniture and left

Do not book on this hotel! It was one of the worst experience that we have ever had on accommodation! The room was very dirty and full of molt. This is one photo of the room which has molt! We have reported to the reception about the bad smell and how dirty was the room and also we ask to relocate us in another room because i was pregnant! theis answer was that there were fully booked and they couldn't do anything.... I couldn't sleep at the night from the smell !!! The next day at the morning i reported the issue again with the room and the staff didn't know anything, this is means that there isn't any communication between them.
The breakfast was disgusting!!!

Please avoid this hotel!!!!

Great Hotel!!
The rooms are clean and stocked.The good is very very tasty and varid.There are pools .a large ja cuzzu and a beach the sea.Comfortable large sunbeams and next to the beach is the wet bar .
THE PLACE IS PERFECT FOR A VACATION.
One of my regular destinations is holidaying here :)

When we arrived we waited 4 hours to expect the big hotel we booked before the vacation but got the worst and dirtiest room ever. This place is disgusting and the worst service ever! Don’t ever book this hotel it’s the worst ever! It’s dirty and the beds were dirty with red spots that looked like blood so we switched them out only to get even more dirtier beds they got from some place behind the hotel. They are dirty, worse service, a 9 year old could clean better. A total scam.

We spent an amazing week at the So White hotel with friends and I must admit that it was an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning we were greeted with a warm smile (and a drink :) ) by the hotel staff, which created a very positive impression.

The hotel service was simply great, and we would especially like to highlight the work of the bartenders. Every cocktail we ordered was not only delicious, but also beautifully served!

In addition, the restaurants in the hotel offered a variety of dishes. Every day we had the opportunity to try something new. It is worth adding that all inclusive in this hotel really meant "everything", with no hidden costs or restrictions (even beach towels).

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and overlooked one of the 3 swimming pools. The entire hotel is well-kept and is located a few meters from a beautiful beach, where guests can use sun loungers and beds. Additionally, about a 10-minute walk along the coast there is the most famous beach, Nissi Beach. The hotel's animations and evening attractions provided us with a lot of entertainment :)

Our stay at the So White Hotel was fantastic, thanks to the great service and unforgettable moments spent with friends. We would happily return there again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I can't thank them enough for their flexibility with accommodating our dog 🐶 It wasn't our first time staying here, and they went above and beyond to make our furry friend feel welcome. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future ❤️

So White in Ayia Napa was truly exceptional. The hotel's modern and elegant design immediately caught my eye. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel right at home.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, offering a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel's location, right by the beach, made it convenient for me to enjoy the sun and sea at any time.
