For how much it costs it’s okay. They have like 188 rooms if I remember corectly, and these are really different. On the booking app are photos only with those that look good, but we got an old and not very pretty room. Also the room door (that communicates with outside) has a space from where the bugs and ants can come in, not cool

We stayed here for 5 days, and it was a perfect place to be. Location is great, close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool is great. Great value for money. It isnt the cleanest but is not dirty at all. Still very comfortable. Will be going back for sure

Stayed there 2 weeks ago . All good until I went out to the strip and lost my phone which had my boarding card on but the young blonde lady there was amazing! She helped me to print my boarding pass out and she give me another room card because I lost that also. Big thanks to the blonde lady and she is so pretty

First of all staff make the hotel great!!! We were very disappointed when we got our first room, because it was a bit scary. However, we got a great room afterwards. The hotel room was very spacious and the location is also good. The employees should get a bonus, they where super friendly and do everything to please us. Basic room but very clean and tidy with a balcony use of a swimming pool and breakfast if wanted at 7 euros. Away from the noise, 10 mins from the main beach and a great little bakery for snacks and brekkie. If you wanted the nightlife you could walk in under 30 mins or take a taxi as plenty about.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is not that great, there is a hill to climb from the main road. On the other hand, this place is very quiet, the pool and the garden are lovely. Also, breakfast was great every morning. The rooms were clean but the furniture and fittings were kind of old. Overall, this hotel is a decent option if you are looking to stay around Nissy Beach.

Great value, they deliver on what they promise and very nice casual pool. Not Shangri-La but they are definitely way better than the 1 star rating as rooms were clean and decent. Staff was very friendly too.

The room was nice for the price we paid. I wasn’t expecting shower gels and towels in room but it was also there. Breakfast was full English, since we are vegan, the chef Mario kindly gave us extra cucumbers and fresh tomatoes (he didn’t have to do that) and they also had soya milk for my tea. Booked this place through Airbnb and it was a great stay! The best part however about this hotel was the kindness they showed after my friend and I checked out and later needed a room since she got heatstroke. Offered us a room for a couple of hours while waiting for our taxi completely free of charge and I just wanted to say what lifesavers they were!

We had super nice stay in that hotel. Food is good. Location is good. Territory of hotel is nice. There is kids club for kids under 3 age. Outside playground for kids. They upgraded our room for free. I liked terrace that we had. Big advantage that there is no loud music during the day and no disco in the evening (it was inside, so, no noise for people with kids). Beautiful place but the staff are very rude. Don't accept room 161 it awful. Really small and You'll be looking at a white wall as your view. We were not going to pay £4200 for 2 adults and a child for that.

The all-including experiences is great. The hotel as nice options of restaurants you can try instead of the usual buffet. However, this place isn’t in the center of Ayia Napa so you better take a ride with a car or taxi (not that bad.. 5 min drive)

The location is ideal and peaceful. The staff was extremely accommodating, even offering me a room upgrade. It should be noted that this is not a five-star hotel, but for the price, I believe it is one of the best options in the area.

There is a big problem with stray cats at this hotel! They are all over the place - including the restaurant area with high risk of hygienic problems. The cats are not to blame as they just follow their nature, but they are fed, which is a reason why they are in the area. Management should make it clear to people to leave them alone and especially NOT to feed them.

Stayed here on a family holiday in July, the apartments were clean and well maintained. It is about a 25 minute walk to Ayia Napa town with plenty of shops if you choose the main road in or a nice walk along the front. Lots of places to snorkel, as well as other water sports nearby.
