Great location for Airbus and the ferry into the City and most of the staff are very friendly. However, this is let down on several fronts: (i) Rooms get very warm during the summer months as the Air Conditioning has been broken for at least a couple of years despite feedback from the hotel that this is being attended to! (ii) Carpets are dirty and stained (iii) Bar and restaurant are understaffed especially when the hotel is full (although the staff do try their best to cope) (iv) Not all rooms have a coffee maker (even the Superior Rooms) and they would benefit from a normal kettle for tea making. (v) No iron/ironing board in the room (although the hotel will provide a basic non-steam iron and a very small ironing board on request).

I stayed at the hotel seeing the river view. The view is great. The hotel serves delicious food: salmon is very fresh and not salty, breads are very crispy and delicious. The server is a little weird. My coworker had been waiting very long time because some reserved room was not cleaned. But the server didn't apologize the delay. It is problem of the hotel. The things are good except a problem to stay at the hotel. I want to give 4.6 stars.

Checked in at just past 17:00 to be told my room was not yet cleaned. I waited over an hour before the room was ready without even an apology or compensation. The room had a lovely view of the Elbe, but the room was extremely hot on arrival with no way of turning on cooling. I had to open the doors. I'm not sure if there are bed bugs in the room as I have multiple bites and itchy skin after 2 nights. Breakfast was okay. Bread was hard and tough to eat.

An excellent hotel if you are visiting Airbus or one of the other aerospace companies in Finkenwerder. The rooms are very comfortable, the WiFi is good. My room was a bit warm and the pillow was quite poor but other than that it was great.

The hotel has a very nice terrace looking out over the Elbe river. It’s a lovely place to have a drink in the evening or enjoy your breakfast.

Breakfast is good with a wide range of fresh food.

There is a ferry stop right next to the hotel is you want to get into the centre of Hamburg after work.

Very Bad service from the waitress in the bar. She complained because we ask a diner at 20h20 (our aircraft just landed). During the 3 days, she was not amiable with us. We felt she was not happy to serve us. We did not understand what we did wrong. The last day, she threw our credit card ticket on us. Very not appropriate behaviour. This is the first time I experimented such behaviour in a hotel.... I will never come back again.

Curtains in the room let the light pass early in the morning.

We will share this experience in our company community.

Got back from work it was past 22.00 restaurant was closed still the waiter found ways and got me some vegetable pasta which were pretty good
The rooms were spacious. A kettle would have been nice
Lots of parking space, the wifi worked 2 out of 3 days, it keep cutting off

A really nice hotel with spacious rooms with good comfort and nice decor. Really nice views out onto the river. Perfect for travel by public transport. Right on the terminal for the ferry which immediately connected with a bus route. I wad facilitating a workshop at the hotel, so had a good sample of the food on offer in the evening, lunch, catering between breaks and breakfast. All to a good, consistent standard.

Beautiful hotel right on the Elbe. Large rooms, we even had a view of the Elbe. The ferry stops right in front of the hotel, so it's easy to get into Hamburg. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. If we get the chance, we'll definitely come back.

Booked a room facing the Elbe River, a regular double room. The one with the Elbe River had a great view and plenty of space, but the shower head was mediocre. The pillows in the room were too high and not very comfortable. Others are very good.
