So Nice Club Resort

Where do I even start with this?
arrived and the rooms had no towels, asked 3 times to bring some and only brought a small one for the hands and a big one for the body (2 people staying in the room). The room was tidy but not clean (dust, hairs and stains on the toilet, spider webs in every corner, ants walking all over the floor). We requested the following day for a maid to come and clean, showed her the webs but still nothing changed (a quick mop and that was that, I personally cleaned the webs). The sink was also clogged, the sheets are stained as well as the pillows.
Moving forward, we paid for breakfast inclusion when booking. The food is HORRIBLE, very poorly made and cheapest possible supplies (we only ate there 3/6 days and always got stomachaches).
It’s sad to see that the hotel management prefers neglecting the accommodative part of the guests and the only good part of the resort is the pools and the beach.
The people working there are very friendly and kind but other than that I really wouldn’t recommend (cannot believe it’s a 4 star hotel).

No wifi in rooms and small variety of food, also the hygiene is very very poor, the linoleum floors are peeling off with mold underneath (which is very toxic to stay and sleep in), the bed is dirty and bedding is stained. Only one outlet works in a two-bedroom apartment, awful, you can book 3 star hotel that is waaaay better than this crap

A Nightmare Stay at so white so nice
From the moment we stepped into so nice it was clear that our vacation was in for a rocky start. The initial friendly demeanor of the staff quickly evaporated, replaced by indifference and a complete lack of customer service. However, this was merely a prelude to the horrors that awaited us.
Our room was a shocking disappointment. The cleanliness was appalling, with dust and grime evident on surfaces and floors. The bathroom was particularly disturbing, with signs of neglect and a general air of uncleanliness. It was clear that minimal effort had been put into preparing the room for guests.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was completely dysfunctional for three consecutive days. Given the soaring temperatures, this rendered the room unbearable and made sleep impossible. Our repeated complaints to the staff fell on deaf ears, with promises of resolution that were never fulfilled.
It's disheartening to experience such a stark contrast between the hotel's outward appearance and the reality of the guest experience. [Hotel Name] has utterly failed to provide the basic standards of comfort and hygiene that one expects from any accommodation. We strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this establishment and seek out a hotel that values its customers and delivers on its promises.
All that noting that i am pregnant and that i have endlessly tried to talk to all managers on duty . I would never come back . The dirtiest hotel i have ever been to what a shame !

Not Up to 4-Star Standards – Dirty Room, Poor Facilities, and Hygiene Issues

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a 4-star experience, but I was extremely disappointed. Upon entering our room, we found a shaver left behind in the bathroom by the previous guest, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness.
The room itself was dirty, with ants everywhere, making our stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with water that wouldn’t drain properly. Additionally, the floor looked unclean, as if it hadn’t been mopped in a long time.
To make matters worse, the main areas, like the reception and breakfast room, didn’t have air conditioning, making them unbearably hot. This hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Room was quite nice and cold air con with a fantastic location.

However... I got sick off the food, cut my foot open on broken tiles in the bottom of the outdoor pool and some random staff member let himself into my room at 8.30pm ffs. Service non existent with some friendly staff and some unhelpful staff. If your reading this i really wouldn't recommend this place to be honest, book somewhere else lol.

- Very dirty, not clean at all… Mold ind the water dispenser at the restaurant. Servant at the restaurant was rude to my girlfriend and shouted at co workers. The travel company Spies refunded all there costumers after seeing the state and the condition of the hotel, and choose to terminate the cooperation with the hotel. I had stoomach issues all week do to the food and water. Worst vacation ever…

AVOID! I booked 2 rooms directly from them last year and paid a consistent advance fee. They didn’t have the 2 rooms booked at arrival and we were forced to search for another accommodation. It didn’t matter that we had little children with us. They said they would refund us since it was their fault, but later they refuted the payment. So, no accommodation as booked, and no refund. Better avoid them as proved to us, they are crooks.

I reserve room with free cancelation! After I reserved the details changed to non-refundable ! Hotel want charge me and told me to complain in booking! MOST OFFICIALY SAMMING HOTEL! 1 🌟
