This hotel is a very good option for the ones who will fly from Cologne airport.

Stayed here for one night to catch a flight the next day. The hotel is not big but relatively clean. It is relatively close to the airport. The shuttle service is very good and convenient, whether it is pick-up or drop-off!

As airline pilot I'm travelling a lot, thus hotel live style is something which I'm in all the time. So I can say something about this hotel. Unfortunately so far worst experience for me. Air conditioning almost all the time doesn't work, Internet doesn't work as well and people from hotel constantly are lying that within 5mins, Internet will work again. Same story since couple of days.
Hotel gym same thing, there is only 3 devices to work out, all of them are "unserviceable "
To be honest I'm not recommending this hotel. It's a big disappointment. I wasn't there just one time, I'm here quite often and same story all the time.
It's definitely not 4star hotel. Maybe some 20years ago it had 4 stars, but today unfortunately maybe 2star or 1.5.

Short walk from the airport. Friendly staff; Lea-Marie and Parvina were able to offer early check-in. Spacious room, cleanly kept. Good amenities and ample natural light.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, in some sense not even 3 stars...
• Although located superclose to the airport the sound insulation is not sufficient, rooms looking east (airport direction) are very noisy until the last flights (sometime around 1 am).
• The bathroom seemed refurbished, but some parts were be kept, that were old and worn.
• General cleanliness is okay, as is the breakfast.
• There's a shuttle to airport / S-bahn station with a very friendly driver. Runs every 15 mins, but needs to be booked at the reception. Unfortunately we were not informed about it upon our arrival, so had to pay a taxi for the 3 minutes ride :/

The hotel is located minutes from the airport and they provide a free shuttle. All driver and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are simple, but everything you need for an overnight business stay; clean & quiet room, clean bathroom, air conditioner, work desk, wifi and a nice view from my room of the airport.

Service lacking professionalism, it took an hour for them to arrange a baby bed which we requested in advance, we received a room that didn’t match our booking (we booked two double beds and received only one). No sound insulation (you can hear everything outside of the room and in the parking lot). Don’t come here, go to the Moxy hotel instead if you have to; it’s worth the extra money.

I booked it because I was arriving late at night. But my flight was delayed and I arrived later than anticipated. Also, I wrote yo them on mail to ask for they shuttle bus to pick me up, and they didn’t have the clear pick up place, so their shuttle passed me 2 times after which I decided to walk there. And upon arrival and getting into my room someone else was trying to check in into my room, so it was really awkward. The breakfast was good.

My every stay at this hotel is wonderful. The staff is incredible friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From check-in to check-out, every detail was handled with professionalism and care. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options but what really made my breakfast great was one staff member Martina Braun-she went above and beyond to provide excellent service always with a smile on her face. She’s quick, attentive and very professional and her attention to detail ensured that my breakfast was perfect!
