Take time and read , very important:
Mold and bad smell in the room
We told the staff and they didn’t offer any solution at first.
The next day we see paint bucket in our room , they came to handle it by painting our room without informing us so.
They don’t replace sheets and obviously dirty towels even after we tell them so.
No coffee in the room but do have a kettle and cups. We were told to go buy our own coffee. And no spoons. (4 star hotel, yeah right).
Moldy stains on the mirror in the bathroom.
they use glue (which fell) to put the toilet paper holder together.
Our bathroom was clogged, everything was wet but still no towels were supplied.
Breakfast was really horrible with bad tasting eggs, very old bread, bad taste of pancakes.
Our room had cockroaches.
Staff doesn’t seem to care about anything because they’re apparently used to all of these complaints.
The manager of the hotel came in the room told us there is no mold, and if we didn’t like the paint in our room to be done we had to put the do not disturb sign. The manager made it a nightmare by continuing telling us that he thinks we lie to him about everything and he needs to investigate.
We weren’t offered any compensation for all of it and mostly for the mold and the very bad service regarding everything.
They made us feel really humiliated. We walked out and will never come back. Hope you’ll all do the same.

We stayed 9 nights in this hotel.
Hotel is far away from the 4*, it shouldn't be rated more than 2*, and I am saying this as someone who visited more than 100 countries and uncountable number of hotels of all ranges.
Very basic, with limited amenities, as 3in1 shampoo, shower gel, conditioner., etc. No any additional amenities, which all 4* hotels are equipped with. No iron and ironing board in the rooms.
We got two spit beds, and all the rooms were fully booked.
Profile of the guest is family with a lot of children, and definitely would not recommend for a couple holiday.
They are screaming and running since early morning in the corridors and doors are not soundproof.
Restaurant for the breakfast can't cover capacity of the hotel, it's overcrowded, loud, looks like children canteen on excursion, pushing you and going between your legs.
Everything in hotel is chargeable, lockers for the luggage, scale for the luggage, electricity adapters...
If you wish to open the locker to grab anything while you are waiting for the room, you have to pay again, as you are not supposed to open once is locked.
Very funny!
Water bottle you get only on the first day.
The worst of everything is the food in terms of very limited choice and low quality.
Only good stuff is staff, nice and polite.
I am saying to stars, only because of good staff and location.
