One night, I went out and returned around 10:30 p.m. When I tried to enter my room with the electronic key card, the door wouldn’t open. I called the emergency number posted downstairs, but unfortunately, the person who answered said they couldn’t come out to help. To make things worse, my phone battery was low, so I couldn’t keep calling for assistance.
In the end, I had no choice but to look for another hotel room to stay in that night. Because of this experience, I strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel.
