Frankly, I was shocked by the level of service in Berlin, especially since it is the capital, and I was no longer surprised that no one was doing internal tourism after I saw the lack of service in many places.
As for the Hyperion Hotel, it is another story. The cleanliness of the place and all the staff are friendly and love to help and the rooms are very nice and tidy, especially Daniel for his kind reception and assistance to us.
I highly recommend it to families ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ok hotel with a good price. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars. They don’t sauna here unfortunately. Not in the city center. Some rooms are nice, some are not so great (for a 5 star hotel). Very basic for 5 stars.

Be aware! Even we had only two days in Berlin, approximately 90kg luggage, and decent reservation from booking.com; they refuse not only us not 2 at least 6 customer at the front desk because over book. Easily!!! Just be cautious, pay upfront and don't give any reason to them. I see nice workers but bad management there.

Great Hotel in a great position on Prager Platz. Very pleasant surroundings, 350 Mt from the nearest metro station. Excellent rooms and service, great value for money.

Thanks to Hyperion hotel for a memorable experience. I had booked rooms for my guests who attended my wedding at Hyperion at Prager Strasse Berlin. We also stayed at the hotel. Excellent service, energy efficient and clean rooms. The breakfast at the hotel was great. Already looking forward to visit the hotel again.

Very good experience overall, the room was comfortable and clean, prices reasonable, the staff helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was also perfect for my meetings (I was in Berlin for work).
To be really picky, maybe the air conditioning might be slightly improved as my room was a bit too warm even putting the control to maximum.

Very good hotel in the centre of Berlin.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is very rich.
Check-in and check-out are not properly lightning.

Very large rooms and an excellent Breakfast buffet. In fact, so a great Hotel.
The Elevator only with the chip card, however, is in the degree of imposition, that I deduct a star. I have observed on several occasions annoyed people in the Elevator, on several occasions the dangers to your floor over.

We were now for the 5. or 6. Times in this Hotel, the staff is always friendly and nice, the rooms are in good condition and the price-performance ratio is hard to beat. This time, there was a 20% off coupon because we had booked through the Hotel's Portal, and because I was a Wyndham Rewards member at am (no Status) Upgrade to a Business room, which was a small Suite, as the lady at the Check-in noticed that we were traveling with our two children.
We have to book today only without Breakfast, because the area has some small cafes offer the same price for much nicer things. 15€/Person in a Hotel for the Buffet is in comparison a little steep, especially if the Hotel is well occupied.
Conclusion: good location, good price/performance, Park house, for 13€/night under the Hotel, good level of room. Always gladly again.

We have stayed at this property. We were 3 couples and all 3 rooms were excellent.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, good cleaning. Not to mention the bathroom....fantastic. The only flaw that would have given the 5 star is the "SPA". In fact, it is not a real SPA, at least as we know it, there is indeed a whirlpool bath but only a sauna and Turkish bath. Good, however, is the presence of a good swimming pool and sun beds..... We do not recommend, however, the breakfast which is really expensive.......
