We had a lovely stay at the Muze!

The rooms were very clean and cozy. I appreciated that the Air Conditioning worked exceptionally well, as I like my room on the cooler side to sleep well.
The hotel was in a great location and close to public transit and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The staff were very nice, friendly and extremely helpful. I look forward to returning sometime!

My friend and I stayed in the Muze Hotel in Düsseldorf for 3 days total. It was a lovely stay in a perfect location that within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. There was an elevator, however it was very small.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for our bags. The room had a fridge and air conditioning. No kettle, but a little nespresso machine that looked to have not been used in ages. Hotel wifi was consistent and good.

The only strange thing about the room was the bathroom. The bathroom door was see-through and anyone outside could clearly see someone on the toilet or in the shower. Maybe not a problem for partners, but for two friends we had to warn each other when we would be in there. The bathroom was spacious and had a bidet which was good.

Overall, it was a very lovely hotel and I would definitely consider staying there again next time I'm in Düsseldorf.

I have stayed here during my official trip to Dusseldorf for two occasions.
The hotel room is pretty good and nice ambience to see out road, streets and transport.
Heaters are working all the times.
Great thinking on sanitary facilities (toilet with heating seat , auto washer and integrated bidet).
First of its kind used it.
We can reach to the city center or shopping area with a walkable distance.
There is near by Tallest clock tower located near by distance.
Only concern is there is no much option to have food in their restaurant.
Need to go outside by walk to take food outside.
Overall good experience and will recommend.

The stay at the hotel was as comfortable as it was enjoyable. The hospitality of the general manager and the staff was too good. I had asked them to decorate the room a bit as it was my girlfriend's birthday and they did it all too well with colorful eye-catching balloons and a few sweets and champagne. This was very touching for us. Also, the XL-SKY room experience at the Muze is a must, if you are in Düsseldorf.

Stayed only 1 night in Dusseldorf. The hotel was super nice and clean. Good size bathroom and comfortable bed.

Wonderful stay, very friendly staff, good breakfast and nice rooms with a lot of Design details. Top location as we only need 10min walk through a nice park to get to the Königsallee. I totally recommend this Hotel!
