Reviews
Minus point we experienced: we booked a 3 person room but got a double room. We also had to wait a very long time for our room to be ready, check in from 15:00, we checked in at 15:45 and the room wasn't ready, not bad at all, but when you have to wait another 1.5 hours for it to be ready it's a bit of a shame.
The solution offered was absolutely fine, another room with a king bed and a separate bed for our (15 year old) daughter.
Breakfast absolutely fine, super selection and the BACON, super tasty....
The hotel is a short walk from the station, maybe 7 minutes, but the walk is through a post apocalyptic environment of drug taking, prostitution and dereliction. Ass wipe paper everywhere. Frankfurt what has become of you?!? The side street the hotel is on takes you directly to the Städel Museum over a river pedestrian bridge. The walk, unfortunately, takes you back through the heart of darkness. What a pity Frankfurt has become so downtrodden in this one area.
During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a very nice experience overall. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the hotel, which set the tone for a comfortable stay.
Clean Rooms:
The rooms were immaculately clean, and it was clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. The bedding was fresh, and everything from the floors to the bathroom was spotless. This attention to detail made it easy to relax, knowing I was in a well-maintained environment. It’s always reassuring to return to a tidy, organized room after a day of exploring or working.
Prompt Service:
One of the standout features of this hotel was its prompt service. From the moment I checked in, the staff was efficient and quick to attend to my needs. Whether it was bringing extra towels or responding to my room service requests, everything was handled without delay. It’s rare to find such swift service, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable.
Convenient Location:
The location of the hotel is another highlight. It’s situated in a convenient spot, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Whether I needed to head out for shopping, dining, or sightseeing, everything was within a short walking distance or a quick ride away. This convenience added a lot of value to my stay, as I didn’t have to spend much time or effort figuring out transportation.
Helpful Staff:
Lastly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and eager to assist. I appreciated their local recommendations, which helped me make the most of my time in the area. They always greeted me with a smile and were willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed.
Conclusion:
Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. Clean rooms, prompt service, a convenient location, and helpful staff all contributed to a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. It’s the kind of place where attention to detail and guest satisfaction are clearly top priorities, and I would gladly stay here again on future visits.
The staff was very helpful gave us early check in around 9am which was a big plus since we just got off our plane at around 8. Unfortunately they don’t Speak much English so were not able to answer any questions, which is fine.
The room is clean and offered everything we expected of a hotel. Beds were comfortable and shower is nice.
Unfortunately, the gym is in the basement with no windows and the floor mats are too thick and in three pieces which is not practical for yoga.
However, all around a great hotel to stay in with a calm atmosphere and friendly staff.

This is an unsafe hotel and not a suitable neighbourhood.
Stay away!! Stay safe!!
Rooms rated 4 on 5
Price paid for location 0 on 10, would never stay here or recommend this place to anyone
Disgusting end to a month of beautiful Spain and Italy holiday!!
P.S. the hotel did send us a macaroon each as compensation when we asked why the check-in staff did not warn us about the neighbourhood, especially when they saw us with young kids.
