Fully packed rooms with everything you need. Shower was lovely. A pleasant surprise that there was a sauna in the hotel. Would recommend everybody takes advantage of this. Easy to reach from central station with the bus. All landmarks within approximately 10-20 minutes.

Wonderful hotel at a great location. The atmosphere and decor is outstanding and the rooms are well designed with cozy details. The staff is friendly and it's clean and inviting. The only thing that I think could be better are the beds, they are a bit too firm and hard for my taste.

I was disappointed with my stay at the 25hours HafenCity. The hotel felt very dark and not in such a good state but that was not the main issue. My night was disrupted by intense corridor noise and construction outside the building in front of the hotel, which was not communicated beforehand neither compensated in any way. Additionally, housekeeping entered my room twice despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign, intruding on my privacy. The stay did not reflect the standards expected for the price paid and my membership level. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Well located for the river and St Pauli. A little over designed decor though! All the little extras make it very good, the listening room, free mini bar etc. Spa area a bit disappointing, more than four people and it's overcrowded.

Last week I spent some nights in the 25hours hotel, my second stay in total in this hotel. The team was very nice, friendly and helpful. The check-in went very smoothly and I was granted an early check-in. My room was upgraded to en extra large one with lots of space and nice perks. Unfortunately, the windows seemed not very noise cancelling - especially compared to the Holiday Inn across the street where I didn't hear any noise from the road.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food and good service too. Besides the noisy room, I will come back to the hotel once I will be back in Hamburg.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at this hotel ! The staff couldn't have been friendlier, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of vegan and veggie options. Although the rooms weren't overly spacious, they were stylish and gave off a charming harbor and sea vibe. However, the one downside was the construction site right in front of the building, which brought noise and occasional odors. But, fingers crossed, once that's over, this place will be perfect! Can't wait to potentially update my review then.

The first thing that caught my attention was the unique and creative hotel design. The interior had a quirky theme that perfectly matched the waterfront location. Each room was thoughtfully decorated with an eye for detail, making it a fun and cozy place to stay.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

Well, it's supposed to be modern and trendy, but the service isn't up to scratch. There's a real problem with the insulation on the windows. The neighbourhood is in full swing, so it's not great.
Very average breakfast for the price... But that's what Hamburg has become!
The small plus: a modern district to discover, with some well-decorated and futuristic underground stations.
Rather basic spa facilities... and in winter it's really cold up there... The restaurant is very, very average, but the price is not!

The rooms are nice. Small, but ok for a city hotel. The area is a bit sterile, but a short walk or subway ride to more vital parts of the city.
Check in took way too long. One person working at 2.50pm on a Saturday. The other few times we needed anything from reception it was always the same...not enough staff. We waited 10 minutes to validate parking.
We did not have breakfast there, as it looked decidedly below average for this type of hotel.

Located in HafenCity - very easy to get to / from there: Only 1 minute from underground train U4 (station Überseequartier), only 1 station to the center of Hamburg (Jungfernstieg) or 2 stations to the main train station.
Elbphilarmonie / Speicherstadt within walking distance (~ 1 km).
Absolutely clean, very friendly personnel and delicious breakfast with local and organic products.
Liked the harbor / boat style of the hotel with the lovely design of every detail - typical "modern" Hamburg atmosphere.
