The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room

We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times

We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient

We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted

We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available

We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg

Good place nice hotel and staff but rooms are not so good i couldn't sleep because of too loud from both sides lobby and Road. Also breakfast charges 14€ are too high.

Good hotel, near Berliner Tor S/U-bahn. Pool a little bit old, but functional, water not so warm. Playroom for kids in the basement. Bar also has a minor food menu, kids menu the same for both restaurants

The hotel is at a main Street with high traffic. To reduce the noise it has doubled windows at the rooms. The room 207 (double beds) is in a modern style and good for overnight-stay - even longer periods

It has a big flat-tv, a bar, a bathtub (with a glass for the shower), a uv-lamp and a hair-dryer. The breakfast was rich and of good quality, the service is nice and helpful

Was now for the third time in this Hotel. It is ideal for business visits as well as for a weekend trip in the Hanseatic city

Bed very small for the price I paid. But it was good because I wanted quietness after staying in hostel previous place. But other than that, it was way too small for the price I paid

Went here for accommodation for a concert. The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk to central station (Hauptbahnn Hof), perfect to get to events. Taxi was €38! Airport train was S1 to Ohlsdorf which then goes to central

The room was spacious, but the issue was the black moldgrowi g in the bathroom. It wasin numerous places on the walls and that was certainly a concern. We stayed 1 night then departed, agai , no one at registration

We were from the 01.06. to 03.06.2016 in this Hotel ... there's really nothing to complain about !!! Clean rooms , very friendly and professional staff , good access to public transport ... at any time !!!

The hotel is small and very limited in terms of services, a room for two people ends up being very uncomfortable. There are not many options around although it is relatively close to a train station to make a trip

Hotel is located in an industrial area. The night was tranquil and quiet. I slept with the window open and had no problems. Room was big and had two beds. The bathroom is very small but the shower was very good

I would only recommend this hotel in case you can't find any other options

Nice budget hotel with very clean rooms. Easy to stay with pets also. Reception didn't speak English. Surroundings are quite industrial and boring but it is a good place to stay for one night.

They let us keep our backpacks in a storage room while we couldn't check-in (due to being fully booked), and tagged them with unique numbers (although there was no other luggage there)

The room decor is very much on a port theme with lots of nice touches, but a few odd omissions - only one side of the bed has a reading lamp, there’s only space to hang one towel in the bathroom, and despite there being a fridge, there’s no tea/coffee making facilities

There is a vinyl room with a great selection to play through. I love the nostalgic touches, like being able to play Super Mario. I’ve stayed in both 25hours HafenCity and 25hours Altes Hafenamt

Personally, I prefer HafenCity because the rooms feel a bit newer, but the breakfast at Altes Hafenamt was slightly better. Either way, both have great character

Fenomenal hotel ,located in a beautifull little Forest,the room are cleen the breakfast is realy tasty and the Staff worki g there is realy friendly i would highly recomend it.

Courtyard was nice, but messy and apparently right next to a staff use area that had constant noise from some sort of carts being pushed back and forth. This started very early each morning

Incredibly small openings, large step up, and nothing to use to support yourself climbing in and out. All 4 of us, of various ages, sizes, and fitness, felt unsafe and dreaded using them

No air-conditioning, which you understand with older buildings, but there were also no fans. Our only option was to open the door and windows, which brought moths and bugs in

there is also mini bar and they provide a microwave, it's really help when you craving for something in the night and dont want to go outside :)

Offers family rooms which are great for parents together with kids. We had a normal 2 persons bed, one bed in the corner and a raised bed. The breakfast is extensive and very good

I stayed at the hotel seeing the river view. The hotel serves delicious food: salmon is very fresh and not salty, breads are very crispy and delicious

We enjoyed the perfect location by the river, close enough to Hamburg at the same time far enough from the city crowd. Our room was good but not so big. The perfect view compensate for the room size

Beautiful hotel right on the Elbe. Large rooms, we even had a view of the Elbe. The ferry stops right in front of the hotel, so it's easy to get into Hamburg. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly

Hotel is ca 30 min from Hamburg Center (by car or Metro, Metro station is 3 minutes walk away). There is a great Italian Restaurant downstairs and you can order as room service as well

Several other nice restaurants next door. If you want to stay somewhere in the North East of Hamburg, this is the best place

There is nothing not to like, the hotel is in a lovely area of cafe s, restaurants and shops, near the Alster. Rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you need

Best hotel I know in the northern parts of Hamburg. Spacious modern rooms, centrally located in Volksdorf. We would definitely book this hotel again if we are in the area.

Large rooms, furnished with taste and functional. The Restaurant is not cheap but high quality and delicious. Cleanliness of the rooms and the public areas is very good. Water pressure in the shower could be better

Although the room was small, they provided a wardrobe to store our belongings, a television, a safe box, and a small fridge filled with drinks. You also don't need to bring towels because they provide them

The hotel is slightly more expensive than what you get for but overall I would rate it as good. The hairdryer is next to the toilet and has deep yellow marks. Toilets is small No slippers

Hotel Mittelweg is where I stay every time I am visiting Hamburg. Peaceful rooms, nice breakfast with plenty of coffee, kind and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Also, upon request it was prepared to go, which was also sweet. The garden outside is amazing, taken care of and is a cozy place to enjoy a drink/a dish

-It is very convenient for a golf player but we did not. -The sowimming pool is nice, clean. A clean changing room and locker with good shower, shampoo, conditioner, showergel, clean towels and hairdrier

If someone likes to play Golf, this hotel is perfect. The location is a bit far from the city centre. breakfast is good, swimming pool, car park.

Everything was great! The family room was spacious and great for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. The bar was friendly and open! Places to sit everywhere

Good budget option when staying near Reeperbahn, nothing special but good option. Would consider coming again because of the good location.

Ok for the price It was ok for the price,15 mins from u bahn, reasonably clean, shower etc, hadnt been swept under the bed in awhile, the pillow needs to be changed, the cover was clean but the pillow is really old, i was suprised that on checking out i was instructed to just leave the key in the room, the room couldnt be locked obviously so anyone could go into it and do God knows what after i left...

It was a very pleasant experience, the dining room was decorated very nicely. And the food tasted very fresh made and good.

We arrived around 9 pm on our first night and I was concerned about the phone "keys" and I didn't see any personnel but it turned out to be easy and uncomplicated. They send all the instructions and you just follow them

The room key and number was sent via email and one can download their app too. The room was quiet, clean and very welcoming. We did have breakfast every morning and were warmly welcomed by the staff

At €7,50 the breakfast is outstanding with a perfect selection plus some lovely surprises - the homemade jams are great! 10 minute walk to the S-bahn with trains every 10 minutes into the city

This hotel is good location which nearby Stellingen train station and take only 7 stop to reach at Jungfernstieg station. This area is shopping and good restaurant near the river.

Way better than expected We used Bedpark Stellingen as a one night stop and it was very good. It was so clean and nice you could definitely stay there more than one night

Nice little hotel in Bergedorf. Booked here at short notice and got a nice and quiet room. In the evening there was a very delicious buffet with typical North German cuisine
