Cleaners did a fantastic job throughout the hotel. (They cleaned none stop morning till night working really hard)

Pillow menu.
Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed.
Magnifying mirror within the main bathroom mirror for shavings etc.
Soaps smell amazing.
Sanitizer to use on toilet seats before you sit down.
Sandwich on arrival incase you are hungry (late check in)
Tv had lots of Chanel’s and you can log in to your Netflix if you wanted to.
Dressing gowns.
Slippers.
Interconnecting doors between rooms if needed.
Drinking water dispenser on every level by the lifts.

Suggestions for improvement.
Breakfast could be warmer. It was ok for me and I expect that they would have warmed it up had I said anything so I don’t think this is a reflection on the hotel just personal preference.
Lock on toilet doors by pool broken.
Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often.
(Everything else was immaculately clean)

We had an incredible time there. The cleanliness and the service was really good.
Also, the water was amazing for swimming and snorkeling, however, the beach loungers aren't included in the hotel amenities, we had to pay 7.5 euros each day for 2 loungers and an umbrella

We stayed at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel in Protaras from October 4–11, 2025, as a group of four families in six rooms. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, and we received exactly the rooms we booked. Everything was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool area was spotless, with plenty of sunbeds and towels. The location is beautiful and close to the beach, with a nice playground and kids’ activities. Julia from Guest Relations was exceptionally helpful and kind — she assisted us in arranging a rental car and made everything easier. The value for money is one of the hotel’s strongest points.
Areas for improvement: taxis to town are quite expensive, spa prices are a bit high and there’s no hot jacuzzi, there aren’t enough trash or recycling bins around the hotel, and the elevator could be faster. Overall, an outstanding stay — we’d gladly return!

What are fantastic hotel:clean, electicity plug,coffe mashin, glas for shampainw,wine ,water ,coffe ore xpreso.
Space around the bed, correct size of sheets , no the short one and not enough for couple. Blancet seal in paket smell fresh, wall drow cell light in use the light appear.
Light in room have different option to meet the different preferences.

Just right hotel experience make you feel content with your purchase by askibg simply to have relaxing priver time in pampering way even just for short stay.

Staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Food was delicious, we had all inclusive. We will definitely come again.

Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food. We have been many times for long weekends and plan to return soon.

Very good hotel. The food there is excellent. Good staff. The rooms are clean. The beach is not sandy. But there are reefs nearby where it is a pleasure to swim with fish) for those who want to relax without children's screaming), it is better to choose another hotel.

From Larnaca airport about 2 hours leisurely transfer. The hotel is on the first line, the hotel sun loungers (free) are very close to the beach, about 40-50 meters. Sun loungers of the city beach on the surf line 3.5 € per day, include the Internet. The hotel's Internet reaches the sun loungers. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, thermos, shampoo, shower gel, soap, caps, a sanitary kit with masks and antiseptic gel, a robe, slippers, a hair dryer, a TV. The sockets are Cypriot, but in the room there are a couple of regular European ones, and at the reception you can take an adapter for a deposit of about 3 €, which is then returned. Tea bags and instant coffee are replenished only upon request at the reception, free of charge. But you can take them for breakfast and in the restaurant. The air conditioner works and is adjusted warmer / colder, stronger / weaker. All requests at the reception are carried out quickly. There are 3 bus stops to the center of Protaras. The bus ticket costs 1.5€ during the day, after 21.00 - 2.5€ per person. Children (4 years old) travel free of charge, but I can't say for sure up to what age. The food in the buffet restaurant is quite tasty, especially dinners. The Argo restaurant also cooks deliciously for about 20€ per dish, the other restaurants are so-so. There are no cafes nearby that serve edible food, except for one. The name starts with A, if you look from the hotel towards the sea, then this is the cafe to the left of the barrier. The cafe by the bus stop is inedible. The cafe on the Kyma beach is very atmospheric, we really liked being there, although it is inedible, about 10€ per dish. It takes about 2 minutes to get to the bus stop towards Ayia Napa, and 3-4 minutes towards Protaras. The beach is sandy, with stones starting at about knee-deep in the sea. There is a toilet on the beach, on the hotel grounds, also almost by the beach, showers for feet, a little closer to the pool high showers, all free. In the bays nearby there are a lot of fish and a couple of turtles, it is better to take masks and snorkels with you. The promenade along the sea is long, we did not find the beginning and the end, somewhere asphalt, somewhere sand, high-heeled shoes are not suitable for a walk. It is also inconvenient to ride bicycles along the sea. Strollers with small wheels will shake a lot. There is no lighting on the promenade, you can walk only in daylight. I really liked the children's animation in the hotel. I really, really, really liked it! Many thanks to the girls Arina and Olga! And the hotel has a clean playground, open around the clock, the children's pool works according to the pool schedule.

We were in this hotel at the beginning of October 2021. I can note that the hotel is super clean, it is better to take rooms with a sea view and it is not even about the view, but about the sun. On the side of the mountains and the road from 12 until sunset the sun. The hotel has everything for children - entertainment, games, movies. I really liked the green lawn. The beaches around are the best! The food in the restaurants is excellent! The breakfast is monotonous. The spa is wonderful! We threw a coin to come back!
