Amazing hotel all round. Most importantly for me the beach is sooo nice. Bright blue crystal clear waters, very warm in September. The pool is also lovely and warm. There are always available sun loungers, great drink service on them as well. The rooms are very clean, modern and lovely looking. Bath and shower gels etc. are restocked everyday and are by the white company which is such a nice touch. The food is really good and these lots of variety. Overall this is a really great hotel experience as an all inclusive guest. I would very happily come here again!

Our short trip to Cyprus which was a wedding present from our relatives, turned out to be a pleasant surprise as we found ourselves at Grecian Sands Hotel! Extremely affable Welcome at the reception was a start of beautiful chain of events as meeting friendliest staff I’ve ever met in hotels. Comfy room with all necessities, great view, clear and shiny pool, cute seaside beach and Most important; modest and kind fellow guests. + Healthy and tasty catering. People here have genuine smile. I thought of five star hotels we have been to in east part of mediterranean, but couldn’t even compare the atmosphere which charmed us at this humbly four star hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel in front of the best beach and with sun beds with the most perfect views over the beach. I give such high ratings since this hotel is central but some outside of the city centre and you can enjoy both nature and the city. A little minus can get the food, fresh ingredients and so on but it misses the taste and feels dry; missing some nice juicy sauces which will complete the food? Maybe?
I had partly sea view from my room and was located over parking place, so if you want to enjoy hotels fullest, book rooms with full sea view.

We had a comfortable stay at Grecian Sands hotel. It presents as very well maintained with staff going above and beyond to make your holiday that bit better. Upon arrival you are greeted with beautiful gardens and a stunningly pretty reception foyer.

George in particular was very helpful, kindly letting us use his phone, to order a delicious pizza.

We did not have all inclusive and feel this was the correct choice, so to then be free to explore the local cuisine.

The sunbeds are well kept and as you lay basking, a young lady will come and offer you a cold towel, every so often.

The cleaning staff were very good at their job and again very friendly and helpful.

Air con was exceptional in our room. It was around 39°c at the time of our trip. So this was gladly welcomed.

All in all a lovely hotel worth a visit if you're planning a trip to Cyprus.

We enjoyed our vacation in Cyprus and our stay in this hotel! The staff here is very friendly and always ready to help if needed. Hotel has a lot of sunbeds around pool and near beach free of charge for guests which was a big advantage. We never had a problem finding unoccupied sunbeds. Services are great, for example hotel provides beach towels with daily changing for clean ones. Food was amazing and lot to choose from - traditional cyperian meals and sweets, pasta, salads and so much more! People with gluten-free diet or other alergies don't have any problem choosing 😄.

Well organized, incredibly friendly and polite staff. The accommodation is charming and very clean. The food options were perfect. (to anyone whom it may concern: vegan options were always present).

The location is beautiful. A few steps away from the beach and not too off center from interesting sites in ayia napa. You can reach the nearest bus stop within 1 min of walking.

All in all it‘s been a more than pleasant stay. Price was okay as well.

Great location and great hotel. I had a slight problem with the first room they gave me and they put me In a better room with no hesitation. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. A big shout out to Christina from breakfast who works at the eggs and omelette station. She was always giving that extra mile to make sure we got our eggs and omelettes just the way we liked them. Also a big thank you to Fitos from reception for being so helpful and finding us the second room to move too. Will definitely be back

I recently stayed at the Grecian Sands Hotel in Cyprus and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the warm welcome we received.

The hotel itself is lovely, with well-maintained grounds and a clean, inviting atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable.

One of the standout features of our stay was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The pool area was fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes.

We also thoroughly enjoyed the beach, which was right in front of the hotel. The clear waters and soft sand made for a perfect day of sun and sea.

A special mention must go to Avraam, the General Manager. His office door was always open, and he was incredibly hospitable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. Meeting him was a highlight, and we want to thank him specifically for making our holiday so memorable.

This was our first time at Grecian Sands Hotel, and it certainly won't be our last. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience.

We spent a week at this wonderful hotel in the beginning of May, and couldn't be more pleased. It is situated within walking distance from the city centre, which is perfect if you're looking for a quieter place, yet want to have easy access to shops and nightlife.

The hotel has a private little beach area where sunbeds and umbrellas are included, and they also provide free beach towels which is much appreciated! From this area, a stair leads down to the public beach where you can access the crystal clear ocean. There are also plenty of sunbeds available around the pool area.

The breakfast has a lot to offer (the Greek yoghurt was amazing!!). They also offer lunch and drinks at the bar/cafe beside the pool which you can enjoy having at the cozy seating/lounge area.

We found the hotel being very clean and well taken care of, and slept like a baby in their comfortable beds. 😊 Staff is very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

Overall a very good hotel. Renovated rooms and facilities. The room was done nicely and with good quality furniture and materials. Big size shower and large wash basin for all the bottles. We had sea view family room which is basically 2 interconnected rooms. Nice roof top restaurant. Brkfst is ok. Very nice walking path along the beach connecting several hotels and with lots of green lawn. Just stones away from the love bridge. Walking in the city center was a good 20 min distance. We liked the hotel and would recommend it
