There is a disabled-parking bay right in fron tof the entracne just for the hotel, but it also has a direct bus connection with a station at the doorstep to Hamburgs main train-station and the old town. Very comfortable and quiet hotel for a good price. It is a bir far from the city center, but don’t worry, because you can easily take the bus 5 to Hbf or change to subway U3 to reach popular spots. I can recommend this hotel as a solo traveler.

Mixed review The team and service is fantastic They were also able to have me back after my flight got cancelled and team was so nice I realize this is very personal and different for everyone. During check-in waited for 30+ minutes. 2 employees helping one group check-in rather than help the rest. During check out waited 15+ minutes. Maybe they still use hieroglyphs in their computer system. And the pillows were just glorified blankets rolled up in a ball.

The room are fantastic, nice design and modern style. The hotel, bar and restaurant are also with a nice design and style. Staff is friendly. The only suggestion that I can give is to increase the intensity of light in the room, the light are to soft that to looking inside my baggage I used the torch of my phone.

The hotel is very much like many other “standard type” hotels, but everything was just better than we were used to. Large quiet rooms, excellent beds and bathroom and good service. We tried the restaurant for the included breakfast which was okay but probably something we would skip another time

I booked the Madison because of the great reviews and compared to other top hotels the room rate was reasonable. It’s easy to reach via u/s-Bahn. A lot of attractions are in walking distance. The hotel is super clean, my room was big and bright with a view of the Michel. So nothing to complain, would come back. And if u like tea (like me) housekeeping will give you lots of tea.

Beautiful location, very walkable, right on the water with stunning views at the hotel breakfast. Staff are courteous and helpful. Gym is above average (includes squat rack, jump boxes, and cable machines) but can feel crowded with anything more than 1-2 in weight section. I'd stay here again.

The interior is lovely and the hotel is very quite. The area is just perfect for walks and strolls around the Alster, Buses just stop in front of the hotel, but you could walk towards the inner city or central station. There are plenty of Cafes and Restaurants around.

We stayed at this charming hotel at the beginning of February 2025. The neighborhood of the hotel is not like in a 1.8 million city, but you feel like in a nice village. The furnishings of the hotel are of a high standard. The staff in particular contribute greatly to the feel-good factor in this hotel. Very stylish hotel in Hafencity, cool lactation. Amazingly decorated rooms. I paid 225 Euro for one night. What really turned me off, the breakfast is an additional 26 Euros. That feels like a ripoff. There are better high value for money alternatives than 25 Hours nearby. Will not return.

Went there as part of a group and the event was well organised, also because they selected this wonderful hotel. The room was clean, and you get a good nights' sleep. Stayed for three nights. Twice when cleaning the room, the rag was thrown on the sofa, which was very disgusting. The baby bed I requested was not delivered to the room in time.
