I booked a two‑week vacation here, worst experience in my life.

On day two of my stay, I carefully arranged my belongings (including my camera and computer) on the bed, put up a “Do Not Disturb” sign, and verbally told the cleaners not to enter my room. When I returned later, the cleaner had entered my room anyway, moved everything on my bed — including my expensive equipment — and touched my personal items. It felt extremely intrusive, as if someone had been searching for valuables. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to enter, especially since towels and cleaning were only supposed to happen every five days.

I called the travel agency, and they said they’d speak with reception and make sure it didn’t happen again.

Less than six days later, I was sitting on my balcony (half dressed, with the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed) when a woman walked into my apartment unannounced and loudly announced she was there to clean. I have never encountered such disrespectful staff and management.

I called the travel agency again — they could not explain why it happened a second time. I was forced to pack up and move to a completely different room, as the cleaners clearly did not respect simple instructions.

The reception staff were rude, often blaming me as the guest for the issues they caused.

After moving to a new room, I received a message from the travel agency apologizing and offering a €50 voucher as compensation. I declined — this does nothing to restore my sense of safety or undo the stress this situation caused.

Do not come here! Don’t waste your hard‑earned money or vacation days on this place. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend anyone ever set foot here.

We were assigned a room that was leaking water in the roof in the ceiling, 😔 so we had to change rooms our neighbor also had the change rooms because they had mould in their room. When we checked in there was no soap or shower gel in the shower. The reception is very rude they point the finger at you saying you're very difficult when in fact they're the one not delivering what your paid for. Will not come back here and I don't recommend anyone else coming here either, this ruined our vacation.

It didn't feel like a vacation at all, when you're eating dining the waitress come around 50 times are you done are you done can I take your plate? You feel so rushed like they don't want you there. Upon check in the soap dispenser was empty. There are stray cats everywhere. Don't seem hygienic to me. For the amount of money you do not receive the quality that should be there. Unfortunately the people working there don't seem to be professional because the cleaners walked in on me even though I had the don't disturb sign on my door which is quite embarrassing.
